Food was really good, service was okay (they were v busy). Extremely over priced for what it is.

Have eaten here a few times before and always had an amazing time with superb food (we also booked into the hotel several times); however last week it was the exact opposite. My wife was served raw fish and had to be sent back, no one finished there food and they staff started cleaning the venue around us. I had planned on bringing other people to the restaurant, so I thought I'd email to check this was a one off. Sadly this email was ignored and when I rang in to check the email had been received, I was promised a phone call back. This didn't happen either. It will take me a lot to come back here. Which is such a shame.

This was our first visit to the restaurant and we were not disappointed it is definitely a special place with stunning views over the city. Our server Sophie was very attentive and made my husband’s day with his surprise Happy birthday brownie at the end of the meal. We had mocktails and I highly recommend the Sky high fizz. We had a sharing platter,scallops & goats cheese to start all delicious. We then followed this with prawn linguine which had sumptuous sauce,burger & pork fillet also very good quality. The portions were good and we were actually full after 2 courses the ambience is very special so this is definitely somewhere to relax and celebrate with quality food and drink. Thank you again to Sophie for looking after us we will be back.

Fantastic food and lovely friendly service all evening. Sophie was mega and cracked a couple of decent jokes too. Not as funny as mine, but pretty funny nonetheless.

Came here on Saturday 22nd March for mine and my amazing mum's special iconic 70th Birthday 🙂🎂 Jelani and Charlotte made our same day special birthday day and night even more special and memorable with friendly excellent customer service. Amazong food, beautiful spot in the restaurant. Sophie was amazing and such a lovely waitress! She was very accommodating, and a wicked person, even with the added compliment ☺️

We had a wonderful dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our fantastic host, Mohammed. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout the evening. He made sure we were comfortable, offered excellent menu recommendations, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the service was top-notch. Mohammed’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly elevated our visit. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the outstanding service!

Shocking service….. cold champagne which they changed. The reason I found out is the bar staff out the drinks in the bar and it took so long to deliver to the table. We ordered red wine with the steak and we finished our meal before the wine came. Last bit was they kindly brought a birthday treat and we had just got up to pay…… this place needs a proper manager as this person was non existent. Would you pay the service charge ???

I recently visited Hotel La Tour and had an excellent experience. I enjoyed a smoked salmon sandwich with golden fries and a flat white, and everything was absolutely amazing. The service was on point, and the views were stunning. Definitely will be back!

Service was excellent, young lady was very polite and on the ball, even brought out a treat for my wife when she found out it was her birthday. Lovely views, lovely place but the menu was basic and not really worth the price and I'm almost certain that they used instant mash. Other than that it's a really nice place for an evening out.

Let me start with the positives ,busy bar and restaurant resulting in a good atmosphere,restaurant presents well with neatly laid tables, and nice views with the floor to ceiling windows. Lady who showed us to our table possibly a manager unsure, could have been more welcoming ,greeting it was Luke warm at best. Our waitress however was lovely and came back several times to see if we were ready to order our drinks. Drinks arrived in a timely fashion and the wine was presented well in a wine cooler with napkin. Wine was poured for us ,order for food taken all good. From then on it all went down hill,my husband ordered the prawn and crab linguine with chilli,garlic and cream , this came minus the crab, the chill,the garlic and the cream,it was basically a bowl of boiled linguine in what tasted like a fish stock and 5 plain prawns bland and awful . My daughter ordered the soup starter as a main that was supposed to come with a beetroot falafel it was soup minus the falafel,but the soup was tasty enough. My other daughter ordered the pepper stuffed with halloumi this should have had seeds in it, there were no seeds. My fishcake was tasty but was supposed to come with spinach and mushrooms, no spinach and the side of green vegetables were over cooked and soggy. We make our choices based on the description of the food,if you are not going to serve it as described on the menu then the food is misrepresented. There was NO check back, so we were not given the opportunity to tell anyone .When a different waitress came to collect our plates she asked if everything was ok ,too embarrassed to real off all the things that were not quite right we decided just to complain about my husband's meal as this was absolutely terrible. The waitress was lovely and said she would convey our concerns to the manager. When she returned we were offered a free dessert. After discussing this offer we decided it really wasn't good enough ,due to the poor quality overall of the food and that the linguine lacked so much of the ingredients it was meant to have, so we told the waitress he did not want a free dessert and was not happy to pay for such a poor dish.. My husband's meal was taken off the bill which we felt was fair but it felt as though somehow the management thought we were in the wrong !!!!! We did not pay service charge either not because our two waitresses were not pleasant but because overall it did not come close to expectations and service is not perfected.The venue , it's ambience and decor which has so much promise simply does not match with the poor food quality. Such a shame what a disappointment. The manager or matre de possibly,also could do with perhaps attending a course in good customer service and invest in a better attitude when both greeting customers and dealing with genuine complaints.

