Went into the cafe this afternoon, and was pleasantly surprised. The selection of food was extremely good, lots of lovely choices. The cakes and pastries looked delicious. I had the chocolate and banana slice and it was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall an excellent experience. I would certainly be going back soon.
As always good, food and coffee is excellent. When i was going to London every day, they wore the place to go for me, always fresh and never disappoint me with coffee.

Normally come here on a regular basis with my mum on but this occasion we had a terrible service and experience. For regular customers to be treated this way was awful.
So we had a lady in front of us order a a med/reg cappuccino and the Ladie Katie behind the counter got this order wrong. She was given a Large, the Ladie said “oh that’s far too big”, Katie then swapped the drink over for a Med.
We made an Order for a Medium Str/Cream frappe, we received a Small.
When asked, Katie said she put a small down even though we said we asked for a Medium. When challenge this to (I’m guessing the guy was a manager) the Manager he was very Persistent that Katie was in the correct even though we said “We asked for a Medium” but cause we were changed for a small and received a small. Nothing else mattered. In there eyes, we were wrong.
He asked if I was given the receipt after we placed the Order (Yes. He knew this as we shown him) then said “we should have checked the receipt before sitting down”. Putting the blame on us. May I add my mum is disabled so she’s not going to look down at the receipt after purchasing. She’s disabled!! After the manager putting up some type of confrontation, he was NOT there when Katie was making these mistakes.
They starting speaking in the Kitchen about us (no customers were around so it was dead quiet I can here them speaking about us) then another colleague after that, the manager walking into the office doors whilst the colleague looked at us. It was very obvious. we were made to feel uncomfortable so I was so annoyed they made us feel this way.
Not Professional at all. As a business owner myself I feel Katie needs training and the manager needs replacing with someone the knows how to deal with complaints because that is not how you deal with it.
I will be taking this further.

Awful. Will never go back. VERY DIRTY PEOPLE AND PLACE. Plates were sticky, soy sauce bottle was vile to touch. Sushi on the belt was warm which was very worrying and customer service is non existent. They put a service charge on and don’t tell you and they shouldn’t get a penny for customer service. The booth was disgusting with food on the seats and the whole table was dirty and sticky. Only one toilet working and no toilet roll. They should not be allowed to trade. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If you are staying at the Holiday Inn or anywhere close, you have to try Marco’s, great value, excellent food piping hot and fresh and extremely friendly hosts. Special thanks to Bow, Bedana, Mandy, Lala and Peach.
I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant! The unlimited buffet offers a fantastic variety of dishes, catering to different tastes and preferences. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making it easy to go back for more. Considering how much you can eat, I think the prices are very reasonable. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant too. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a tasty and good-value dining experience!
I had a great experience at Nando’s! Anwar was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. He made sure everything was perfect with our order and went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. Big shoutout to the Anwar for doing such a great job – keep it up!
It was my birthday and we decided to go to Nando's before the cinema.
The service was extremely slow to our table and we were promised several times our meal would be with us in 2 minutes after already waiting the promised 20 minutes. 45 minutes later our meals arrived making us late for the cinema!
We were promised a €25 voucher and left. We have been waiting a full month for the voucher after chasing several times by phone and sending an email to head office. Absolutely disgusted that we were promised a voucher after our bad experience and not received it without any call backs or reply to our email. Therefore, I advise, if u are unhappy and promised compensation make sure you get it there and then!
This restaurant is very close to MK Theatre and so convenient.
We were going to a matinee performance at the theatre needing g to be in our seats around 14.15, we arrived at 12.15, our order was not taken till 12.45 (despite us asking earlier if we could place order) and then our food came out at 13.40. Other tables arrived after us and got to order before us.
They were short staffed, busy, not full though, but at no point did they keep us informed on timing, other people in the restaurant were getting frustrated and at least one couple walked out.
When we got the bill we were given a reduction in the cost of the bottle of wine but with no apology or explanation for the delay.
Will go somewhere else next time we are at the theatre.
