We ordered ONE pizza and ONE fries and they never came on time and when we called them they were very unprofessional and rude without even doing their job correctly. At first we spoke with an Indian man and he couldn't understand proper English. Because he was so UNUSEFULL he put on the phone his other MORE UNUSEFULL coworker an Indian woman. They said that they "came" two times but we didn't see anyone outside the door. They didn't rung the doorbell and they said that they couldn't reach our phone number because it's not from the UK. They were really rude and really bad at their jobs. They said that I wasn't even speaking English while I was . After our 16 minutes phone call they said that they will send the delivery guy again with an additional charge of 2£. This may e k of the worst experiences as an international student at Brooke's University. You should be ashamed of yourselves and your poor working skills. Now we are waiting for the food again but it hasn't came yet. If it doesn't come again there would be problems and consequences

As usual, the food was really good. The service was just above average as apparently it was not the service with a smile.

Didn't exactly seem friendly atmosphere or welcoming. Service was ok. I understand it was late night but it was quick service. The staff was really helpful.

Ordered a Texan BBQ and it's just arrived and it's as dry as Gandhi's flip flop, hardly any sauce on it and big dry chunks of chicken

One member of staff with hoodie on took my order and then the same one start doing my pizza, with the hoodie on. No hands washing no hygienic! So sorry but I have put the pizza in the bin when I left there. Another thing is that I felt that I'm in India, I couldn't even speak on my phone as the music was vibrating with Indian music all over. If this is what you want to promote then I'm sorry but I will look to a different shop to buy my pizza.

We live 8 minutes away from the place and yet its been over 2 hours and yet there is no sign of delivery. Called the place and they first said that the delivery guy was stuck in traffic and 30 mins later they told us it was still being prepared and hadnt even left. Horrible service, lets hope it is eventually delieverer!

I just had 2 pizza which is awful .I did get some chicken topping and chicken was dry looks like left from days before and I'm sure pizza dough is not fresh at all .never get again in there

Excellent service from these guys today. I would highly recommend the Rose Hill branch of Pizza Hut and their team. My children always ask for Pizza Hut instead of Domino's 😁

After trying to tell me I must order again if I wanted food, eventually they agreed to send a replacement order. This too did not show after an hour. Got a phone call from the hut to tell me my (now second) order was ready but their delivery drivers had finished for the day so I must come collect or wait until the next day for a delivery driver! Not being able to collect due to being at work without transport I asked for a refund. I was told it would be done and the complaint handled. Still no refund!

Waited hour and a half for pizza and when phoned up was accused, in a very aggressive manner of taking in pizza that was never delivered to our address. Replacement pizza eventually turned up and driver was very apologetic and admitted it had gone to wrong house. When we complained to customer services they said the manager maintained we had received the original order even though his delivery driver had admitted to us that he had delivered it to the wrong house. The manager continues to lie about this so we will definitely NEVER order again. Customer services also continue to believe the manager over us despite many other reviews here highlighting that the manager is rotten. AVOID AT ALL COST

Food arrived cold. Missing garlic bread. Tiny portion of wedges - NOT worth £5 of anyone's money. Cat was on driver's knee. Rang the Hut, got fobbed off by the staff who gave me customer service's number to request a refund but customer service will only take online feedback. Tried to look on the website and it just redirected me to the just eats website. No easy way to officially complain! Here is my complaint Pizza Hut. Not impressed and will not be using this service again. Recommendation is to avoid the place at all costs as staff clearly don't care.

We just got our delivery and the best thing about it was the Pepsi .. Pizza was horrible and the sides just disgusting, NEVER AGAIN !

Its like flipping a coin Sometimes you get what you ordered, other times you don't, or the food is an hour or even hours late. If you call to complain about a wrong order insist the staff give you a reference number, or you won't be able to get your value back. Theives and con artists, somehow the staff have no responsibility for wrong or late orders. I'll not buy from them again, management need a serious look at themselves. Utter sharlatans

I've order two medium pizza second time around due to the best service we have received by the same person as last week from Rose Hill, Oxford branch, called Syed. He has taken our order in a manner, listerned to our insturction and delivered how we wanted. Once again thank you Syed.

