Very good italian pizza, worth try it!

Stumbled on this restaurant as we were staying at a hotel nearby and went for a walk. Pizzas are huge and tasty! Wood fire, huge menu choice. Pastas are homemade. 7 of of and all enjoyed. Got quite busy! Car park, yes. Veggie options, yes.

The tiramisu is tiny presentation In a coffee percolator looks cute but you only get two mouthfuls complete rip off apparently this has already been reported to the owners you only have the top full and. Big metal piece in the middle aswell

We've been here a few times but not for a while. Although the restaurant was quite quiet, it still had a good atmosphere. The food was good: we had peppers, garlic bread and olives to start and the truffle and ham pasta, a buffalo mozzarella pizza and a special request linguine arrabiata. The service was impeccable and we liked the homely informality.

Had 22 people for birthday celebrations, very smooth day great food, great service, highly recommend.

What a hidden gem of a wonderful Italian restaurant. A very unassuming road side location, but a brilliant welcome, great service, lovely atmosphere and excellent Italian cooking. Well done to the whole team, front of house and kitchen - brillaint lunch, we will definitely be back

What a fantastic place. We live not far up the road but had never been in as I am vegan am we could see no options for me. I emailed and asked if there was anything and the reply I received was absolutely brilliant. They could not have been more accommodating. The service was friendly and attentive, the ambience was beautiful and the food... absolutely top class. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys, we had a really great evening.

I feel in home, the food is very nice!, lwith that great Nonna’s touch. We lived not too far from Italian Concept, and myself and family can tell you is just The Best Pizza from many miles away!!, the Wood oven !, the Dough is perfect, ingredients!! Are all Perfecto Taste!! The Whole Italian Concept is too nice!!! We had done all, done in, take out and Repeat!! Is a must . Also Staff is so friendly, and responsive, anything you need are there for you, very kind. Is like feeling home .

I will forever love this place! Came one saturday evening with 7friends and as always, the food was incredible, the service incredible. The team here are so kind and attentive and smiley. I cannot recommend Italian Concept enough. Thank you to them for it always being an enjoyable dinner out!

On another day I might have overlooked the poor service, but after hoping to be lifted by a nice lunch, I was left with the feeling this place is just pretending to be an Italian restaurant.

Nice and pleasant restaurant. Service was excellent. Menu was difficult to read because of fonts and colours used. We had to use a torch!!! Please be aware that some of the dishes were marked as vegetarian, although the ingredients were not

We love coming back to this place again and again. A piece of Italy near Windsor. Absolutely fantastic food, real pizza and the hospitality. Carmine always makes us feel so welcomed, his hospitality always brightens up our mood. The warmest atmosphere and the most delicious food.

Very good food ok price for what I ordered ! One thing I don’t understand … people here that left one star complained that the prices are high … For you guys to eat and leave a one star review saying how good was the food and place but complain about price .. you must be really really cheap … it’s a poor mentality. If you eat and you don’t like the food is one thing .. but to be sad because you paid a bit more you must be really sad person. My pizza was big and really tasty !

Best authentic Italian restaurant period.

"Surprisingly" only because I have driven past this restaurant many times without noting it and, from the outside, you may not appeciate how good it is. The restaurant is not high-end in decor but a very individual and rustic place. The food is excellent, and a bottle of their lowest priced wine was very good indeed. The restaurant kindly facilitated a particular time for our booking, and the staff were great (especially our waitress) - genuinely friendly and with a good sense of humour, and very attentive though not at all intrusive. Great coffee too! The only small issue I had was that the background music (not all of which was to my taste but each to their own) was at times a little loud. I definitely recommend this restaurant for good casual dining and we have already decided to come here again for our next meet-up.

Best restaurant in egham staines area

Fantastic little place, buzzing atmosphere, and everyone greeted like an old friend. Fab pizza and amazing pasta, couldn't recommend highly enough.

This restaurant is one that keeps giving, it's a favourite of my family friend's and everytime I go there with them, the service , atmosphere and food is always amazing. The waitress yesterday ( as usual) went far and beyond to satisfy us and even my little one. Great outdoor seating and children can safely play in their garden with adult supervision.

Such an unexpected find. My seabass was beautifully cooked and my fellow diners were delighted with their pizzas. This place clearly has a loyal following and was packed on a Thursday evening. Super friendly staff and a really lovely atmosphere.

The atmosphere was fine as was the service and even the presentation of the food was lovely. Having sad that, the prices were high £11 -£15 for a starter £14-30 for a main and £3.80 for a cola plus the 12% service charge adds up very fast. Now if it be high quality food I’d be fine but some of the starters, the Mozzarella was still frozen on the inside, the calamari was chewy instead of soft and the risotto was tasteless. £20 for tasteless risotto is a crime!!! The pizzas looked okay but didn’t have that.

lovely little oasis where my little girl ran around the garden with a half dozen other children of families at the venue. the pizza was perfect. the ribeye was cooked to perfection. the peppercorn sauce was amazing I had to tell the chef it was outstanding.

