Caffe Nero - Egham in Runnymede

Excellent service, quality products. While visiting family and staying in a nearby hotel, this place was our morning breakfast and coffee. The friendly staff worked quickly to keep lines to a minimum, as many locals dropped in for a coffee to go. There is comfortable seating inside and outside, and the staff didn’t rush anyone away. I was there many times in a few days.

Always a good experience in this Nero. Staff are always friendly and extremely efficient. Great place to sit and read with a delicious cup of coffee!

The best coffee shop in Egham. The coffee is excellent, the service is good and prompt. The price is pretty much what you would expect to pay.

Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely staff that are always on their tip toes making everything happen, always polite and with a smile on their faces, even though everytime I visit, there's a long line of people waiting. Thank you.

Until December 2018 the coffee was decent. Now the coffee is impossible to drink because it has a burnt taste. Additionally the taste is too strong. The new staff doesn't listen your complaint and the manager is very impolite. This is the worst Caffe Nero in the area (there is one in Staines and another in Windsor: both are good).

My first visit to a Nero, taken by a friend for a coffee. Very tasty coffee, much nicer than the other chain across the road and hot which I often find cafe coffee isn’t. Efficient friendly staff.

Not the largest coffee shop in Egham, but always busy and the staff nicer than one of the larger chains over the road. Only one toilet for everyone though, which is a problem when it is very busy.

Never been in a Nero’s before but a friend took me in. They were very helpful, the food and drinks were lovely and the staff were very understanding

We stopped for a quick bite to eat and really enjoyed the mushroom and gruyere cheese toastie sandwiches. Would have them again if we are in the area.

We stopped here for a quick coffee. Serve was great, coffee was lovely. What more could you ask for in order for a quick stop!

Good quality food for breakfast. You can choose a healthy option with yougurth and fruits, plus good pastries if you want to put weight :-)

Been a regular since it opened and it's just as it should be: always consistent in quality of coffee and always nice friendly barista's. A courtesy newspaper often available which is lovely.

One Nero is as good as the next right? Wrong - it's all about the service, and the staff in Nero, Egham are lovely - Thanks guys.

Cosas habituales. Típico Estilo nero (fórmula). Flujo de personas y salir crea un buzz cafetería, la cual está muy bien. Buen lugar para charlar o leer. Interior tenía una renovación siguientes obras en esa parte de la calle alta, hizo un buen trabajo. El personal es siempre eficiente y resultó muy buena y no demasiado húmeda capuchino. Gracias Nero, volveremos pronto.

Arrived early for a meeting so waited here, but noisy for conference call but coffee was good.So do go in.

Fuimos a por café Caffe Nero después de una desastrosa visita a Gran fomenta. Muy refrescante tener un buen servicio. Atento sin ser entrometido. Incluso se acordaba de nuestra orden cuando decidimos tomar un segundo café. Me impresionó.

I love this coffee shop - great coffee and nice cakes. It is great for a quick lunch too, with a good selection of soups, tasted sandwiches and pasta.

Your standard cafe nero, grabbed a panini for lunch with a colleague. staff were friendly .Wouldn't go out of way to visit but not bad if you are looking for a chai latte in the area

Just like all Neros and so you can't go wrong with a coffee stop here. Good choice of food and comfortable seats. Its nicer indoors than outside.

But since the regular staff have moved on the service is slow and lacks the fun atmosphere and chat the staff ensured to make your coffee time great. Shame.

Visited Cafe Nero with a friend during which we received nothing but poor service and one of the barista's was exceptionally rude! She even tried to start an argument with me which was completely unacceptable! I am currently writing a complaint to head office about this dreadful experience! Very sad as have had brilliant experiences in all other Cafe Nero stores. However i will no longer be attending and shall resort to getting my daily caffeine at Costa.

The usual good coffee in relaxing surroundings. Coffee made at right temparature so not bitter. Staff efficient.

Went here for a coffee with a colleague. We're served efficiently but with no real personal touch. Disappointing as we were the only people in the queue. The barista tried to up sell with a pastry, which we politely declined. Overall a fairly generic high street chain coffee experience.

we had breakfast on Sunday and the ambience was relaxing, the croissant good and espresso and cappuccino were well done. Very good experience

A great cup of coffee but spoilt by some inconsiderate customers who insisted their dogs should be allowed in the main area despite chairs available outside the staff appeared intimidated by the owners and were reluctant to say anything

Went to this cafe Nero back in November as I love this chain so much. I walked in and the two girls were too busy gossiping to ask me if I needed anything, I was staring at them for a good 20 seconds whilst they were finishing up their conversation leaning on the back of the counter, it was a little rude. I ordered a £3.80 iced frappe to go, it felt a little light but I was in a rush so I had to leave. I had about three sips and the drink was gone, I was left with 70% foam, it was so bad, I returned to the store and explained my situation and that for the amount Id paid, I wasn't too impressed, they both looked at me as if my opinion didn't even matter and replied with 'well what do you want us to do' after a rude conversation she agreed to remake it for me, I felt like it was a complete hassle, I certainly won't be returning here again!!

... the best coffee of the big three, usual Caffe Nero surroundings, and friendly staff! What more can I say?
