The waitress Sofia was very attentive, friendly and professional. She helped us all (a group of 7) go through the menu and make our selections. She checked in how things were going just frequently, just at the right time. Service was fast, efficient and flawless. Well done!

Everything about our experience was great. The decor, drinks, food, serving staff faultless. The issue was the security door staff. While I appreciate they have a difficult job their overall demeanour especially it seemed towards younger people (I am 57 so not in that category) was on the aggressive/intimidating side of things. We were asked on our way in with our path blocked if we had a table booked. Is that the job of security to ask these questions? Their behaviour in and around the venue did not make for a relaxing experience.

Food was very lovely and the desserts were just as good. Not only was our waitress Mayya so sweet but she was very quick and efficient !!

Plenty of places to choose from round here but the Caruru caught my eye and didn’t disappoint. Empanadas to start and 2 4 1 cocktails to wash it down. Service was really good. I was up for taking my time and no hassle from Mayya or Adam who served me. Nice and chilled 😎

Had a lovely lunch here for my birthday. Magda served us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We had chosen to go for the bottomless tapas, and I’m so glad we did as we were able to try things we normally wouldn’t. We had three rounds of tapas and were able to try almost everything we liked the look of. My favourite was the patatas bravas. We were unable to finish one of the dishes so Magda kindly packaged up the rest for us to take home. We also had some fruity mocktails and the churros for dessert, which was included on the bottomless tapas menu. Lovely food, nice atmosphere and music but what really made it for us was the outstanding service from Magda. Thank you for a lovely birthday lunch.

I don't usually go for chain restaurant food, which often lacks in creativity and flavour. However, I enjoyed my meal at Las Iguanas. It was all tasty and not overpriced. I particularly liked the fish tacos. Pleasantly surprised!

Embarrassing establishment. Accused a party member of taking drugs at the table, reviewed CCTV at the table and it was embarrassing they even made the claim. Will not return!!

A lovely place to chill out with a few drinks. Nice laid back vibe and really friendly staff. Loved our time here on a Saturday afternoon!

Lewis looked after us, was very knowledgeable considering he had only worked there for 3 days. The best part was he opened the door when we left, was a nice touch 😊

Unbearably loud inside on a Saturday night. Better in the conservatory area, but you shouldn't have to order online when supposedly dining out. Not the hottest food either. I guess it appeals to the 2-for-1 cocktails crowd on a Saturday night.

Mayya our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food was really tasty and the Caipirinhas went dow signing hymns! All set off with a great 70s soundtrack. We are not local but if we are ever in the area would come again.

Came in with my friends on wednesday for bottomless brunch. Experience was a 10/10. Our Server, Magda, was extremely attentive we had drinks coming out of our ears then entire time. very sweet lady and the gem of our trip!

The food was okay. We had the bottomless brunch and they have a brunch menu with rice/ taco/ burger etc and the drinks were good. We were served by shri. He was wonderful. He was really helpful when selecting drinks and also when we were ordering service. Definitely an asset to your organization. I hope someone give him a big raise for the wonderful service he gives!!!

Overall I had a great time. I went for lunch and drinks with a friend. Our waiter kindly explained both the lunch and main menu as well as the drinks. We were well attended to and our singular qualm (a drink came out as one we had not ordered) was dealt with swiftly and generously - we were allowed to keep the drink and the waiter quickly had our correct drink made.

Good cocktails, it was 2for1 so we got double cocktails. The staff was friendly, good atmosphere but the music was a little loud.

We were a group of 7 women and all came away from our visit extremely satisfied with our while experience. The service was amazing, our waiter Joe gave us the perfect amount of attention, we didn’t feel rushed but he was there when we needed him. The food was absolutely delicious, every meal was tasty and hot. The lady behind the bar talked us through the cocktails to help us choose and they were great, actually a bit too good 😉

I came here a few weeks ago with my family, intending to have dinner and a drink. We were shown to our seats and were asked if we had any allergies, which we did - one gluten free person. They informed us to look for the "GF" stated next to the food options, and those were what could be chosen. We chose drinks fairly soon after and asked for 2 more minutes to choose food. 40 minutes later our drinks came and we ordered our food. We all placed our order but were unable to place the order for the gluten-free family member as someone else had to take that order. They came about 5 minutes later and asked if we had looked at the GF menu - which we had not been given or told about. We explained no, and he said well I'll have to check what you want against that menu. The affected family member had checked the menu and found one thing she liked, so asked for that. We were told this was not on the GF menu even though it had the option of being GF on the menu we were given. I would like to state that the person who showed us to our table was the manager, and he was the person doing the allergen taking at this time. Due to the time it took to be served and the misinformation regarding the allergen menu, we chose to leave and not eat there.

We visited Las Iguanas 10th August and it was probably the worst experience eating out I've had in a very long time. We arrived and were seating however the music inside the restaurant was so loud we couldn't hear each speak. We were told someone would be over to take our drink order as you would normally expect. We sat there for 10mins without anyone coming up to us and we couldn't stand the volume any longer so asked the lady if we could sit outside which she said would be fine. However she didn't tell us that if we sat outside no one would come to take our order and we only found this out after waiting for another 10mins. After finding out how we were to get food we were told we need to either use the app or order at the bar. We had a voucher so decided to find out what we wanted to eat and go up to the bar. We did this and was told we weren't allowed to order at the bar and at this point we are growing increasing frustrated. We try using the app however we have issues with it, we have no way of using the voucher and there is no option for the 'free kids meal' with every adult meal and we were being charged for them. We went back up to the bar and after they tried proving us wrong and being unsuccessful then took our order at the bar. The food come out 5 mins later which we were suprised with. We then decided to order some drinks through the app but had to wait for 40mins for a coke, apple juice and orange juice. We were stunned that the food come out quicker than the drinks. We ordered nacho's, however they were stale and chewy and weren't even hot. We also ordered fajitas which were very dry and didn't taste very nice at all. Just not a very good overall experience, lack luster communication from the staff, poor service and food was below par. Las Iguanas is not somewhere I think I'll be returning to.

So we had Ethan as our host and all I can say is he is an asset to las iguanas because he made sure we left with a smile on our face. He was so friendly and warming, it is one of the best services I’ve ever had at a bottomless. So thank you Ethan

We was waiting for 20 minutes to see the waitor to greed or guid us to the table. Once we ordered the food, it took 1 hours and 20 minutes to get our starter and drinks. There wad only 2 waitor who serve all guests in a rash hours ( 1900) aswell as sorting the delivery order which continuously coming one after others. We was witness people around our table complaining and 2 couple left while they only had their drink and refused to stay for their meals. We too eventually left and couldn't wait longer for our main mail. So we just paid for our drinks and starter. Very very poor service.

My family and I were served by Fin, and he was lovely! We were a large table and Fin took great care of us. The food was excellent although there were a couple of mix-ups with our orders, but that was quickly resolved. We had a great meal, the music was fun and it was overall a good meal out.

Bottomless brunch on 20/06 and the staff were AMAZING! Finn and Joe especially, so friendly, attentive and no ask was too much. Food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. Would highly recommend bottomless brunch on a Friday as we had £343 worth of drinks for £33 per person (4 of us in the group). Thank you to Finn and Joe, you are both amazing waiters!

A decent place with decent food. Margaritas tasted like classic lemonade. Could hardly taste any alcohol. Mexican version of Hunter' s chicken was good. A bit pricey overall.

We were served by Magda, and she was so lovely and inviting. We celebrated my cousins birthday we felt so welcome. Food is very good portions and my cousin got an extra birthday treat too. Highly recommend!