Outstanding Even though it was very busy they manage to accommodate us. The food was lush and the service outstanding. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Today it was my third time there and by far it was the best. A massive thank you to the young lady who was looking after us… you made the difference. Well done guys Buon Ferragosto

This is the place we go when we have a special family occasion. Love it. The Italian concept pasta dish is amazing, pizzas and steak second to none. Years of happiness here , more to come.

This was our first visit after driving past many times 😊. It was fantastic atmosphere and food was amazing. We will be back - we have been back many times and each time it is fantastic.

7 of us (my family) ate here last week. A lovely cozy little place. Tried a few beers I hadn’t before which were lovely. Had a bottle of Rose which was gorgeous. Garlic bread starters were spot on. The mains looked superb, the sea food linguine was exceptional. except 2 pasta dishes came out nearly 20mins after the first 5 did which was disappointing. Hence the mark… Would I go back ??,…. yes defo as enjoyed the experience.

After two perfect occasions visiting, food & service being excellent, the third trip was very disappointing. The issues we faced were endless, from starters to share coming separately, to my son and i delivered our pasta dishes without offer of black pepper or parmasean, and no side salad until at the end of my pasta! We had to ask several times for my husband's pizza and it did not arrive until my son and i had finished our mains. My husband then refused it out of principle. Not acceptable, we complained and all we got was a free coffee! The waitress then added insult to injury and said we wont charge you for the pizza! Well hello we didnt have it so i should hope not! Its a shame as its a lovely vibe and pleasant atmosphere, they just need some competent staff!

Foods here are really amazingly delicious. Surely will come again. Perfect for farewell or welcome treat as it's so close to Heathrow.

High quality Italian food situated near the river thames. It's an open location, not particularly big, but quite nice. Food has a wide range of typical Italian meals and serves very good pizza. I would advise on trying the specialties from the menu, such as the filled-crust pizza, which gives a flavour of Italy to any person coming there. A pleasant experience.

Yes, this place gets it. One of those hidden gems, one of those places you find every now and then, anxious about whether it will be good or average! Had dinner here with the little one and some friends. We were on our way back home and this place was on the way. Didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be a cozy restaurant with friendly staff and amazing food. It’s difficult to find an Italian place that has fresh lasagna or a decent bolognese, tasty pizza and crispy crusts! Not here, every dish we had was not only fresh, but also good, every single bite! Will we come back? Absolutely. The only downside is that you can’t have a carbonara, it’s not on the menu. Well, not if you don’t ask ;-)…

Came here based on a recommendation. Pleasant venue and friendly greeting however there was a female member of staff who we found to be particularly rude. We first noticed this when our starter came with a main component missing and when we asked about it, she said that's how it came, we said that wasn't what the menu said and she walked off just denying it came with it. (The table next to us was Italian, they got it served the right way). Then we ordered dinner, the pizza came with all the toppings uncooked placed on top which was a surprise. The truffle pasta dish was tasty but 3 of us agreed no truffle taste at all. When being asked how dinner was, we commented on how tasty it was but said we couldn't taste any truffle, well she totally ignored me and walked away whilst I was mid sentence. She then ignored us when we were clearly finished and trying to get her attention to pay whilst she cleared rhe next table who had left. Service in general was poor, we had to ask twice for our second round of drinks. The food was not too bad but not worth the price and wouldn't recommend

This place is so awesome to chill and have good food. Here you will get the authentic Italian cuisine with large menu. Environment is very positive and thrilling, service was great and staff's are very friendly and accommodating. I had Home made Tiramisu and 4 cheese Pizza, I have to say that I had the best pizza ever it was so cheesy and yammy.... I had a wonderful lunch and a relaxing time here.

As a pizza chef and someone who has tasted Italian wood-fired pizza across the globe, I can confidently say that this particular wood-fired pizza is one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend giving it a try! I believe this restaurant is deserving of a Michelin star for their outstanding wood-fired pizza, rather than just a review on Google. However, it's important to note that the Michelin Guide tends to focus on fine dining establishments rather than pizzerias. Nevertheless, I encourage others to visit this restaurant and savor the delicious taste of their wood-fired pizza. It's truly exceptional and not to be missed!

Party of 4 for a works dinner. Starters, mains, and dessert for such a reasonable price. Burrata Cheese served with slices of parma ham and fresh basil - delicious. Panna Cotta for pudding - amazing. Chicken and mushroom main was ok... should have had pasta. Pizza the next day was brilliant. Fast and attentive service. 100% going back again soon.

