Burgers are better than McDonald's service a bit slow

Great coffee. Fairly quiet. Nice doughnuts.

An ideal place to have breakfast for 6 euros, coffees to bore, a lot of types you can order and accessories

Horrible customer service. Doesn't know how to make a frappe they gave me literally water. Waiting for 3 burgers for 20 mins. They made the burger by throwing stuff in basically and chips were cold

Not like the original timmy's in CA. Very greasy food, no sandwiches. They served me Pumpkin Spiced Latte without the toppings, which tasted pretty gross.Service not much different than the mcds next door - always give you plain latte when you order caramel ones

Fresh donuts and coffee, and very good food. Service is quick and friendly, and restaurant is clean. Very good spot.

Jalitha was very helpful, kind and happy. She made me feel really welcome in Tim Hortons. I will definitely be coming back again.

Ordered a flat white coffee tasted like watered down low quality coffee

The worst coffee I ever tried. You pay premium price for it but get very watery/non-existent taste. It was my first and last visit to this chain.

It's been a really great place to come and work for the day. The staff are super friendly and my breakfast was hot and delicious. The food isn't fatty and oiley like other fast food and they have plenty of plugs for remote working!

I had a wonderful experience at this branch! The service was excellent, the food tasted great and arrived promptly. It was very clean inside and I would highly recommend a visit. In particular, the service by Seema was amazing (thank you, Seema!) :D.

They have kicked me out because I had a bottle of water

First visit on recommendations from a friend. Did the buy a drink and have breakfast for £1. Bacon roll is absolutely value for money. Loads of bacon. I had the egg and cheese muffin. Muffin very small. Long wait for food as only one person cooking but it’s all fresh. Also a free hash brown. Would certainly use again.

Tim Hortons in CANADA was the best! I really don't know what to say about the UK Tim Hortons... miserable staff, cold burgers everything appeared to be too much of an effort asking them for ketchup. . It wasnt a good experience. I had high hopes as I loved it in Canada. What we t wrong!? 🤔

Ordered. Waited. Saw other people get served. Went to the counter. Waited for someone to talk to me. They looked at my receipt, told me “it will take some time”. I waited some more. Watched more people get served. Charming wife went to counter. They lost our order. Waited some more. Drinks brought to table. Waited even more. Finished drinks as food arrived. Overall 45 minutes to get served food. Nacho chicken sandwich appeared to be a chicken sandwich with almost no salad in it and a few crumbs of tortilla chip. The chicken itself, to be fair, was good. Also, of the four toilets on site, three are locked. Presumably to reduce cleaning effort. So one of them is both busy and filthy. Seating area is comfortable and airy I’ll admit, but service is shamefully bad - a mistake is one thing but there’s really no interest shown in the customer here.

Never been to Tim Hortons before and after today I never will again. I waited over 20 minutes for the food to then drive home and realised some food was missing, the burgers were cold and the coke was just carbonated water. I did drive back and begrudgingly they rectified my order. There were only 2 members of staff one constantly mopping the floor whilst the other did everything else. I will not go back very disappointed Westcroft, Milton keynes

My friend and I went for breakfast in Tim Hortons Westcroft and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the 5 stars service provided by Jalitha. We were delighted and definately will come again.

I have been here twice now and can say it's a pleasant place to come and have something to eat, work and spend time with family. There's a lot of light, it's never crowded and very roomy. I think there was an issue with the air-conditioning, because it quite hot in there. Hopefully this is an issue they fix soon.

Just tried the doughnuts for the first time after everyone telling me how great they are… and unfortunately they were terrible, super dry I think they’ve been sat out for over 24hours they tasted very dry

Pancake with maple syrup for £1 when you buy a hot drink. What's not to like? Sadly not real maple syrup - just golden syrup with flavouring.
