Pizza Hut in Oxford

Being a PizzaHut everything is fake. Rice over(OVER)cocked American style. Noodles smoky as burned and so on. Far far (FAR) away from a decent Thai cuisine. To be avoided. One star only for the cocktails.

Curiosamente, no vino a la mesa y preguntó si habíamos verificado la información de alérgenos. . . . . .y esperamosy esperéy esperéentonces nos dimos cuenta de que las personas que habían venido mucho después de nosotros no solo habían comido sino que se habían idoy aun esperamosy esperéHasta 40 minutos después de haber ordenado, el gerente se acercó a la mesa con un entrante. . . . . . . . . . . y dijo que la pizza vegana se había caído en la cocina y que estaban cocinando otra. . . . sin disculpas, simplemente se alejóy esperamosy esperé 15 minutos más tarde, otra camarera preguntó si todo estaba bien y entonces dijimos 'no' y ella dijo 'Acabo de entrar, no sé qué está pasando'Pasaron otros 10 minutos y llegaron dos pizzas.Uno era correcto, el otro (que debería haber sido un pan plano de jamón y champiñones) era un pan plano de champiñones vegano.En este punto, solicitamos un reembolso que tardó otros 10 minutos y se fue.El personal de este restaurante no tiene idea sobre el servicio al cliente o decirle a los clientes qué está pasando con su pedido. . . . . no parecía haber una visión general estratégica y no había suficiente personal.Sí, el gerente logró encontrar una tarjeta de cumpleaños y algunos cupones una vez que dijimos que nos íbamos, ya me estaba muriendo de hambre, pero ya era muy poco, demasiado tarde.Su sitio web de comentarios tampoco funcionaría. . . . . así que dale a esta cabaña una litera muy amplia

Fui a comer algo antes de un espectáculo. Buena comida: ¡después de todo, sabes lo que obtienes en Pizza Hut! Me estoy molestando en escribir una crítica ya que había una camarera que era absolutamente increíble. Parecía que ella era la única en el frente durante la mayor parte de nuestra estadía hasta que aparecieron dos tipos. Ella era una estrella absoluta y necesita una recompensa tratando de mantener a todos felices un miércoles por la noche. Gracias por una buena comida y su amabilidad cuando no pude terminar todo antes de la hora del show y darme una caja para comerla más tarde. Espero que tu equipo se dé cuenta de cuán estrella y jugador de equipo eres.

Imagine the scene, it’s Christmas Eve, there are 8 of us, 4 of them children aged between 4 and 6 and 4 adults, we had booked in advance to get a table after Panto. We arrived to be greeted by the most disorganised shambles I have ever experienced! Our table was given to someone else so squeezed in with a lot of huffing and puffing from the staff, they rang our orders in wrong which resulted in a 4 year old boy told he could not have ice cream and the bowl taken away!!! On Christmas Eve... this could of been rectified, instead more money demanded by the rudest waiter I have ever come across, the manager had no clue and clearly had no control over the place or his staff, It was embarrassing and very unnecessary. The food itself was substandard, pizzas were ok but the place was not kept clean and tidy or stocked as it should, ice cream ran out and the very reluctant manager tended to this task even tho there seemed to be plenty of staff to hand. Again surly and disengaged!In summary, this place was full of highly incompetent people which resulted in a very disappointing visit, never again...

On a weekend away for my birthday my partner and I decided to stop here for lunch to get out of the rain. There was only us having the buffet option so we had alot of choice and pizza! We enjoyed the help yourself salad and drinks also. Nice and clean place. Happy staff.

Mi amigo y yo vinimos a almorzar rápido y supimos lo que queríamos. La señora detrás del mostrador fue tan increíblemente grosera con nosotros, que deberíamos haber salido, pero debo confesar que estábamos demasiado sorprendidos para responder de la manera apropiada. Nunca más.

We visited Pizza Hut in George Street yesterday, 2 adults, 2 children. It was just horrible. You order and pay for your food in advance, and they ask you to add a tip. Our food took ages to come out. They completely forgot one starter. It wasn’t busy, there were 10 empty but uncleared dirty tables. The pizzas were ok, but the place is FILTHY which you only realise when you are hanging about waiting for the bill. The floor is utterly disgusting. There are plenty of staff. Just very young staff who perhaps don’t see cleaning as a priority. The toilets...use at your peril. Along the skirting, it’s unspeakable and this isn’t daily dirt, it’s been there a very long time.

