The best restaurants in Runnymede South East

Nice place, but the food is extremely basic. It has no authenticity around it unfortunately, not a lot of seasoning and flavourless.

I participated in a 9-day tour group tour of the UK. Qianzhuang Restaurant was the best restaurant on the trip. The owner was polite and wore a tie. The main reason was that the food was good and it went very well. It was a very satisfying dinner!

Attended a birthday celebration event in function room. Room laid out with tables and chairs. Food was excellent and staff great.

Great fun filled Friday the 21st evening, hosted by James and Nieve, well managed, good atmosphere and good crowd. Well done, keep up the good work. See you soon.

Friendly staff, amazing food we all enjoyed everything we ordered..it was busy dtaff cleared vacated tables & relaid them so fast we were impressed..meal didnt take to long to arrive..& was very tasty.

Staff were exceptional and accommodating to several complicated dietary requirements. The food was delicious with a great menu including a children’s menu. Thanks go to the chef and Oznur who ensured we were completely looked after.

Sorry to say the pub had no heating even the owner kept his green puffa jacket on. Advertised Surrey farms beef it was definitely not chicken breast roast had bone in and also served with a drumstick?no chicken liver stater only one scotch egg. All in all a very disappointing Sunday roast.Not enough staff to clear tables only two on it was a shambles. From a business man looking at someone else’s business it’s not working. Ps the lad that was behind the bar was great .

Ordered a delivery on 26th online with time required.Arrived early and driver advised he was pressed to deliver even earlier ! This makes a nonsense of the ordering system. Food was mediocre at best with the 2 chicken dishes overcooked underspiced and over wet.Veg side dish again overcooked and over wet. I have used a large number of Restaurants in the locality-New Haw,Ottershaw,Byfleet with comparable pricing and free delivery but today has been the least satisfying experience in well over 10 years-very disappointed ! In future I will continue to use the Restaurants where I know the staff and enjoy food of a consistently high standard.

Great service and lovely food, I work locally and have made Eggham on Toast my go to place for lunch. A wide variety of options but my favourite is the panini.

So wanted to love this restaurant as live next to it. Food was bland , being Asian wanted authentic food,but lacked flavours so westernised. Wrong food order as ordered 2 same dishes and both were different , second so sweet a korma! Of all every dish was tastless. Shocked buy this .

We've eaten here once before when we said that was the first and last time! Several years later we thought we'd give it a go again as it may have improved - a big mistake! The chicken was undercooked and sauces looked unappetising and tasted so unhealthy!

Very friendly service always with a smile, Oana is doing a great job running the place even on the occasions she has been in the shop alone. She is a true credit to this business 👏

Excellent service, quality products. While visiting family and staying in a nearby hotel, this place was our morning breakfast and coffee. The friendly staff worked quickly to keep lines to a minimum, as many locals dropped in for a coffee to go. There is comfortable seating inside and outside, and the staff didn’t rush anyone away. I was there many times in a few days.
