Very friendly service always with a smile, Oana is doing a great job running the place even on the occasions she has been in the shop alone. She is a true credit to this business 👏

Awful customer service, was like we were invisible. Worse still witnessed 4 members of staff gang up, intimidate and bully a lady who was complaining - in front of her child. Was shocking. They were horrible. Obviously a franchise and the staff were not enjoying their jobs. Don’t go there, avoid!

So we decided to stop and order at Kaspa’s, the service and food was fine. But we wanted to raise a point that the staff where working behind the counter and the manager (lady without uniform on), it’s believed her name is ‘Ellie’, threw a pancake at a member of staff and was shouting at her two colleagues. It made everyone in the shop feel uncomfortable, including the ‘Uber eats driver’ So yeah, Ellie! Stop! Bullying! Your! Staff!

We didn’t get a chance to try the desserts - the staff were so rude we left before ordering. After waiting for a table but nobody coming over I approached the counter and was told I needed to wear a mask. I moved back from the counter and I said I’d like to eat in and surely didn’t need a mask for this. No other customers who were seated were wearing masks. The staff member turned her back to me and ignored me as I tried to speak to her. My daughter tried asking again and she refused to even acknowledge us! I waited a couple more minutes and then we left. Not a good experience.

Honestly, if you have a sweet tooth, Kaspas is the place for you. They have a large selection of sweets and beverages so you can never be disappointed. The decoration in this shop is also amazing, gives you the vibes of a refurbished American diner. The only downside is that staff often forget if you have requested for extra/removed toppings on waffles and crepes.

Delicious pancakes and waffles, especially the white chocolate crepes. The ice cream is nice but powdery so not the best. Come for the food not ice cream.

I'd had a proper rough week. I wanted to treat myself to something very naughty, so decided to try this place. I was delighted that they do take away, they were quick with my order and the food and my smoothie was absolutely delicious. The staff were polite and friendly. I will most definitely be back there. Thanks

My daughter loves it here, for obvious reason. The food is tasty (as one would expect), the premises kept clean (even the toilets!) & the staff seem pretty efficient (although they could stand to be slightly friendlier) - even at busy times. It's costly for what it is, but makes for a nice treat from time-to-time.

Food here is amazing! Just the thought makes my mouth water. We live just around the corner so come here quite often, i must have tried half the menu. Always delightful!!

We were served by Elena, who was pleasant, and Charmaine was very rude to her and was in a fluster, she was swearing in plain sight of the customers and told Elena to stop serving customers to help prepare food when there was a large queue. There are much better ways this could have been handled, swearing in front of customers and children is not one of them. The food was good.

Visited Kaspas after lunch for desert, the staff are very friendly and greet you when you come in. The food was served quickly and was very nice. The tables were clean.

Great team who arranged a brilliant birthday party for my daughter. Delicious ice creams. Wonderful to have a loyalty app too to make use of.

Kids love coming to this place as it offers what they like in terms of flavors....We visit the place any time we are in the vecinity.

Had 2 Scoops of Vanilla Pod and Strawberries and Cream Ice Cream in a Waffle Cone to take away. The Sac was very strawberry flavoured. Nice. 🍓🍦

It was great food and the small wait was worth it. I ordered the cookie dough and it was out of this world!

The staff are very keen to help and extremely friendly. The food is lovely and very sweet. If you are going for dessert then you will need to have eaten very little as the portions are huge! Would recommend to anyone!

I went with my partially sighted friend, her guide dog and my young son to Egham and whilst I did a quick shop my friend and son went into Kaspers for an ice cream.

Large portion and fresh fruit ... only grumble is that I had a waffle and ice cream, I like hot and cold but my waffle was not hot as I expected. The banana on my waffle was very fresh and not black at all and the strawberries on my sons crepe were also fab and not over ripe. My partner has an Ice cream sundae, said that was very good. Worth a visit - don't eat too much before if this is your dessert ...

If you are looking for a treat, this is your place. If you want savoury or are counting calories, look elsewhere. They do take away and boxes if you can't finish your order.

I love how nice and friendly the staff is. More importantly, the food variety is huge and so innovative. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is great. They are short on staff but the staff is doing more than its best so I don't blame them.

I can't complain about the food or the menu . Heaven help them if they get busy. I feel sorry for the two staff. They were working hard but we had over half an hour wait for two scoop of icecream and a coke! The lad on the till didn't have a good command of the English language and he was serving a group of Chinese kids, so a mix up of orders occurred. They did apologise and gave us bigger servings, not a good move for a 3 yr old! I won't be going again

Visited today with my 2 children. Service was good, we were told the cookie dough would take 10-15mins. So expected the wait. Kids loved it. I tried a bubble slush thing which was actually nice and refreshing. All in all we will be visiting again!

We were very impressed with the quality of service and with the food itself, especially after reading some quite harsh reviews both on here and on other review sites.

