Imagine pizza. Now imagine it in Britain. I’m thankful that my tummy was filled, but sadly this fruit of the oven didn’t accomplish much more than that.

As a Pizza lover I love this place sooo muchh. Their Tandoori pizza just hut different when you eat it must try all the pizza !!

I had to wander around for 15 minutes in the rain to find the delivery driver who had gone to the wrong address, but which time it was lukewarm at best… Still awaiting a callback 2 times weeks later about a refund… Avoid!

Ordered online, never got my food, delivery man just left it outside without informing me and it was obviously stolen, called to complain and the manager started shouting it was not his fault and exclaimed how it is not their responsibility to call when delivering which was a very weird reaction.

My Domino's delivery was left at my apartment entrance without a call, and it got stolen. Not only was this frustrating, but the manager I spoke to about the issue was unhelpful and rude. Do not order delivery from them.

Of course I love domino's. They have the number 3 on the box. Pizza is always efficient and great to share with friends. 10/10

Food missing and when I contacted them I had the phone put down on me by an extremely rude woman, rang back to get food reordered. Customer services are a discrace, please check your order before letting driver leave.

I had a problem with my take out this evening and a lovely worker call Rio was very kind, he was so nice about it and gave us free cookies and a drink as apologising. Nothing better than free cookies thank you so much Rio!

Terrible customer service. Driver left my order at reception without contacting me in any way to say it had been delivered. Phoned the store and whoever answered was rude and not helpful at all. Horrible store

Amazing service from our driver tonight, I accidentally put the wrong contact number for my order and my driver went above and beyond to locate me. And even re delivered the order after I had called the store to ask where my order is. Couldn’t thank this man enough!

Pizza came 3 hours late. Apparently the driver tried to call me and when I didn't answer they just took the pizza back to the kitchen and didn't notify me of anything. Order from another Domino's location in Oxford, not this one.

Please don’t order from this place, even you have Domino’s APP, CHANGE YOUR DELIVERING STORE!!!!!! Wrong item got delivered and the most disgusting thing is a quarter of that wrong item delivered was missing. Don’t order anything from this Domino’s store!!!!! Change to another one.

The plant based pizza that we got was hot and tasted very good.

We came here after a trip to the theatre last Saturday following an extremely disappointing meal at Pizza Express. I had been trying to get delivery via the app but it was not recognising the postcode of our hotel. The members of staff were so helpful, advising us that it would be cheaper to take the pizza with us (with it being £10 for a medium pizza or £22 if we wanted delivery). We explained that we'd have to walk back to our hotel which was 30 mins, but they told us when and where to catch a bus from. I then decided to have a side, and they helped us again by advising of a deal where we could get 2 sides for an extra £1. This was all prepared and cooked quickly, meaning we were able to catch our bus, and make it back to the hotel with hot food! The pizzas were incredible too! Sorry I didn't get any of your names, but whoever was working Saturday night, you just completed our already brilliant Oxford trip!

A good fast Dominoes. It's not busy most of the time but even if it is they are very efficient in dealing with orders The food is good as most Dominoes is. If you're in Oxford and need good fast food I would recommend 😋

Placed an order and the pizza arrived with much more cheese on than usual making it virtually inedible, called to complain and staff member basically couldn't care less, unbelievably rude and dismissive. Won't be ordering from them again.

Food is pretty good, very filling too. In the past I had problems with ordering and the wrong food arriving but it's not too difficult to resolve it.

Everything is good but there is a one woman which is really really rude. She asked *Do you know how to read?* to my friends question. So, while ordering if you do not order to that woman everything will be good.👍

Nobody served us to busy to do pizza box

Today just 30 minutes before I ordered 5 different items from Park End street Domino’s. The Items were delivered but the delivery lady forgot to deliver Cold drink. I called immediately to Domino and even delivery lady as well & she agreed to deliver cold drink again but after few minutes when still waiting for the item I called again to Domino but this time the person was rude and said delivery girl reached far and can’t deliver it now. It means he clearly didn’t speak to his delivery person. He also said that I should have counted all the items and disconnect the phone abruptly. So now it’s not the responsibility of domino’s to deliver all the items even if they charge delivery always. Courtesy & thanks to delivery lady that she still delivered the item even though the shop representative denied and disconnected my call. If you can’t run a business than don’t do it who is forcing you to work and handle customers rudely.

