Costa Coffee in Oxford

Costa in Keighley doesn't sound like a top attraction but the staff members along with the consistent coffee and pastries make it a "must go" place for me.

Costa in next was dirty, the toilet was terrible paper holder broken. This is in a prime location. Didn't stay went somewhere else.Costa coffee you could do alot better.

One of the drinks had spilt all over the bag and the white paper didn’t help prevent spillage but also didn’t come with no straws so had to drink it

Worst costa staff ever. They have a prime location with good view and the biggest coffee brand in the UK and they are competing to ruin it.

Iris made a wonderful coffee for me! 10/10 recommend it!

Cashier Tay was very rude when I asked to swap a cake. According to her, "Customer is not always right." Tay: Speak slow so customers can understand you.

Super pissed today evening. One of your staff insulted me twice. She prepared my coffee and when I tried to take it, she snatched the coffee from my hand twice infront of other customers. I felt really insulted. I would love to have a word with the manager tomorrow! Shame on you!!!

Arrived at 3:45pm on a Sunday to be rudely informed they are closed when there are other staff members still ordering and taking food that has not sold. Google states you are opened till 4pm so you’d think they’d still serve till then

Attentive, friendly staff with speedy service.

The server had an air pod in her ear and misheard our order then overcharged us and argued with us over what we ordered

Rude staff. Asked about using the toilet (as customer) and the counter lady instead of apologizing because it was out of order just barked a monosillable "NO!"

Insects in cabinet Didn’t want to share my lunch with them. Not very clean in appearance decided to leave the coffee shop Didn’t want a cake from a cabinet full of minute flying insects So poor

Everything you expect from a costa. Not sure what I can add

Dined in at 6pm but given cardboard cup (even thiugh said to stay in) and given hot chocolate with red (skimmed) milk. Red milk has happened twice now at end of the day. Prices should be different if you can expect a better quality drink at the begining or middle of the day.

A great place for coffee and a snack. Strongly recommend their flat whites with the signature roast!

Plenty of options, amazing bakery, polite staff and comfortable sofa - everything you can ask for in a coffee shop. My favourite in Westgate

Lovely hot drink, plenty of flavour and very pleasant staff

The man behind the till was extremely rude to his other colleague and us as customers. He split our family of just 3 people up so my Nan was made to sit on a table by herself and he was extremely rude through his tone of voice. Wont be coming back. The food and drinks were fine but thats not how you treat customers.

Great service as always. Service is always pretty quick. Their food selection is still reasonably okay at the moment, even at a reduced and basic level it is still enjoyable, you are able to eat/drink in with views overlooking the shopping center

Had a bacon and brie panini and was a bit disappointed. Not very much bacon and cheese. Was very dry. Coffee was okay though

A large cup of anything is a bucket sise, 10/10 would go again (4 star cause they forgot milk)

Very miserable staff also brought a drink and paid for a large but got half a cup so mite as well only brought a medium also no food to choose from as they don't have much in store.

The service was very slow, the tables were not getting cleared and the toilets were filthy.

Disappointing visit today as no Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies available. Not helpful as my daughter is a coeliac and therefor unable to eat any of your other products. Service at the coffee end was also very slow

Awful service, spilled tea all over my hand and scolded it badly in front of staff who offered no help at all for the burn on my hand, offer me a new drink or simply just ask if I was okay. Just seemed to stare at me and do nothing, then ask my friend to move so they could mop it up. Absolutely awful and dissapointing, never giving my money to this shop again.

We have visited other Costas that are inside Next and have loved them, so we thought this one in The Westgate Shopping centre would be ok too! We were wrong! It was quite a small coffee area and it wasn’t very busy, but still tables hadn’t been cleared and there was stuff over the floor. My decaff tea was a joke.....after 5 minutes of brewing it still had hardly changed the colour of the water! I drank it anyway but it was like dishwater. My husband had a mince pie which he thought was quite good. The toilet though was appalling....my husband went first and did advise me not to use it.....but needs must!! Costa should actually be ashamed to put their name to this coffee shop!

Nice coffee with views of the shopping centre. It's in Next which I haven't experienced before.

Die Bedienung war freundlich und der Laden gepflegt. Preise sind auch in Ordnung. Vorteil ist die eigene Toilette, so muss man nicht bis zur Center Toilette laufen.

Solid Costa coffee, has some seats at the top of the stairs with plug sockets.

Nice coffee shop could be cleaner and students shouldn’t take up all the seats when they are not drinking here and kids shouldn’t run around the cafe as ids dangerous parents should control the kids. Annoying when people talk on FaceTime around you too without earphones they think they’re so special because it’s FaceTime. Drinks are cold most of the time as well and staff are not really friendly.

Very good coffee, good service, nice atmosphere...

Decided on a coffee and sandwich. Coffee tasted rather bitter and on returning it to a member of staff the coffee was replaced without question.

A comfortable place for a coffee.

The coffee is a standard Costa coffee, staff is friendly. However, the ladies toilets are never up to the basic standards - disappointing. Also, during busy hours there are often many people who don't seem to be customers but just hang there, so the actual customers have nowhere to sit.

Always love popping into Costa for a hot chocolate. Always clean and the staff are always courteous

Costa coffee definitely sells top quality and luxurious hot drinks such as great-tasting hot chocolates. I tasted the black forest special hot chocolate and it was delicious. However, the prices are quite high, but so is the quality. The atmosphere in Costa is great with friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The quietest and best Costa in Oxford. Very friendly staff and it's almost always easy to get a seat. Nice view overlooking the interior of the Westgate. Located upstairs inside Next.
