Awful. All food was cold. Absolutely no apology when I called to complain. Will not be ordering again!

Possibly the worst kebab we have ever tasted both got thrown in the bin, the doner meat was so thick and gristly it’s hard to even explain reminded me of dog food. the garlic sauce had a sour taste even the salad was cut chunky and really not tasty would never order from here again, even our children’s chicken nuggets were burnt biggest waste of £35

Ordered food today 26/08/24 customer service is bad. It doesn’t matter food is good when service is bad. I ordered buying going inside. It doesn’t matter how busy you are or understaffed this is not customer fault. Don’t take out your bad energy on to customer. Don’t put your frustration on customer. I won’t be coming here again.

I have been many places but this is one of the place I will never forget if ever come back to Oxford I will come here I loved the Food and the staff were very friendly I’d recommend this place %100

Decent kebab probably best I've had in oxford, but paid for extra large, definitely wasn't extra large 🙄 .

Chicken and the donor kebab was first class. But the chips were awful re-heated chips done by the restaurant .

Don't know about your taste, but my chicken wings meal was delicious. Staff friendly and welcoming and sauces are very nice. 👍

The guy who serves is very rude, and quite slow + the food is costly, I go there only for the spicy sauce. But everytime they're rude.

Chips tasted like they had been fried 10 times over or left for hours worst chips I’ve had and the chicken was dry as anything and small portion size don’t waste your time with this dump garbage

Horrible food, terrible sized portions I mean terrible still rubbish branos just with a new name never again, AVOID.

We order a burger and chicken. The burger was missing, they only delivered 2 pieces fried chicken in lots of old out dated salad. 100% wrong order. They charged us fully for our order and delivered only 2 pound chicken.

Nice lamb, salad and spice. Good bread too, and Ayran to make a complete experience. Very tasty thank you.

Worst shawarma I ever eat. It is a joke

When I ordered 2 meals online we got delivered 1 meal that was wrong and one meal missing completely. When I answered the door, the driver was banging super hard on the neighbour's door repeatedly despite no answer then I called if that was for 18 and he was confused but then said yes. I phoned after seeing the order and told the guy what happened. He understood and said hes sending the missing meal out for delivery. After an hour of nothing I called to get an update and the same guy told me hes sent the order out and then verbally told me what was sent. He sent the same order out again missing the veggie meal again and when I said it was wrong he told me to ask for him next time I order and hell sort it out then. I said I cant do that as I wont order from here again and left it at that. Ridiculous waste of time and money and poor response all round.

The food was horrible. The chips is called and chewy the burger was very greasy I don’t recommend this place to no one just wasting the money.

Great food and portion sizes for the price. Got the Lilo special it Tasted great and will go again !

My first try and a poor experience. I ordered a large mix kebab (kofta & chicken shsh) for £12.70. Not only was the kofta cut into very small pieces and burnt from the outside, the size of the kebab was ridiculously small. To the extent the worker serving me apologised to it’s rather small size and offered to add extra Doner kebab to compensate. This is the smallest (large) kebab I’ve ever had and I certainly won’t be returning to this shop again! Since visiting here, I’ve had mixed kebabs at three other local places and not only did they have 2x the amount of meat but also for considerably less money too.

Put me off when I paid on line and the driver asked for payment with a smirk on his face please be aware when I said I'd already paid he walked away. Food was OK but not very hot

I took our young boys to their car driving experience, we were looking for halal food to eat closely before we left to come back home to Birmingham. We found this place not far from Car Chase Heroes... food was lovely my son had Tower burger & nephew had chicken fillet burger, I had grilled chicken wrap absolutely delicious it was. Thankyou Lilo!!! Definitely recommend xx

We use to order here with the old people we was regular customers but not so much now as when we use to order our meals we would also order a salad but instead of a salad we would get a box full of jalapeno instead and that's what we always got each time we order but now we can't it would be great if we had the opportunity to be able to order a box of jalapeno for the same price of a salad as you would get a lot of people who loves jalapeno ordering a box with they meals just an idea I would order again from you but your staff was rude and said to us no u can't have a box of jalapeno they only come with a meal but you would make more money just by updating your menu and added a box full of jalapeno for £3.90 just an idea

Decided to try the new kebab shop in Rose Hill, Oxford. A very bright, clean and friendly take out. The staff were super friendly and very polite. Prices are reasonable and the menu choice is excellent. We will be using this take out again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used to be there two times a week before renovation... Looks nice but new rude staff and about 25% more expensive than it was... Do not recommend...

Renovation looks nice But Today I had the worst meal I've got from here.. chicken wings were rubbery...other chicken was dry... and I can still taste the grease some 5 hours later

Nice food, fresh and clean - only thing that slightly let's it down was the large chicken wrap still didn't have particularly much chicken in it - the wrap was a quite gapy. But it was cooked well and tasty! Edited to say we had it again and the portions were much better sized, the BEST wraps in Oxford, perfect chips too. Thank you

We eat every weekends our food here In my opinion it’s best
