Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Milton Keynes - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I have watched this place get progressively worse over the years. I "used to" buy a large amount of selection boxes for friends and families but now take my custom elsewhere. First of all they seem to employ obnoxious, rude and unhygienic staff with Napoleon complexes as a standard. Second, The place is getting progressively dirtier to the point I have had hair in my selection box and I am sure I saw something verminous scuttle under a table on one visit. Thirdly, The whole covid thing gave everyone a chance to be scared of cash. Personally i like cash and have never been scammed on my cards... because i use cash. Now all the restrictions are lifted. One of the staff members loudly and arrogantly refused my legal tender as i attempted to buy a selection box (is that even legal?) and seemed very pleased not to take my money. I have never seen a business model that doesn't want to take money? But I guess they can have their donut and eat it.

Visited today, 2nd visit. Was so disappointed, dirty place, no tables were cleaned the whole time we were there. Bin overflowing. Filthy sticky floor.

First time at this Krispy Kreme. Staff were friendly and my Caramel Kreme shake was delicious. Also had the chocolate custard doughnut which as always was good. The place in general was tidy and very busy. Do struggle to get seats sometimes. Would recommend and would definitely come back.

We had their Drink and a Doughnut deal in the evening which was really good value for money as we had a hot chocolate and a coffee and two of the Limited Edition Kit Kat Doughnuts. The Doughnuts were very sweet and maybe not as fresh as they would have been earlier in the day. When you buy their drinks and doughnuts when not on a deal then it works out quite expensive.

Had the most awful experience on last weekend in this Krispy Kreme store where 4 members if staff completely ignored me whilst I waited patiently to be served with my daughter . One member of staff with dark hair just pulled faces at us, the other 3 totally ignored u, even when there were anoth 3 lots of people standing behind. The guy serving in the store went to serve someone else in the queue and I put my hand up and said excuse me, it was only then that he spoke to me while the other 2 staff members thought it was funny. We ordered a dozen mixed box of doughnuts but ended up with a different selection to what we asked for as the guy could not hear us due to the counter being too high. He just said it was difficult for the staff too.

Big thank you to the store manager who went out of his way to help me out!! The nutella doughnut is fantastic too. I'm now a Krispy Kremem fan.

Picked up doughnuts as part of the £5.25 deal for a box of three. The glazed raspberry classic is so good! Nice little sit in area - although tables and chairs are limited - and our service was speedy and efficient. Nice place.

There the best donuts about and even if a little expensive, they are great with a cup of coffee. It's a shame they don't have enough staff to deal with issues when their busy, we had to ask someone to clean down a dirty table before we could even sit and eat. They could do with better seating arrangements? And a cleaner

This place is wonderful. The staff are wonderful. The coffee is wonderful, the doughnuts and wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

Having a Shopping trip with our Grandson to buy his Birthday Present, and needed a well earned mid-morning break. Although we have tried their Doughnuts many times before, we've never 'eaten in', but thought it fitted the bill on this occasion. A different Doughnut for each of us; Original Glazed, Nutty Chocolate, and Apple Pie, and Hot drinks all round, Hot Chocolate for two and a Black Coffee, made the perfect relaxing interlude, and all brought to our table. Whilst Doughnuts are obviously the staple fare of Krispy Creme, I can thoroughly recommend this as a great place for a sit-down and relax.

The doughnuts are great.... they’re all great, the coffee is a bit bitter, possibly because of the sweetness of the doughnuts, not enough tables and chairs, tables that are there are not cleared fast enough and left sticky with icing etc.

Picked up a Doughnut with my other half as a quick snack whilst shopping. We decided to sit in the restaurant which was clean and tidy, and surprisingly comfortable. Doughnuts were fresh, and the staff were very friendly.

Always visit when shopping in MK. They do deals on a coffee or hot drink and doughnuts which isn’t bad value. The coffee is great and not too strong which is how I like it and it’s hot. They bring your order over to you. The only down side is at the weekend it can be quite busy and there isn’t that much seating but it’s clean and tidy.

This a Krispy Kreme shop rather than a concession or a cabinet. We didn't eat in but bought a dozen doughnuts. The doughnuts were as good as Krispy Kreme always are. The staff were helpful and there seemed a better selection of flavours than you usually get in a cabinet.

Daughter and I visited the store thinking on getting a box of doughnuts to take home and also having a drink and one while we were there. Upon entering the store there were filthy tables, mess all over the floor and staff that were more interested in their own conversations rather than serving customers, anyone would have thought it was time to go home but this was 3pm in the afternoon! The choice of doughnuts was shocking, could not make up a box without having to have most of them from the top price range. Eventually a disinterested staff member actually spoke to us but by this time we had already decided not to bother. Lots of other places in MK to grab a bite to eat, will never be returning.

