My family and I are big Nando fans. The one at Oxford Westgate has always been reliably good for us with staff and managers always being very accommodating and generous. Still our favourite place to eat.
Firstly, there was a man in the front of me waiting for his order, but he left as he was waiting way too long and other people who was after him get they order before him. While the manager or supervisor, just was there watching what is going on and playing with his phone insted to help the staff. And I order chicken wrap with BBQ sauce and i didn't get any sauce at all. It was dry and tasteless.
So disappointed.
I had an amazing experience at Need Noodle Bar! I tried the egg noodles, and they were absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked with great flavor. The portion was generous, and the price was very reasonable, making it feel like great value for money. Definitely one of the best noodle spots I’ve tried in a while. Highly recommend it!

Sat for an hour without being served. Tried to catch the attention of a server at least several times. Left without a chance to order drinks or food. Also it was my birthday (not important)
Came to Marks and Spencer for coffee, asked for our tea and tea cakes! They did not have any tea cakes, this happens frequently when going to their cafes. All they say is it’s not available on that day, but it happens frequently!!! I’ve complained for years about this, not having goats or soya milk in the cafe!! They sell it in the shop, so they do have it!!! When toast came it was warm to say the least!!!
Also staff were rude, they seemed annoyed we even asked and asked why it happens a lot! We didn’t really get an answer! Also when trying to pay the lady was rude and told me I had to wait, but she was really abrupt!!! Made me feel like I was an inconvenience! If I spoke to my patients like that, I would be warned!!!
When we walked to the tables not one was clean, we had sat down for about 10 minutes before they started to clear them!!!

I visited this place today and ordered a mixed kebab which contained doner meat and chicken sharwarma. The portion was decent and the meat was fresh and well seasoned, placed in a lovely naan bread. I made it a meal so was given some fries which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - just perfect!
I will definitely be returning to this place and hope that they can be consistent with their quality and service.
Being a PizzaHut everything is fake. Rice over(OVER)cocked American style. Noodles smoky as burned and so on. Far far (FAR) away from a decent Thai cuisine. To be avoided. One star only for the cocktails.

¡Juramentado por el personal del mostrador en Greggs por el crimen de acercarse al mostrador cuando lo llaman! Realmente no me impresionó, tenía a mi hija conmigo. Luego ignorado cuando sugerí no ser juramentado.
Entré a navegar por el menú. Estoy muy embarazada y sufro de una alergia y no pude evitar escuchar a las dos trabajadoras hablar sobre cómo accidentalmente habían lidiado con un alérgeno mal con una clienta que puede sufrir con anafilaxia. Debido a la audición excesiva esto se decide dejar para la seguridad de mí y mi bebé y no quería hacer un trato al respecto, solo sabía que comer allí podría no haber sido una buena idea para mí. Al salir la trabajadora gritó ‘gracias de todos modos supongo’ y su amiga se le unió riendo. Esto es inapropiado y no espero que me griten y se rían de mí como una mujer embarazada de 9 meses que simplemente decidió que podría no ser seguro para mí beber uno de sus batidos. Absolutamente horrorizado por este comportamiento. Esto sucedió a las 3. 20 el 20 de marzo en la sucursal de Oxford Westgate. Su personal no solo necesita capacitación en alérgenos, sino que también necesita algo de capacitación en servicio al cliente, ya que no espero que me griten y menosprecien. La tienda Oxford necesita reevaluar a su equipo.
