Friendly staff, amazing food we all enjoyed everything we ordered..it was busy dtaff cleared vacated tables & relaid them so fast we were impressed..meal didnt take to long to arrive..& was very tasty.

Early lunch, restaurant quiet. Good service, fast and hot and tasty. The Ravioli was good but seemed a smallish portion, finished quickly before those with pizzas.

A great night was had by all. Good quality food and friendly staff. Very good value for money. Well-managed and with great speed of service.

Having cycled a ridiculous amount of miles around Windsor Great Park, we were absolutely ravenous. So a few minutes in the car had us in Egham & at this restaurant. We could park right outside to where we were seated so we could keep an eye on the bikes in the car which was handy. The service was quick, very friendly & the food was absolutely delicious. My husband has just said that the sharing garlic bread starter was the nicest he’s ever had. So there you go!

Ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad, Calamari, Carbonara Al Forno (with added chicken) and King Prawns. The Chicken Caesar salad was too average for the price point its set at (£12.95). There wasn’t much chicken, and presentation lacked. I feel like a way more realistic price point for this dish would be around £8. Egg was poached nicely on the other hand. Calamari was delicious and paired nicely with the dipping sauce. Carbonara Al Forno was also very tasty, also portion sizing was big. One downside was the chicken that was added was a bit overcooked and dry. The king prawns were tasty, sauce was good to dip bread in once finished. Value for money was good for the calamari and carbonara. Waitress was sweet so service is no issue.

Use the restaurant 2 or 3 times a month, friendly staff and usually good food. Nice place to take friends, however we were a party of 8 last night. They had a large party in (19) we took account of this but they were badly under staffed. I did not recognise any of the usual staff. Drinks were slow and the first course a long time coming. The mains took some time turning up and in drips and drabs. My king pray and spaghetti was the last out and I think the first made, it was cold and congealed, the staff member noticed I had not eat my meal but did not ask why. Lack of staff and the unusual table layout meant unless you got up to look for staff it was hard to get their attention. Time to find a new eatery in Egham.

Lovely evening with friends. The food was great. Cooked fresh and piping hot. Nice ambience. Very friendly & relaxed. Prezzo offers a consistent service. Our waitress (Caitlyn) was fab. She was attentive and really friendly/chatty without being obtrusive. She had a great sense of humour and she’s a natural people person. I’d always recommend Prezzo.

1st visit to this Prezzo location. Staff were pleasant, restaurant was sole-less and not very clean. Menu looked ok but the food was bland. Pizzas uninspiring, calzone bland. Service was slow despite being almost empty. We wouldn't rush back.

Visited on our way to Lapland UK. We decided to stop off and have lunch to break up the journey. The restaurant is quite small. Friendly staff but service was a little slow despite it being fairly quiet. The restaurant was very cold. Heating on but to little effect. The food was lovely, we had starters, mains and desserts and we did enjoy our meals. The food made the visit worthwhile. Wouldn’t return due to slow service and it being so cold in there.

We have eaten at Prezzo’s many times but this branch is probably the most welcoming we have encountered. Excellent staff, great food and reasonable value. Keep up the good work!

I went to Prezzo's in Egham last night with my wife for dinner. The food was delicious, service first class, with attentive efficient friendly staff. This restaurant has a great menu, plus a good selection of wine & beers. The tables are not too close to one another making it a very comfortable place to dine with a good atmosphere where everyone was enjoying their evening. We would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant & will definitely return soon.

Staff were extremely friendly and food was delicious. I will definitely be going back as it was an amazing experience all round form the staff to the service

After a pretty negative last experience at a Prezzo (different branch) we sceptically gave it another go but were pleasantly surprised. Service was good, our meals were delicious and enjoyed the wine too. Staff were wearing masks and the tables were well spaced out inside. I have a dietary intolerance so am quite used to this restricting what I can choose from the menu. The staff member who came over to discuss this with me however advised that they could adapt the meal to make it suitable for me and this was SO appreciated.

Our almost 8 years old loves pizza and demands the best! He loved it! Pizzas are excellent!!! Kids menu with very generous size.Lovely building with amazing areas for any occasion. Covid secure and choice of Al-fresco dinning, too.We were served by Mary,she was nice and friendly and professional. Would highly recommend 👌

Absolutely fantastic service! The management was very helpful when our click and collect food order wasn’t ready due to it being very busy. They offered me a complimentary drink and a discount.