Came here for a friends birthday. We dined in the restaurant. Tried the pork belly and what a huge disappointment. Tough, no crackling, stringy, never seen such a bad attempt at this dish. Must of had about 20 carrots on my plate and the portion was so big it was off putting! Our friends had burgers which were also pretty lack lustre. Was expecting something fancy but it was just all round poor. Cocktails - over priced, and weak. Service awful, slow. Table covered in empty glasses most of the night. Real let down! Doubt I’ll be back!

Disappointing Change in Payment Policy I was greatly disappointed to learn that, as of January 1st, the hotel has implemented a cash-only payment policy. In today’s world, where convenience and flexibility are essential for guests, this decision feels like a step backward. This is not just about convenience—it’s also about freedom of choice. Restricting payment methods is, in a way, limiting customers’ autonomy. In an era of increasing digitalization and transaction monitoring, cash remains an important means of payment, offering people anonymity and control over their finances. This hotel has always been one of my favorite places in Milton Keynes, but unfortunately, this change has made me reconsider my view. I sincerely hope the management rethinks this decision and opts for a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

Please bring back simple pay at the bar service for drinks instead of relying on the slower table service

Wow 1st time here and absolutely loved it! My friend treated me for my Birthday and what a treat. Great to look out onto the lights of mk . Had a cocktail in the bar area 1st and there was a great choice I had the lychee martini which was lovely and sweet. Then for the main event the meal we were in the smaller more secluded area which was lovely the food was amazing snd service attentive but not too pushy. Will definitely be back

First impression very good, as we arrived in the restaurant. Our food was served very quickly no time between courses, the food was very salty.

In all honesty, I am very doubtful regarding the construction of such high building near Campbell Park and the view of the building itself. The look of it is not really aligned to the design and mood of nearby buildings…and now, after 3 years since construction, I have decided to visit the restaurant on the top floor. The view from there, of course, is stunning. Campbell park is treasure given to us by original Milton Keynes designers . The park was built by dreamers for people. The view is very beautiful. Then going back to restaurant - The staff is very friendly, they serve quickly, smile and regularly come up to ask if we need anything else. However, the food itself is not memorable at all, not a restaurant level we would expect... not bad and not good, you eat, and you forget. Same as some good pub food. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the cuisine and I will probably go there a second time only if I want to show someone the view of the park that people built many years ago for us.

Excellent Sunday lunch, we both had roast beef, was tasty, beef was very tender and good portions. Service was attentive by Dora and the other staff.

Waited half an hour for some undercooked camembert as was not runny all the way through sent it back only to wait another 10 minutes for it to be still not fully cooked so the manager came over and asked the chef and he stated it was cooked and the manager was very rude and abrupt about this poor poor poor it is supposed to be the best place in mk!!!! Rude manager and chef that can’t cook properly would avoid and I will add a statement for the managers sake to let her know how Camembert should be cooked…

Terrible customer service and communication. Victoria the assistant manager at the restaurant lacked interpersonal skills, politeness and spoke in a condescending manner.

First time visiting and left a bit disappointed. The manager wanted to seat us for lunch in the bar area because we haven’t booked even though the restaurant was empty from 12-3 till we left . Steak came over cooked , chateaubriand was more than well done and we asked medium-well. Rib eye steak was burnt. Kids pasta not tasty at all, the pasta was overcooked as well. When we informed the waitress she said: there is nothing we can do about it …

Went tonight for my grandparents 60th, food was delicious and service even better. Mohammad was very attentive and courteous.

Very over priced for the food and drinks. £200 for 2 people. Sharing platters have been changed and it's basically toast cheese and a few olives for over £20. Chateaubriand was very small compared to previous visits. All in all I won't be back which is a shame.

Came here for a Christmas dinner - the ambience is great and the 10 oz ribeye was so tender. The chimichurri sauce was a great addition. They didn't have the merlot that was requested but it was pretty late into the evening so a rioja was chosen (couldn't really tell the difference but I was told it was very smooth!) The raspberry and lemon no-jito, ¡hola cariño, and mocha were great but the sticky toffee pudding was an even better end to the night. Would probably come again during the day (couldn't see much of the view since it was raining 😅)

Bad experience. Walked in and it took forever to be seated. The food took almost an hour to be served and it wasn’t anything complicated, just burger and fries. Fries were served without any sauce, we had to request for ketchup. One of the male servers literally slammed 1 ketchup for 2 people in such a rude way, barely even looking at us. Not the best experience for overpriced food.

