I have watched this place get progressively worse over the years. I "used to" buy a large amount of selection boxes for friends and families but now take my custom elsewhere.
First of all they seem to employ obnoxious, rude and unhygienic staff with Napoleon complexes as a standard.
Second, The place is getting progressively dirtier to the point I have had hair in my selection box and I am sure I saw something verminous scuttle under a table on one visit.
Thirdly, The whole covid thing gave everyone a chance to be scared of cash. Personally i like cash and have never been scammed on my cards... because i use cash. Now all the restrictions are lifted. One of the staff members loudly and arrogantly refused my legal tender as i attempted to buy a selection box (is that even legal?) and seemed very pleased not to take my money. I have never seen a business model that doesn't want to take money? But I guess they can have their donut and eat it.
Went to celebrate my husbands birthday, which was most disappointing. Had to holler to the waitress to serve us drinks, and she got the order wrong. Ordered 2 thalis, which were below average. The naans were dense, and all the dishes just did not look fresh.
To top it all, when it came to paying, they would not accept cash. The last time I checked, cash was still legal tender. The ironic thing is they are situated in the new Santander building, which could not be closer to the bank. What a joke.
Consistently the best halloumi wrap anywhere. Ive not found a better one - even in London. The family here work extremely hard - the food is tasty, in good portions and value for money. Well worth the wait in the queue!

Awful. The staff standing next to each other couldn't get my order correct.
Also my toastie was only cooked on one side.
And when I ordered my frappe with an espresso shot I was offered instant coffee! That is shocking. I wasnt given an option for zero stars but that's what it was.

I was hungry before going out for some drinks and arrived at 9:40 Owen and Siddhant were super friendly and prepared me a masterpiece that was delicious. Great subway, great staff
First visit a month or so ago. Very good portion size, nicely cooked, friendly staff, bit expensive but quality came through.
So I returned tonightā¦.
Sadly, tiny portion, overcooked fish, undercooked/dry chips. Fish cake was nice and staff still friendly. Picture shows the teeny, tiny piece of fish that was at the heart of this £18, overpriced and poorly cooked portion!
Doubtful, I will return!
Food without salt, golgappa without a crisp- looks like old gol gappas picked from somewhere, I don't know how many things do I need to get changed on that dinner table, and that's when I have been regularly to Maaya Indian kitchen continously for a week at the dinner.
The next thing I did is took my colleagues vouching for the delicious golgappa, and I gotta say sorry in return to them.
Can't appreciate more about this place now.

Not great experience. Starter bruchetta and tomatoes . Didn't have enough sauce was rather bland. Pizza a was nice. Try to pay with app with some vouchers . The app accepts it but then doesn't discount it. So told the staff to pay the bill using the vouchers which they said not valid. Complaint manager come to see us and then said the app is new and not working that effectively. Which was annoying. He then discounted.
We left at 9pm there was no one there . However 10 mins prior a few people come in and they told them they were closed. A restaurant to close doors before 9pm it's very poor. But it's a franchise the expectation are low.
Overall I wouldn't recommend not a great experience. Won't be returning in the rush

Well to say I was gobsmacked is an understatement. Waited outside for 20 minutes and we were the only two people queuing. Shown to a table that was sticky and dirty so moved ourselves. Every time we visit MK we go to Pizza Hut but never again.
Thought about ordering the buffet which is normally around Ā£11.00 but this Sunday it was Ā£16.99. Decided against that and was going to order a large cheesy bites pizza until I saw the price Ā£36.99. I honestly nearly fell off my chair, I could order a fillet steak in a restaurant for half the cost. Ā£36.99 before youāve had a drink, Pizza Hut that is a disgrace
No atmosphere and short staffed.
Waited around 15 minutes to be seated, then a further 20 before anyone even acknowledged us to take our order (shouls have left by this point).
It was a 40 minute wait from here just for dough balls and then another 15 on top for the pizza. Absolutely no service apart from one lovely guy trying to clean, serve and support (hats off to you for coming and apologising about the whole service, we appreciated you taking the time to explain).
Food was ok, nothing amazing....would I return....no sorry.
Whilst we were waiting for our food, a couple managed to arrive, then order, be served their food, eat and request the bill all in the same space of time... so says a lot about the mixed service.
