Drink missing for my little girl

Had to wait over an hour to get my food. Ordered before five. It came at 6:20 I’ve never had the estimated time change so much. It changed from 5:55, carried on going up until 6:35. It’s really annoying not to be able to cancel your order from a certain point, people have places to be and sometimes can’t wait an hour for their food, I’m just lucky I didn’t have anywhere to be at the time.

Workers very slow and rude,did my order wrong even though was not busy and most tills did not have receipts! I do not recommend go to Gregg's next door better

I saw rats in the Mac Donald’s and staff were extremely rude and kept rolling there eyes when anyone would ask a question needs more polite staff and needs to be clean

The delivery guy was super super fast.

The burgers tased like onions ,but the fact we didn’t order them and they weren’t in the burger means the workers put some in and realised so they took them,and the burgers aren’t their usual taste!

Went in for a chocolate milkshake for my GF, Tuesday 10th order #46 got served and it was as watery as a coffee. My gf said that's not right to the staff member who walked off consulted the person doing the drinks and came back and rudely said "that's how it is" and pushed it back across the counter. Gf carried on and sain :no it should be thicker" (as she has one every few days) . The rude staff member begrudgingly said "ok we'll sort it in a bit" gf waited 2 or 3 minutes more, nothing ended up walking out without what she'd paid for. Service rating should be negative stars

The most rubbish food in Oxford but so cheap so can't blame The staff don't care at all about the hospitality and serving the customers Lots of times there are missing items from the orders which happened to me more than 4 times The quality of the meat is like plastic

Never received my order and when I called the restaurant they claimed there was nothing they could do.

Delivery time was good just part of order was in a right state. Drinks and ice cream in same bag drinks leaked all over ice creams and took ages to get this sorted with just eat so annoying

They greet and say hi to most customers except black people. They give me the silent treatment or angry look. The food was ok but they need to work on their customer service skills and treat all people with adequate respect.

I ordered on the food happy meal but the machine didn't print my receipt to show that I paid and therefore I couldn't get any order number. I asked member of staff for help he reluctantly approached and acted like I was lying and didn't want to accept that their self service order machine didn't print my receipt. Finally I had to show my contactless payment then got my order. It was an awful experience and won't go again to this place.

I ordered a drink and it was peeking out of the bag.

Crispy chicken wrap was wonderful with little bit sweet chilly....yummy.....

poorly prepared burger, whether there are a lot of people or not enough people, always takes too long, the burger looks like a puzzle that before eating we have to put together, everything falling to the side... the staff cares more about being on the phone than serving the customer, Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at.

the drinks had spilt in the bag and the bag was leaking. i ordered sweet curry dip but did not recieve it! Also i asked for a toy in the Happy meal but received a book instead!

Order placed at 8.45 , time of delivery at order time 09.25 . Order delivered 10.20 . I could have driven to another McDonald’s, eaten in and driven home in this time !

said food was gonna come at 18:05-18:20 and didn’t even leave mcdonald’s until about 18:34 and got to me around 18:50-55 and when the food arrived it was cold and the chips were like rubber only good thing was the banana milkshake.

Food was ok. Phone signal was very poor so we couldn't use the app to order and the machine in store wasn't giving any receipt so identifying your order was hard. Luckily it wasn't a busy time

Hi I am not complaining about your service . I wish to complain about the size of the ‘Big Mac ‘ - it was tiny ! . McDonald’s need to rename it the ‘ little mick ‘ if they want to keep it that size . Next time can I have a ‘big ‘ Mac . I’ve tried complaining on McDonald’s website .

£3 for 3 cheese burgers?!? Yes please! First taste was a bit off (probably Britain’s lack of MSG) but the middle and after taste were just standard McDs. Always a 5 star.

Delivery took over 30 mins from when the restaurant updated to say they were on their way, food was stone cold and hard by time it arrived. Hash browns cold and greasy. Chucked in the bin!

The food was cold, fries wasn't cooked properly, Coca-Cola wasn't fizzy. But service was okay.

Got cheese on burger when I asked for no cheese

The initial window said 8.15-8.35… this kept moving later until it ended up at 840-9 and the door arrived at 8.39… the food had clearly been sitting in the restaurant for longer than it has with other delivery firms as the hot food was soggy.

food freezing. chips unedible. milkshake like water. and burgers were disgusting. you have only offered me £6 I want a full refund for food I can't eat. this isn't my fault its a you problem that needs to get better because this isn't the 1st time.

Simply too busy to be anything but an ordeal at lunchtimes (12-3). McDonald's needs to upgrade to larger premises in the city centre, it has long outgrown this inadequate space.
