Rum Reggae Jerk in Oxford

Sat for an hour without being served. Tried to catch the attention of a server at least several times. Left without a chance to order drinks or food. Also it was my birthday (not important)

Unfortunately we weren’t able to access has the host at the entrance refused us (3people) when the restaurant was 3/4 empty at 13:00 . Reasons : we are under staffed as we have many call in sick . We requested to be contacted if any cancellation but he said sorry I can’t do that but you can book through our call center but not for today .

Most of the food is very spicy. You should ask them not to put spicy - individual options. Those who love Metubal - this is the place for them. Great cocktails!
