Mac Shack in Oxford

It is a nice cafe. It is spacious, ground floor and 1st floor with the view to the street. It offers a warm, cosy and peaceful atmosphere. There are sockets available to recharge your devices while enjoying a coffee - in case your phone runs out of battery. The coffee ☕️ was good and the staff was kind and friendly. It wasn't too busy and probably could have been cleaner, but it wasn't that bad.

Firstly, there was a man in the front of me waiting for his order, but he left as he was waiting way too long and other people who was after him get they order before him. While the manager or supervisor, just was there watching what is going on and playing with his phone insted to help the staff. And I order chicken wrap with BBQ sauce and i didn't get any sauce at all. It was dry and tasteless. So disappointed.

Ordered online, said it would arrive in 30-40 mins. Checked after that time and still said the same then went on to say it had been delivered when it had not. Tried calling and it said phone number was incorrect, went up to the shop about 10:40pm to try and talk to someone and it was closed despite saying open till 11pm.

Excellent full English breakfast and pot of tea. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Shame that there was no tip jar.

Absolutely terrible they put the ice cream tub in the same bag as the hot food so by the time it reached us every item was stone cold. Awful