Intenté almorzar aquí un sábado y tuve que irme. Muchas mesas quedaron sucias, y una camarera nos dijo que la había limpiado antes de desaparecer. Cinco minutos después la vimos sirviendo gente detrás del mostrador.Otra camarera se ofreció a limpiar la mesa, pero incluso ella era ridículamente lenta. Servicio al cliente por adolescentes perezosos. Tuve que abandonar nuestra visita e ir a zizzis

Mientras estuvimos allí, el personal era increíble, muy educado y amable. El gerente tenía que ir a ayudar a la cocina.Este lugar es realmente decepcionado por sus limpiadores. El piso está sucio alrededor de los bordes, hay trozos de comida vieja en los cojines de los asientos. Los baños están cubiertos de polvo, incluidas las paredes.Si esto se limpia correctamente, tendría un gran potencial, ya que el personal no tiene fallas. La comida también era genial.

Empty apart from one/two full tables. Girl who served us was stressed - not sure why but she was helpful and efficient. I ordered the flat bread which had more rocket on it than anything else, red onion was raw. Kids enjoyed their food however the chips were pale and didn't look that nice. The guy who I assume was the manager/supervisor was surly and pretty unapproachable, I asked where one order of chips was and he sighed and walked away - he brought us chips a short while later. Wouldn't recommend this branch, shame as we usually enjoy Pizzahut food.

Never again! Went in with a few friends to enjoy an end of week pizza; little did we know that our waitress had the biggest chip on her shoulder and that the sight of happy people ignited a fury of passive aggression which was mostly just aggressive. No matter how politely we spoke to her she always responded snidely culminating with her telling us (immediately after we had paid) that we could have our meal but we could never return! Seriously?! To Pizza Hut? With absolutely no provocation? The manager needs to get on the job with overseeing staff behavior. I see now on TripAdvisor that this is an ongoing problem here and would advise everyone to NEVER EAT HERE!!!

We chose pizza hut in George street because with a tired 8 year old and a hungry teenager we knew what we would be expecting. The gentleman who greeted us and took our order at the counter was courteous and helpful. Food arrived quickly. Whilst eating another female member of staff ( not identifying herself) leaned over our booth hair flopping into my daughter's meal asking if we had copies of menus,not waiting for a reply lifted them off the table -rude behaviour. The female toilets were in a poor state of cleanliness and obviously had had no more than a cursory clean in a long time. Walls and toilets dirty, floor so dirty it was sticky underfoot. What a shame as we regularly enjoy pizza hut in other restaurants.

I was sorely disappointed with our visit today for my sons birthday. I had pre booked a table for 9 and yet we were made to wait to be seated whilst the staff had a laugh in front of us and made us wait. Then to be told they didn’t have high chairs despite me requesting two when I reserved the table two weeks prior! They in the end after me complaining found two broken ones for us to use, which at that point was better than nothing!

We decided to eat here prior to our visit to the theatre just up the road. We went for the large meal deal which included unlimited salad I believe. The wife went to look at the salad and came back empty handed. She said it looked very tired, parts of it had gone brown and started to wilt and it looked like it had been out there all day.

Went there for lunch was seen to quickly which was great. The service was quick and very helpful as my partner has allergies. Food came quick was lovely and tasted nice for the price.

I used to take my little boy here a lot, sometimes with a couple of his friends, it was a treat for them, cheap and decent food for the price. However last time I went instead of table service you now have to queue up to order, not my idea of a relaxing time. The staff have also suddenly become much more offhand. I won’t visit again, it is no longer a relaxing family meal.

Really not sure about the new set-up. It used to be table service but now you have to go up to order, fetch your own cutlery, sauces, everything, which is less than ideal if you have to leave a young child sitting at a table by themselves. This change to doing things yourself and some of the prices have still managed to go up. We also found that the pizza wasn’t as good, the thin base being very chewy for example. And all of the nice staff seem to have left. One member of staff asked a family very rudely “what are you doing?” (hand gestures and a facial expression to match) when they went to sit down before being shown a table. Not sure we’ll be back as often as we used to be.