Poor service - stepped in the restaurant on an average Friday night. Team of young ladies on all rushing around looking a little lost. Some direction from their manager may of helped. Was barely acknowledged by the team & they had some trouble finding my booking. Food was okay but was cold. Wouldn’t return in a hurry.

This was a mediocre experience for our family (2 adults 2 kids). We had a starter each all of which were good. Then we had two standard pizzas, one vegan pizza, and a spag carbonara for our main courses. The vegan pizza was good but too heavy on the garlic. The standard pizzas were fine, but the carbonara was poor. It was bland and not creamy enough. We only had a soft drink each and the bill was £77. There also did not appear to be much in the way of parking capacity.

This Prezzo is very good and I would highly recommend you come here. The staff were kind and welcoming. The orders were very accurate. The food is extremely good. 9/10

We visited this resturant for my wife's birthday. We are a family of five and all agreed what a nice resturant this is. Service was excellent from the young staff and food was very tasty. First visit but not our last.

Out with Hubby using voucher given to us for 3 course meal with wine. Restaurant clean, easy to find with off street parking. Food very good, although set menu a little limited. Staff helpful and friendly.

Ive been in prezzo to celebrate mothers day with my family and all i can say is that everything was great. From the food to the staff, especially Agata who served us. We often visit this Prezzo and can honestly say we have never had a bad experience. The staff are always so lovely and attentive, they definitely make this restaurant what it is. The food is always fresh and hot and we have never had a bad meal here. All in all 100% recommend this place.

I recently went to prezzo for an evening meal and the service was incredible, fast-paced and polite. Our waitress, Marlene, gave exceptional service, ensuring everything was fine during the whole experience.

Visited this restaurant Sunday lunch time. The food was lovely, service was great, The girls Debora, Nya and Marlene served our table and they were delightful. Very warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for families with kids they absolutely loved it. We had a 3 meal course which was fantastic, large portions.

We enjoyed our meal at Prezzo, after a while! The food was delicious (I had the nduja pecorino ravioli) and the sticky toffee pudding which was a dream! Our young waitress who was from Greece recommended really lovely meals taking time to go through the menu with us, there was even a gluten free option of a pizza base for my younger daughter which she really enjoyed! Overall it was great ! We’ll be back soon...

I must say it’s always fab. The food is great the drinks are great, good wine selections. Always have fantastic service from all the staff, in particular Agata. She’s so warm and welcoming, chatty and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Great team.

Tonight we decided to go to prezzo in egham;my first time going to this one. To say it was an unpleasant experience is an understatement. Spent the entire evening huddling to try and keep warm, when we asked for the a/c to be turned down/off got told no. Not being funny, it's the middle of winter, it's 1 degree celcius outside; who needs freezing cold a/c on?! Two out of the three meals came out wrong and we were met with an attitude by the staff. Surprisingly the GF meal wasn't one of these. Their manager can also not tell you whether their 'may contain nuts' means was made in a factory where nuts were handled or if it could possibly have them in. They have no idea of the traceability of their products.

We visited Prezzo in Egham last night (Tuesday) and had a great time ! I went in with family and our service was brilliant. Food order was taken quickly and food was served warm! Our young waitress Izabella was lovely and made our evening making us laugh and feel special. We will see you soon...keep it up!:)

I went for a birthday celebration dinner and food was very tasty, we were served by Agata who made us feel at home, and just because of her good manners talking with us and serving us, i would definetely will be back only because of her. I was on a business trip and eating alone. The staff were most helpful. I had a corner table and they kept checking that I was ok. I ordered from the Christmas menu and really enjoyed my meal. There was a mix of people in that evening - friends, a work Christmas party, couples. It was busy but not manic and the staff were charming throughout. It's unlikely that I will be back in that area, but if I was I would definitely visit again.