Solid. The chocolate chip cookie with ice cream is divine. Got two large veggie pizzas and they had lots of toppings, although one was a little waterlogged from the veggies sprouting water, it was still good. Overall, good quality. Pizza came quickly and I ordered via Deliveroo.

Fast with our order, nice friendly service. Even gave me a extra topping for free for my son which was really nice. 👍

I've never been to the restaurant but the website is a hassle I wouldn't suggest ordering online at the moment because there's a bug in the system. Suggesting they do deliver but as soon as payment goes through it says pickup location. Men on the phone were helpful and kind

ordered pizza at 4 to be delivered at 6:30, at 7 still no sign so we phoned and were told it was 'on it's way'. by 20 past we still didn't have it and called again but we were put on hold for 10 minutes and it was never answered, it only ended when the delivery man arrived an hour after he should have and only was seen because we had had to wait outside the whole time. pizza good but delivery truly atrocious

Do not ever go for delivery. Ordered at 18.15, phoned them at 18.55 & got the worst customers service ever! Told 10-15 mins at 19.27 still no sign of anything. Shocking service & I’ll never place an order with Pizza Hut again

Ordered 2 large pizzas at 20:17 , was told its should arrive in 35 - 45 mins but it arrived at 21:45 after several phone calls. Even after that the pizza was cold.

Do not order for delivery, unless you enjoy not receiving your food or arguing with the manager or staff

Deep pan veg sizzler and cookie dough with vanilla ice cream went down well and cost less than half of what we used to pay at Dominos,will be back soon again thanks guys

Took an hour to deliver and no answer from the store. Rang three times as well. Delivery driver was very polite but seems like the store may be understaffed. Pizza was near cold and a bit dry. Disappointing.

Pizzas delivery was late, no answer at the branch and I got cut off £3 wasted on call. The pizza had no small white table and the top of the cardboard was stuck to the pizza top, ruined and dough undercooked very unhappy 😒 we had chucked it all away as not worth eating or not worth the money i wasted on it. Couldn't get hold of anyone in store as they had a answer phone on then whn they did pickup I got cut off.. Lazy immature staff on night shift.

My partner ordered a basic margarita pizza at 7 for delivery at 2015. Didn’t turn up until just before 2100. We rang twice in between and told it was “out for delivery”. Appalling delivery time even if ordering an hour before hand. On top of that, the pizza wasn’t even that great. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Took 1 hour 10 minuses to deliver a pizza when I live 7 minutes walk around the corner. beyond a joke. Update it took over 1H 30mins to deliver a pizza less than half a mile away . but theres no way to give negative stars. I should have mentioned that the guy an the phone offered a discount. This never came.

If you want “fast food” this isn’t the place to go waited over an hour for food to call them and then be told its just coming out the oven

Went back to try again after long wait on first visit and second visit was much quicker and very Helpfull staff ..Good food ..

Fast food @pizzahut!! What a joke. Ordered a delivery at 7.15. Pizzas never came! Told me road was closed despite another route being available. Shocking customer service at Rose Hill,Oxford with Elias. Didn’t even inform me they’d abandoned delivery and no goodwill gesture.😡 Can’t review the food as it never arrived!!!

Pizza was okay, but it took a long time and it’s not as good as dominos.

When we called today, the operator raised her voice when I said I could not hear her. She refused to give me her name and claimed she was the manager. Made rude comments at me. Will not be calling again.

Horrible. Pizza was 45 minutes late and tasted like recycled cardboard. I ordered a drink, but they spilled it on the way. Said they would bring a new one, but didn't. Will NEVER order a pizza hut pizza again.

I always order from here recently the standards seem to have dropped just ordered, Pizza was warm not hot the Base was wrong and the toppings didn't look very nice
