Food was good, restaurant seemed understaffed for the day but Lurna was attentive and seemed she did the best she could. Very polite.

Very nice food, highlights were the rice and peas, pork belly, prawns were delicious, corn was nice too, lorna was the very nice staff member who served us, very friendly and welcoming

Went for bottomless. Although it was busy, our server (Harlee) was so lovely and friendly, service was quick and food was great! Only downside for us was a group of guys who were unbearably loud - obviously not Turtle Bays fault but definitely made it slightly uncomfortable

Lorna and Bobby were fantastic! They were friendly and open throughout our bottomless brunch! Lorna was our main server and was always available, checked in with us regularly and made sure we had a fantastic time! Bobby also brought us bonus drinks, all lovely, and was friendly the whole time too! I can’t recommend them enough!

We come to turtle Bay on a yearly basis for a bottomless brunch for our Christmas celebration. This year the service was definitely not as good as previous times. We would usually order rounds of drinks for a table of nine or 10 and they continue to come but this time we were told we ALL had to finish our drinks completely before another could be ordered that left some people on the table without drinks and some with. The food was lovely, but the service with the drinks really let it down this year.

Came in for bottomless brunch - really good portions of food and delicious cocktails - great place for constantly keeping you stocked up with drinks with little wait - shout out to Harlee and Priscilla on a separate occasion for keeping us stocked up and being attentive the whole afternoon.

Harlee was absolutely amazing. Extremely attentive, courteous and speedy. I will definitely be back, just for the service received by Harlee. She became a friend to the table, not a robotic server like you would find in other establishments. Hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

We made a booking to celebrate our sons 17th birthday and waited at the door for 20 mins to be seated. When someone finally took notice that we were waiting, the young lady asked us "what do you want?". I told her we had a booking and she looked at the computer screen and then walked away without saying a word. There was no floor manager in sight and out of pure frustration, we just gave up and went to the restaurant around the corner, which was brilliant! Suffice to say, we will not be going there again and will also be telling everyone we can about our experience...

The food was lovely and came out quite quickly.. I am giving it a 1star due to the service. We had bottomless brunch. The 1st waiter that saw us for the 1st couple of drinks, was clueless We were told that red stripe and prosecco were not on the list amd told us that only cocktails were on the menu for bottomless. We showed him this was not the case. So he.let us have what we wanted after a Needless aguement. Next round. He told us that we now couldn't have the red stripe or prosecco and we must now ALL order the same cocktail. After wasting 10 mins arguing. He finally ordered what we wanted. Another waiter took over from him, this one;Toby- was great efficient and confirmed that we could order exactly what we wanted from the bottomless menu. Please make sure your staff are aware of what you are.selling, so as Needless time wasting arguments do not happen. Thank you

Harlee was an absolute Angel, couldn’t do more for us as an annoying big table of 8. She was constantly on our drinks order for bottomless brunch, we had awkward people for food - gluten free, no spicy, no bread etc and nothing was too much for her. I would reccomend her in a heartbeat, we’ve been to turtle bay before for bottomless brunch in Northampton and it doesn’t even compare to the service Harlee gave us. For a birthday brunch in December she was amazing, thank you soo so much

Sherkain was my server and she was awesome. If you ever this location ask for her or sit 8n her area. The food and drinks were good.

Our waiter Drew was very patient and arrived at just the right time, every time. The atmosphere was loud and lively, but not intrusive.

Loved the flavorful food and the refreshing Island Ice Blast drink. The colorful atmosphere was lively, and the crew was super helpful. Highly recommend

Fantastic food and service from Sherkain

We visited this evening for dinner and drinks and were served by Sherkain, who was an absolute star, as always. Her attentive and friendly service really stood out and made our experience enjoyable. However, our interaction with the manager, Katie, was disappointing. When we needed assistance, it took quite a while to get her attention as she was preoccupied on her phone. When she finally came over, her demeanour was appalling, as if she didn’t have the time to engage with us. It appears that she may be bullying her staff, as we overheard her speaking negatively about one of her team members. We truly appreciate the great service from Sherkain, but our experience with the management was not great.

Food was fantastic. Best fried chicken I've ever had and the curried goat was to die for. The flesh on the chicken wings just fell off the bone and the Mac and cheese bites were so creamy. The only downside was there were no ribs and the service. The server forgot a few things we ordered (lemonade and our desserts) and we had to ask a different server. The atmosphere was very loud and busy. Would go again 100%

3rd night eating on my own (business) yes I have friends! ☺. Made to feel so welcome and not uncomfortable sitting on my own. Had the curried goat 2 nights, my all time favourite, then tonight the Manager recommended the Brown Chicken. I was not disappointed whatsoever. The food is authentic. The atmosphere is relaxed. The staff are so friendly. Love, love, love Turtle Bay, Milton Keynes.

Amazing experience at bottomless brunch! Priscilla was very attentive, ensuring are drinks were ordered and arrriving in good time meaning we were able to recieve 9 cocktails each within the 2 hour time slot. Good food and amazing atmosphere! Worth every penny!

Pretty awful all round and expensive ..not something I want to repeat - toilets on another floor and tacky menu used numerous times made of paper ...yuk

Haven't been here for a wile, last time i got my clothes dirty because they dont clean under the bar, tonight i didn't manage to order at all, not because they wer that busy but the staff was more interested in cleaning the bar then looking around and sell. There was another customer waiting wit his card in his hand just in case the staf that was dancing in the bar will ask if we are there to order. Anyway I left and went to another place around that square, nuch busy but i been served in 2 mins. Its a shame guys, i hope someone will actualy come and fix this issueswith our MK TURTLE BAY 😔.

Had a great few hours at Milton Keynes turtle bay for bottomless brunch. Much needed mums away time needed from the kids! Lorna kept our table topped up with drink the whole way through and the food was also excellent 👍🏻

I had an amazing experience at Turtle Bay Milton Keynes! We were served by Charlotte, who was an absolute star 10/10 for her service. She gave us three cocktail recommendations, and every single one was spot on. The food was incredible, and Charlotte’s friendly and attentive service truly made our visit special. Her knowledge and enthusiasm alone are reason enough for me to come back. Highly recommend!

We went for cocktails and they were delicious. But even better than the drinks was the service from Sherkain who was an absolutely delight.