Got to be the worst Dominos! Something wrong with order pretty much every time, sauce missing, ice cream missing, late, cold pizza etc etc. Has been consistently poor for years, not sure why one of the big wigs from Dominos hasn’t stepped in to overhaul this place…..

Waited for over an hour and a half so I called to check, someone picked up the phone but hung up on my face! Very rubbish customer service!! Needs lots of improvement!

Very slow, took an hour and a half to deliver despite website saying it would be 21-35 minutes. Tried to call the store but no answer. Arrived eventually - vaguely warm but not hot. Won't use them again!

Awful customer service. No one serving the clients, too busy talking to each other or assembling pizza boxes instead of taking orders. Left without ordering as I do not have the time or patience to wait for the blonde girl to come down from her high throne to serve the “annoying customers” who dare to disturb her by entering this shop. In regards to the other review who mention the poor quantity of toppings and the cash only sales maybe they subtract toppings from customer orders to sell pizza for their own profit? Just saying…

It is said it closes at 5 a.m and at 2:45 a.m there’s a guy with very loud music cleaning up and not taking orders. Furthermore, many times I wanted to pay with card and they only accept cash sometimes… Not only, at the phone the guy was very rude and didn’t want to explain me why they were closing this early.

We had an issue with orders and when we called to try and sort it the manager was rude and hung up on us without helping - however wantage dominos were extremely helpful and fixed it immediately

Received my food after it going to the wrong address. Items were missing after paying a large sum of money for something that wasn’t that good and didn’t even all turn up. Tried calling the restaurant to resolve it but my calls were declined DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Disappointed at the terrible service.I once ordered a Pizza but it is never delivered. The strange thing is shown to be delivered on the App. I try to contact the store at least 3 times.But I was hang out by them.

Helpful work force. Even the security guy was excellent helped us in the midnight with the orders and everything.

Very quick service and the staff were friendly. It's at a very convenient location - 2 minutes walk from Oxford main train station and is open till late in the night. The pizza is good and they continue to maintain the best standards for protection from Covid19 by limiting the number of people inside and glass partition. PS - it's just a delivery/collection outlet and there is no place for dine-in.

I’ve used Dominos Pizza quite often these days. When it arrives it’s still piping hot and very tasty. The people that bring it are very friendly. It’s brilliant when I just can’t be bothered to cook; just phone and order!

Terrible service terrible people. do not order here except if you want the worst customer service ever. Now I just order with PIZZA EXPRESS. they at least have the basic education and they close at the agreed time never before or without changing on the website

Terrible service terrible people. I specifically asked for them to call me when they arrive and they fid not after one hour waiting for the pizza I called them and they were extremely rude mocking me telling me I put the wrong number. They didn't even knock the door. They lied to me implying that it was my fault and threatened me with no refund if "this happened again". Of course they didn't even consider bringing the pizza back although it was totally their fault. Never ordering again. And I recommend to everyone not to!

Ordered four stuffed crust pizzas and paid for all, then got a call half an hour after placing the order to say they didn't have stuffed crust. No refund. No mention of not having it before I placed the order. Won't be back.