This is the second time I've been here, nice restaurant, but not enough parking. The first time we came they forgot our mains, so was a bit apprehensive about coming back, but it was all ok! I had the meatballs to start and the nduja ravioli which were both yummy, my friends had the mozzarella and bruschetta to start and then pasta dishes and pizza for mains, they all enjoyed them and we had a 30% off voucher as you can't use the tastecard in December. Good service considering it was really busy with a massive Christmas party.

We had a lovely evening here last Friday, food was perfect for all three courses, we were a party of 5 and in total 5 members of staff spoke to us during the evening to make sure everything was perfect. They could not have been more attentive - only items missing from menu were vanilla ice cream and green tea. Not major. Week before we went to a pub in Chobham where we paid a fortune for main courses which were dreadful and we were ignored by the staff all evening - no comparison so well done Prezzo Egham

Visited on a Sunday evening with a group of 7 family members.

Really disappointed with tonight’s visit. No spaghetti Bolognese available for children which Sod’s law is the only thing my SEND son eats. Then we had to wait for the final starter of our table for 5 minutes and then they forgot to cook the burger one of our table ordered. Just to finish off the evening half the desert menu was unavailable. Although it’s a local for us I won’t be in any hurry to return following tonight’s visit.

This was my first visit to Prezzo. Initially I was not impressed, parking was limited and it was very busy and noisy in the main restaurant. Understandably it is Christmas and there was a very large group seated next to us. However, we were moved to a separate smaller dining area which was much quieter and cosier. We had a delightful, young waitress who was very attentive. The food was very good with plenty of choice. The chef even agreed to prepare a mains that was no longer available on the current menu but was happy to make. The Shiraz was excellent and the meal was good value. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised and look forward to returning in the near future.

Have been in several times but Prezzo has improved to the best, the food is excellent, always served warm and the service is just the cherry on top of the cake. You’re greeted with a warm welcoming smile from the young ladies, and you are made to feel special in every way. We will definitely be back soon. Keep it up Prezzo.

Visited on Saturday luncthtime with our daughter who is at university nearby. Staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming and the food really good. Will definitly visit again when in the area.

I absolutely love Prezzo in Egham. We have tried other Prezzo in Staines as it’s closer to our home, but we keep coming back to Egham. Lovely food, perfectly cooked, atmosphere is always great. We absolutely love Agata who always welcomes us with the smile on her face.

My friend & I with her dog were given seating outside under the big brollies which were in the shade! We asked if we could move our table & chairs to the patio area in the sun... This was not a problem at all even bringing Barney (dog) fresh water. We were attended to by 3 young ladies one was the supervisor who are an absolute credit to Prezzo. Its so nice to be treated so well we look forward to returning very soon. Keep up the good work ladies you give an excellent customer service.

Awful. Went for a family birthday meal. Booked table for 6.30pm. Still waiting for desert at 9.30pm. No excuses as wasn't busy and at least 5 tables came and went while we were there. Kids fell asleep before desert - no apologies. Food wasn't great either, baked mushrooms were burnt, houmous extremely runny and so much chilli in ravioli and calzone they were pretty inedible. A very disappointing and very expensive night out - over £150 !!!

Been there with my friends last friday, and it was a great service. Delicious food, great management, always checking if everything was ok in our table. I really reccomend this restaurant for small and big groups. Easy to find, parking area for costumers. 5* we were all very happy. Will come back soon.

A varied Italian menu and excellent service particularly from Maria the restaurant Manager. Great for the whole family.

Booked a table for 6 adults and 1 child. Spoke to Bitzu (duty manager) he was very accommodating and made sure our birthday party was well looked after. Great good that was well presented and hot. Our sons food was served first giving us time to enjoy our meal.

I visit Prezzo in Egham at least once month to share lunch with my father as it is close to my place of work.

We have been to this Prezzo many times but today was a disappointing eye opener. Restaurant was surprisingly empty for a Sunday lunchtime. After being shown to our table our son noticed the condition of the floor under the table - last night’s debris hasn’t been cleaned and there was tomato and hair balls (yes it looked like someone had emptied their hairbrush) everywhere. They clearly weren’t ready at 1pm to open and one of the waitresses was cleaning the toilets. The manageress was busy at the computer. We got adult menus but children’s menus took 10 minutes to arrive as manageress hadn’t printed them. They were eventually brought by the toilet cleaning waitress. No drinks were offered. No service provided. After 20 minutes we got up and left. We walked past the manageress but she showed no interest. Shame as this used to be a buzzing restaurant with good service. We are now sitting in another local Italian enjoying a delicious meal with proper service. Prezzo - good luck!