First experience of this great coffee shop. Good service, comfortable surroundings. Good electrical spec. Thoroughly enjoyed mid-shopping recharge.

We dropped in for a coffee. The display of doughnuts was a delight on the eyes and hard to resist. Unfortunately there were no Gluten Free options available which was a shame as one of our group has Coeliac Disease.

Had these every day for breakfast...delicious and fresh and loads of flavours to choose from..would recommend

I can only speak for mid morning on Mondays. A perfect place to relax, after shopping and enjoy superb coffee and and a choice of delicious doughnuts.

Went Saturday afternoon and had a doughnut and coffee. There were two young men serving and they were so polite. One of them carried our coffee to the table for me. I would definitely visit in the future.

Glad to find somewhere even though the tables were covered in used cups. I am drinking a regular latte at £2.55. It has hardly any coffee taste at all but, weirdly, it tastes sweet as if it has sugar in, but I haven't put any in. Maybe it is just picking up the vibe from the proximity to all the doughnuts...

Whilst in MK I had to go into Krispy Kreme. There was no way my brain or body would let me just walk past. Went for a mixed dozen and a glazed dozen. Lush lush lush. Especially the Nutella one and the Reece's peanut butter & jelly. Oh my that was delightful!!!

We grabbed a box of doughnuts to takeaway & they were pretty amazing, especially the Nutella one! We were served quickly, we took a while to decide and the server seemed a little put out that we were taking so long! All in all a pretty good visit though!

We love going here for a sweet treat after certain things or special days, this was ideal after a warm, active sports day at school! My children LOVE their green cards!!!! Delicious as ever! Carole : )

The best doughnuts on the planet - specially the original glaze - the only doughnuts to spend money on...light and fluffy with just the right amount of sugar glaze.

Love these doughnuts but not happy about the fact that they still charge the same price regardless of it being take away or eat in. VAT should only be charged on eat in, so they are pocketing the majority of people's money themselves when people take away as they don't reduce the price.

You know what your getting - and its perfect every time. The quality and taste are there. We only use as a treat a couple of times a year.

First coffee shop i've ever come across dedicated to krispy kreme doughnuts! Love how there is a tonne of doughnut hats on the sides so you can take them home with you or wear whilst eating!

Went here with a code for a free donut for joining their site. Also tried the salted caramel, absolutely delicious! Lovely customer service and accidentally left my phone so went back to get it which had been well looked after

They are not fresh, they are sweaty, they are not what is promised. They come in on dirty shelves, are these even cleaned? Disappointing.

My kids love coming here. The new look is great with comfy chairs or booths. Booths all have plugs so bring your phone or laptop lead. Donuts are great.

Krispy Kreme are far better than the big companies like supermarkets and even M&S.; Their doughnuts stay fresher longer and the variety is good.

Best doughnuts I've had in my life. Coffee was horrible though. The waitress bragged about their great coffee but it was a total disaster. Way too much syrup, milk barely warm and froth is cold. If you don't know how to make coffee - don't brag about it. And use thermometer. Disappointed. Doughnuts are awesome.

I visited Krispy Kreme doughnuts in Milton Keynes. It has been spruced up and is much nicer. A more of an American style diner. Nice comfy seats and free wi-if. The staff were amazing friendly.

I have been to Krispie Kreme many times and have always enjoyed my food and drink there I visited it again last Tuesday and found that as ever the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Our doughnuts were delicious. I had coffee and my daughter had a soft drink. Alterations have been made to the restaurant since our last visit providing more space, more seating and less crowding at the counter. Easily accessible to w heelchair users. I will be back.

The staff in this cafe are brilliant, they are friendly and polite. The store is clean and a nice environment to sit with a coffee and a donut during a manic shopping spree!

Depois de passar em frente a Krispy Kreme diversas vezes, um dia resolvi entrar para experimentar, e eu vou me arrepender desse dia para sempre! A KK faz o melhor donut que eu já provei em toda a minha vida, infinitamente melhor do que qualquer outro, por uma longa margem! Me arrependo de ter provado esses donuts porque eles são tão gostosos, que eu acabei ficando viciado! Pra quem nunca provou, eu os descrevo como "pequenos pedaços de nuvem comestível". O problema é que eles são meio caros (um café mais um donut sai por uns 7 reais na Inglaterra, e acredite, você não vai querer comer apenas um!), não são muito saudáveis, e pior de tudo, não existe Krispy Kreme no Brasil...

Good service, nice seating, friendly staff and top quality doughnuts. We wish we had got a box of doughnuts to take home!!