Thoroughly disappointed yet again by Kaspas. Completely empty and yet it still took half an hour to be served our food...absolutely ridiculous and not a single apology from the staff, who spent their time chatting away rather than bothering to actually do their job!! After such a long wait the order I received was wrong, a real disappointment considering that when ordering I had to correct the staff multiple times to ensure that they wrote down the correct order...yet despite this they still got it wrong (something that has happened multiple times when visiting Kaspas). I feel let down by the staff at Kaspas and the absolutely terrible service I experienced- I will not be going back there as it is clear that nothing ever seems to change, disappointing considering the food is actually good...

The staff did their job OK but showed no enthusiasm or pleasure in the work.

First time visit today into a Kaspas, and I was very satisfied with the food & my Latte. And I love my Lattes. The Strawberries & Cream Crepe was delicious ❤❤❤ Will be back again soon that's for sure 👍

I am not going to comment on the food that we had here, Kaspa's is a well known chain and their desserts are standard American/Italian influence.

Generous amount of toppings and sauces, better bring along friends when you visit coz you probably cannot finish up the big serving size. Lots of different kinds of ice cream and sorbet flavours, milkshakes and cakes, pancakes and waffles... DELICIOUS!

Always come here with my boyfriend. Despite all the comments on here, we have never found the service to be slow. Food is always so good, especially the brownie waffles. Would also recommend the Nutella milkshake!!

Poped on for a treat after school. The ice cream was lovely. I had the banoffee crepe and it was fantastic. Not too expensive and the kids love it. Service was ok. Very enjoyable.

Terrible service,terrible food and terrible music. Do yourself a favour and buy some ice cream from across the road and take it home to eat!!!!

Came here on my first visit and it was quiet, i went up to order and sat down they took 15 minutes to bring my drink over I asked for Fanta) then a further half hour for my waffles and my partner ice cream. The waffles were very nice but I think they should make the waffles cook abit longer as I like it crispy not soft.

Well... not very impress by the staff there. It has been open only about a week ago (Visit in June). The staff don't know about the products at all. Well ice cream lovely and the ice cream deserts very nice made. Hope they had in proofed they customer service till now to get the clients more relaxing on the sunny days.

We've eaten here several times as I wanted to give a new eatery the benefit of the doubt. Sadly the same problems present themselves every time. The service is incredibly slow, they often forget parts of the order and the music is too loud (not to mention the not appropriate for kids music videos). The ice cream is only so so in my opinion and although my kids like it enough, I am not a fan and often don't bother to order for myself.

Been three times since it has opened. We ate in two times and got take away last time.

Firstly, I'd say that it was the amazing decoration that made me enter Kaspas. The portions were generous and everything was delicious, especially the crêpes and vanilla latte ! The service was perfect and the waiters extremely friendly. I'll certainly come back during another trip to Egham !

Children had waffles and I had a sundae. Portions were generous and there were plenty of choices. Well worth the money.

Visited here on a Sunday afternoon before our journey home. My 5 year old found it hard to decide from all the lovely flavours. Interior is so retro. Scooters as seats. Excellent. Well worth a visit.

Deserts are amazing here. I doubt anyone would say the opposite. Italian Gelato is so incredibly delicious and I had the most wonderful strawberry crepe here. What I enjoyed the most was the cosy atmosphere and the way the tables are set as they give you some privacy to stay with your family and to have a good chat, especially when you've got kids.

I am a huge fan of ice cream, especially exotic flavours. I was very disappointed with this place.

Saw the shop and had to go in, it took ages to be served, ordered what we thought would be scrummy ice creams, oh so disappointed - tasteless. Won't go again.

Went in to hide from the rain with my 7 month old son. Was really surprised good baby facilities and friendly staff who were really accommodating. Desserts are aimed at kids and are huge!!

On my last visit 2 of the sundaes had very gritty crystalised ice cream, when I tried to tell the lady behind the counter 1st she didn't understand what I was saying, then said "Well that's ice cream...", to his credit a young chap, I think named Joe stepped in and offered a refund for 1 of them. Meanwhile someone in the background smashed a glass bowl right next to where a child's dessert was being prepared... they served it anyway...

Amazing place....lovely owner. Also the staff made some rally good waffles. Definitely a must go. It's also right on the high street right near to the Egham station makes it so much easier to grab some dessert.

Came to kaspas in egham today for a family outing and the waffle i eat made my year!!! Would 100% go back with friends or family. Best restaurant to open up in egham in a long time.

We went to Kaspas one lunchtime and I had a strawberry and butterscotch waffle. I didn't realise how large it would be, but it was manageable and very lovely/tasty. There was quite a large selection of different flavours and you can have different waffle bases (ie with M&M; stuffed inside) for a bit more money. Staff were attentive and price was ok.

We went with our family. The service was quick the portions were good. There was lots of flavours all ours tasted good. It was also clean.

Five of us enjoyed a selection of various ice creams and a milk shake. Very nice with generous portions.