Went here as it's next door to where our son lives. We went early so it was quiet but food was very good .I had carbonara which was so creamy and a big plateful..my husband had chilli pasta which he also enjoyed .have been here couple of times as it's on the door step. Would recommend it.

A clean and tidy restaurant, with good staff and very good food and beer. I would dine here again if in the area.

5 of us had dinner at the restaurant.It was a Tuesday evening and very busy but the staff served us quickly and efficiently.We all enjoyed our meal and booked straightaway for our next visit.We also felt there was no pressure to force you to leave once you had eaten.We had great evening

Although the Resturaunt was only half full the service was fairly slow. Saw hot meals left on the counter awaiting delivery to tables for more than five minutes. Indeed, my own meal of spaghetti Bolognese was not hot and totally bland. Really was a waste of money. I will think twice before returning as this is the second time in a row we have felt totally underwhelmed by this Prezzo.

Came with my family the night before my sons wedding. Staff were very attentive, food good, cocktails need a bit of working on.

I took my wife & grandson to Prezzo's in Egham for a late lunch 3pm yesterday 19th July. We all had pizza's which were really good.The young lady who served us was very efficient, friendly & a credit to the company, making us feel that we would certainly want to return. They have a good children's menu including colouring page & crayons which kept our five year old amused until the food arrived. The restaurant is very comfortable with tables not too close to each other & has limited car parking spaces.

Service was fine, food the usual lukewarm, car parking inadequate as located at roundabout junction Overall adequate fast food Italian restaurant, eaten a quite a few, and none are any better than adequate

Six of us came here Tuesday evening for a Celebratory Dinner. Service very slow (had to wait ages for drinks) - parking extremely difficult and tight, with very few spaces. Food very acceptable, but very expensive if we had not had a 40% off Mains Voucher. Portions not on the generous size, (I had the Chicken Ravioli - just 10 pieces for £12.15 - too expensive)

Warm friendly professional staff. Great food at a reasonable price. Egham Prezzo is a lovely venue to relax and enjoy good food. Service is first class not hurried but equally not left unattended for long periods. Great coffee and an excellent Savingnon Blanc. Tables aren’t too close together either. Parking is easy on site. There is always a lovely ambiance and atmosphere. People like ourselves return regularly because the and service is always consistently good.

Lovely restaurant food and service couldn’t be faulted. Bit to hot in there but was an extremely hot day.

They got the seating numbers wrong. They had to be called over to take the drinks order. They had to be called over to take the food order. They had to called over to take the payment. And in between not particularly attentive. Parking very difficult and tight. Never again

As allways Agata and the rest of tge team greet us with a smile and warm wellcome, great service, fast and great food at great prices. Will definetly go back again and again, highly recommended.

Visited Egham branch with my girlfriend before 7 pm . Restaurant was quite busy but our food came quick and The service was amazing! We've been asked if our food it's good and If we need more drinks or anything else. We decided to have desserts after meal. Nutella calzone with hot drink was a really good choice. Recommend 100%! One of The best restaurants in Egham!

Parking is a nightmare - leave extra time to find an alternative place if car park is full. Service was super slow. Took forever to take drink and food orders. Food was ok, just ok. Would I rush back, probably not.

I been dining few days ago in Prezzo and it was the best night out i ever had, especialy our waiter a small gay who served our table i loved the way he treat us.

Called to book a table and the girl on the other end had trouble understanding English. Everything had to be repeated, over and over again and it became very tedious and annoying. My partner was at the point of saying forget it, we’ll go somewhere else. Originally, tried to book online but this wasn’t working. Sat down and immediately spotted ants on our table. Luckily didn’t see anymore after initially sitting down. Service was ok, as was the food but overall, not an experience to remember.

Having been away for 9 weeks, we were not disappointed on our return to Prezzo, Egham, to find the standard had been maintained with attentive staff & good food. We miss Fabio Dias. However, we could not fault Peter & his staff.