This restaurant was so nice! The food was great, my favourite being the starter. we ordered a tagliere and it had the most authentic tasting cheese ever, the pecorino was fresh and the buratta was amazing. For the main, i ordered a parma pizza, which was delicious, the dough was perfect and very well made and all the toppings tasted extremely fresh. The tiramisu for desert was also very good. I would 100% recommend this place to people looking for a good italian restaurant to eat at!

I'd heard great reviews of this restaurant, but I'm afraid I was very disappointed. They didn't have my choice of main, calves liver so I opted for the lamb shank on mash. It was over cooked, tasteless and overpriced. No veg included except a thin layer of mash swimming in gravy. I opted for sorbet dessert. All my friends got theirs. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting for mine. When I enquired I was told they had run out! I won't be rushing back.

Homely, great atmosphere, amazing seafood dishes

Following the Ascot weekend meeting being cancelled, we decided to have lunch here with friends. Last time we visited, there had been a problem with the pizza ovens, but luckily no such problem this time. The food that is served here is freshly cooked and simply delicious. My friend raved about his calves liver, my lobster ravioli was just amazing and the other two loved their chosen pizzas. The service comes with a smile at all times. I just love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for good Italian fayre.

Excellent place from the time you enter and to the time you finish, service is brilliant. Good is awesome and the atmosphere even better. We had our coffee outside and it was delight. Happy to say that that our bill for a three course + coffee was reasonable... Free parking One disappointment...No wheelchair excess in the resturant. It's kid friendly.. You can always ask for dietary options and more vegitarian options. I had vegi pasta dish.. Try for yourself...you will not be disappointed Thank you

We had to wait for 40 mins to get our dishes, two steaks and one pizza. Pizza was amazing, but steak was a bit lame. We ordered medium rare ripeye, but the streak was too thin to be cooked as a medium rare. They were not rude, but not kind either.

Very nice food, very friendly service- There is lot of care and passion so it is a good business. Just a little overpriced, for the money the portions should be much bigger. Think about this then everything will be perfect.

What a wonderful find. If you drive past on the way to the Magna Carter it’s worth calling in. The outside is very modest looking but inside it is clean, smart and cosy. The staff are amazing and the food was incredible. The arrancini was delicious and the pizza perfect. We had a lovely meal and a nice time together relaxing and enjoying the meal. Thanks so much!

We loved this place so much as a family on holiday nearby that we ate there two nights in a row. So friendly and all the dishes we had were delicious. Everyone made us feel welcome from start to finish. Hope it is always there and continues to thrive. NB Lots of parking spaces. I do think you would need a car, bikes or taxi to get there at night, but very walkable by day. Pop in when you are doing the Magna Carta site.

I almost don’t want to post this review because I’d like to keep this gem of a restaurant a secret. The food is amazing and service excellent. We had the calamari which was up there with the best Iv had. Pizza was absolutely delicious, seafood linguine was also great with lots of yummy mussels and clams. Lots of parking available is a bonus. So happy I discovered this little Italian and will definitely be visiting again

Just superb. The food was so so so tasty, service was great, setting was lovely. Great find for anyone staying in the Runnymede like us as its a few mins walk down the canal.

We love Italian food, and Italian concept is really good, the space is very cozy, and with good weather you can seat outside and enjoy a delicious feast.

We stayed at the Runnymede on thames last night and went to this resteraunt simply because it was the closest. Well, what a stroke of luck. The food is simply amazing, could not fault a single thing, the building is small and cute and it makes for an amazing atmosphere inside. I would definitely recommend this place over and over again. A gem hidden away with outstanding food. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and extremely welcoming. Had one of the nicest Bruschetta, whilst you may think you can't go wrong with this dish, many places do. Here it was tasty thin slightly toasted, fresh lovely baby tomatoes and the dressing - superb. Other starters our table had were Montanare & Parmigina - all tasty & delicious. Everyone loved their mains and I have to give a special mention to Zuppa Di Pesce, if you like seafood you have to try it. Never heard of a traditional stew before & wasn't sure what to expect - the flavour amazing, seafood bountiful & cooked to perfection. I especially like the fact I was given a proper finger bowl & not some wipes in a packet - you need the finger bowl. Two of the party had been before & couldn't wait for us to try it and we can't wait till we are visiting again - we will be returning.

We are new to this lovely restaurant, we have been twice and we sat outside on both occasions, which is lovely, busy , but didnt wait too long we only had a main , but delicious ! Well worth a visit.

Food was good compared to the regular chain restaurant.

Very slow to get drinks out and had to ask 4 times for water. Beer was not cold and there was so many apologies to the tables around us it for slow service it made our dining experience pretty negative. Food was nice though. We decided not to go back.