Worst domino's in the whole UK most probably they don't care about how the food is prepared or presented and takes about an hour to 45 minutes if it turns up

Habíamos pasado la mañana viajando desde Manchester y la tarde visitando Oxford. Como resultado, al anochecer estábamos exhaustos y hambrientos. Todo lo que queríamos hacer era tomar una comida para llevar y llevarla a nuestra habitación de hotel y disfrutarla con los pies en alto. También fueron las pequeñas pizzas para llevar más caras que habíamos comprado. Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación de hotel, descubrimos que ambas pizzas “medianas” estaban demasiado cocidas, secas y debido a coberturas dispersas, prácticamente insípidas. De hecho, ¡eran las peores pizzas que habíamos consumido! Los comimos, simplemente porque teníamos hambre, ¡pero no hubo ningún placer asociado con esta comida para llevar extremadamente decepcionante! ¡Evitar!

Ho ordinato la pizza e dopo un'ora non mi è arrivata,quindi ho chiamato più volte e nessuno mi ha risposto. Dopo ciò ho fatto di nuovo l'ordine e ho aspettato un'altra ora senza risultato. Pessimo rispetto verso i clienti, ho ordinato da un altra parte sperando che dopo due ore possa mangiare la pizza

The last pizza i ordered from domino's made me really sick the next day with serious stomach pains. Possibly bad hygiene from whoever handled my order. I recommend reheating in an oven especially when the pizza is delivered with slightly undercooked toppings.

Love coming here really early in the morning, I just love Domino's as I have never received bad service before. Me and my mates always love the delicious food you provide. And especially that you don't close until 5am is a real bonus for everyone especially the college students.

Pizza isn’t as good as in other dominos. Twice I’ve been served by the same woman in a rude, blunt manner. No sense of customer service. A young blonde girl. At this store, they put barely any cheese on the pizza. Disappointing. The dough is decent. Isn’t what I’ve come to expect from dominos.

Do not order in this dominos, the costumer service is bad and rude, my girlfriend when to buy a pizza with two toppings, they get the other wrong and they didn't care, no apologies, the were laughing like nothing has happened, when my girlfriend arrived with the pizza and she told me what happened, I decided to give their s**t back, and get my money.

My husband, a bus driver from Glasgow Scotland, was in your city covering rail closures and visited your store at 19 Park End St, Oxford on Wednesday evening the 12th July 2018 and was served by a young woman of ? Polish nationality. She refused to accept a Royal Bank of Scotland Sterling £20 note, claiming that your company does accept Scottish notes as you have problems banking such notes. Even after Alan explained how the money was legal tender she just repeated the statements. This meant my husband was unable to purchase a pizza. Scottish notes are legal sterling and can be used anywhere in the UK. Domino's is a UK wide company and I would have expected better from your company. Margaret

I’ve waited 40min for 1 pizza ! I didn’t see anyone with gloves ! And one of them was doing the pizza without gloves and with her mobile phone in her hands! Where’s the health and safety of this place ?! That’s why there’s more and more cases of food poisoning in this country !

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 2 ice creams only to wait 50 mins with no sign of my order anywhere. I then called to ask where my order was and the man said 'it's in the oven' didn't ask for my details or anything. I explained to him that I ordered Ice cream and not a pizza so my food couldn't be baking. He then said 'we have no I've cream we will give you a refund' and put the phone down. Disgusting customer service will never order again.

Do you like a mass market interpretation of a pizza ? Well, this might be the place for you. You get some doughy stuff, with cheese and other stuff thrown on, put in a cardboard box. You pay. If eat and discard the box in the street like everyone else. What are you thinking of, even if you have just been come from the pub at 12am, is it too much of an effort to pop it into a bin ? I am writing this review as I am on my way to collect my pizza AFTER having ordered it for delivery and apparently "missed" the driver because he "attempted" to call me. After calling (quite politely) dominos to find out where my £18.99 had been put to use, the operator tried to convince me that this was somehow my fault, and that the driver was too busy to wait. Vile customer service. Let's hope the quality of the pizza saves the day. UPDATE: it didn't.

Just called to order a delivery and the best deal they could give me was a small pizza for 15.99. You must be joking! I've ordered plenty of times at other stores and had meal for one deals at just over £10.
