Nando's Chickenland Ltd in Milton Keynes

Dana and also oggy have always been the most loveliest people. They always comfort me and my fiancée whilst our trip to Nando’s. I would recommend to go here as we are always treated above and beyond. We are treated like family.

Quick and good customer service, food was hot and matched the description. Glasses were a bit dirty but it was replaced after I told a member of staff. Overall it's good place

Dreadful, cold food and bad service. Food item's were forgotten, ordered a sharing platter and had to ask two different waitresses for plates to eat from. Side dishes and the chicke. Was cold and dry

zero rating. Waited for over 58minutes food served was wrong order and peas that was smelling rotten. We had to ask friends who came after us and were even served before us to confirm the peas was smelling like gone bad or overstayed. A male waiter was extremely rude, manager lady unbelievably unprofessional too in her response, her facial expressions showed she disinterested unproffesional, no proper explanation given for the wrong wait of bad food. My daughter with special needs who had ordered the peas was extremely upset. Nandos you wasted our precious time, it is beyond unbelievable you can serve smelly and food that has gone bad to customers. All you can say is you apologise??? Do you recognise the damage? Extremely upsetting extremely annoying and very very wrong.

Went to this Nando's for a mate's birthday meal. I was having trouble paying via the Nando's App, so Lewis took my order at the till & compensated me generously for the tech issue (something that wasn't his nor the company's fault). Thank you for being kind, personable and accomodating Lewis - you're an asset to the team.

Poor, poor. Arrived to be told 25 min wait despite empty tables. Said would order takeaway instead. Once order placed were told still 25 min wait! During the wait none of the tables were occupied. No seating area to sit either so people huddled around doorway!!

We had come in here for some tea after having travelled up from Cornwall. The place was very clean and welcoming, lovely staff, particularly from Dana and Daniel, who both went out of their way not only to provide immaculate service, but also went the extra mile to provide useful information about the area as I am moving up to Milton Keynes in only a few months time. The food was perfect, couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely become a local when I move!

This spot is great for a relaxing time with family and friends but I do not think grown men/women should come here on a first date

Be here quite a few times as we have friends and family in the area and often meet here on a Sunday as it’s easy for everyone to get to and something everyone in the large group will eat but I have to say this is the worse Nando’s iv ever been to and I love Nando’s but the food is as been completely cold every time I have eaten here the staff are so rude and racist they seem to pick who they want to be nice to depending on nationality wich is very sad to see on 2022 I will definitely not wast my money to eat here again my advice is AVOID

Visited Nando’s tonight after visiting a high class restaurant yesterday, first thing server asked me are their any allergies in the group, never got asked this yesterday then serving staff were super helpful. It’s about time that we introduce a system that means all serving staff must hit a certain standard the food is only half the experience it’s the servers that make your night Well done team Nando’s leading the way !!!

Really nice food, carnt fault it at all. And service is even better, real big thanks to manager (Adam) and servers (Adam and Karthi) went out of there way to make shore we had a nice time and a lovely meal.

At first glance, the restaurant didn’t seem too busy especially for a Monday night. Me and my friends ordered at the same time but separate orders. My friend ordered via the website and got error twice so went up to order. Turns out those 2 orders still did go through but they couldn’t help with the refund. We heard there’s a 30 min wait for the chicken… long story short, some got their food within 25 mins but I however, my food took over an hour and couple other friends around 50 mins. A few of the orders kept coming out wrong as well. The manager was lovely and apologetic but you could tell there was sadly no control over the staff! Safe to say that it’s been one of my worst Nando’s experiences.

Love the food and really helpful staff was offered free starter's as our mains were delayed which was a very nice touch ,the food was really nice .

We used the app to order but that took us about 10/15 mins as phone signal poor and had to try with a 2nd phone before we could get into the app. Then you had to register. Wish we had just gone up and ordered to be honest. Good choice of food and drinks. Meal took about 25 minutes to arrive and when it did the food was warm but not hot. Felt like the chips had been waiting on the rest of the order to be finished. Saying that the food was very tasty and plenty of it. Have been to Nando's before but not this location one. Food is always tasty but think there is always just something missing to make it a five star experience.

A very lovely young lady called Ellie May served us right from when we walked into Nando’s Milton Keynes Escape. Ellie May was very friendly and professional at her job! Thank you for lovely food and fab service.

Nandos is my go to comfort food. Never fails to hit the spot! Bonless platter is my go to meal. Keep up the good work

After a visit tonight (12/2/22) I have left feeling really happy which is something I don’t often get after leaving a restaurant. When we first arrived we were told there was a wait which is pretty standard when I visit any Nando’s. After half an hour I went up to ask if we could wait sitting at one of the tables waiting to be cleared, purely because I have a medical condition and was in pain. The lovely blonde girl actually seated us to a clean table and was very kind to my friends and I. I also asked for a takeaway cup at the end to which she sorted me out as I wanted to take my drink home! Her general manner towards us as customers was just so loving and caring and you rarely get that nowadays. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review after eating anywhere, but this lovely girl really has made a mark on me from her kindness and I hope she is praised at the least. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was blonde, and had her hair in a low pony and was waitressing/on the tablet. Thankyou to this lovely girl