Had the best time. Went for Festive menu it was lovely. Service from Grace was amazing, thank you so much Grace. Moved to the bar later, service was excellent, although Grace had finished her shift, we were still offered excellent service. Lovely atmosphere, felt very comfortable there. Thank you everyone x

Where to start... We had our work Christmas lunch yesterday and the service was absolutely terrible. I can't remember the last time a restaurant experience was that bad. Wine orders took ages to arrive and there were big gaps between part servings of courses, meaning people had to start or wait until all dishes had arrived for all on the table. They'd run out of some of the less inflated wines and some red wine had been put in the fridge. Items were forgotten about. Some dishes were unavailable on an already limited festive menu - if you are going to offer Christmas meals, get people to pre-order to ensure you have enough ingredients! While the food was tasty, it is way overpriced and not worth it in comparison to other places. The parsnip soup was lukewarm and it doesn't take an idiot to know that parsnip crisps will go instantly soggy if dumped on the soup itself. Our bill had a set menu item we hadn't had but luckily we noticed and had it removed! The restaurant has little atmosphere and you know you are in a 'hotel restaurant' rather than a dedicated restaurant with character. The elevated view is not worth the inflated cost of a meal as it is just MK. We felt sorry for the very good waitress as these issues were not her fault and she chased everything up and was very apologetic. So, in short, I won't be visiting again and will not recommend it to others.

Didn't eat. We were told 'we're not accepting any walk ins'. - I could book online for a table in five mins - The restaurant was half empty After explaining, the waitress became ruder and blunter, unwilling to accept us.I spoke to another person two minutes later who was kind and said 'of course we can sit you, we have lots of tables'. Too late. A shame, as it spoilt a birthday lunch idea.

Great views nice place to have a drink. Food was ok, service was slow and not very attend to start but a young lady who looked after us towards the end of our meal was amazing, did not catch her name. Espresso martini was very tasty.

Some of the staff were quite unwelcoming and we were asked to get up from our table and go to the counter to pay 10 minutes after being served, they must have thought we were planning on stealing. The view is the best you're going to get in the city centre but otherwise the restaurant is not impressive.

Good atmosphere, good service and delicious food. Being on the 14th floor is the final magic touch as the views are great! We had Mo as our waiter, worth asking him for his recommendations as he was spot on with our meal! Thanks Mo!

On first arrival it was very quiet and we were a little early so we let the staff know we were there for afternoon tea and was offered to sit in the bar area until the time required, so of course we sat and admired the view. At this point in approximately 15-20mins we were ask if we required drinks by three separate members of staff (nothing too bad but started to be a little annoying). At our booking time of 12:30 I had to ask again a member of staff if our table/booking was ready, our table had been ready as no one apart from one other table was in the restaurant. Once seated the staff went through the tea selection and left us to decide for a few minutes. We then picked our tea and the tea came out within a few minutes. After a few more minutes one tower for two people was bought to our table and of course I reminded the staff regarding my wife's none fish request. At this point the staff removed the tower and said they would be bring the correct order back. They returned a couple of minutes later with my wife's correct order and a standard one for myself. We also heard the table behind us having trouble with there food. We started to eat our sandwiches and found they were all starting to go a little crusty on the outside/stale, we thought it may have been only one but they were all the same. Considering we were there just after 12pm I would hate to think what they would be like at 3pm. We then continued to the scones and these were worse than the sandwiches, these were so dry and hard even with unlimited amount of tea to wash them down. As I mentioned this was our silver wedding anniversary present and I was hoping this may have been mentioned during our visit to make it extra special but nothing at all. We eventually had to ask the staff (who were not busy at all) that we were finished and to make sure the bill was payed. We then left feeling very disappointed. As this was our first ever visit to this venue we feel very disappointed by the experience and we wouldn't recommend this to anyone for the above reasons.

Extremely poor service. Waiting for drink order for over 30 mins. Needed to get up and ask for a waitress as no one noticed we were waiting Another 1 hour before being asked for our food order. It wasn’t very busy so again we asked for someone to take our food order. 3 x orders for linguine it was stodgy and unpleasant. We picked at it and left the majority. Again we walked to the bar to ask for drinks and said the pasta was not nice and explained why The bar man and a female member of staff in a suit jacket looked totally indifferent I said stodgy etc. No reply from them and said they will send someone over for our drink order. No comment from waitress who removed our plates with food not eaten. We said it was not nice too thick and stodgy etc. Said nothing took our tea and coffee order. Again 1 plus hours later asked for bill. Service charge added. Said we were unhappy to pay this as we had no service and were extremely disappointed in the food. We asked if they had new kitchen staff or lack of serving staff and were told no it’s the same as it usually is. Will be giving this a miss for a long while.

The desert here was truly remarkable. The ambiance was exceptional, and the service provided was of the highest caliber. I highly recommend this establishment and intend to revisit in the future.

I've eaten here a few times now. I really wanted to like it given its fantastic views from the 14th floor. But the food is just so disappointing. On my last visit the burger was so dry it wasn't edible. I get this is a bit dramatic, but I didn't eat it and at £14+ I expect some level of moisture. If you want to go here, just for a drink and enjoy the view.

Visited Fourteen for the first time on saturday night with 3 friends. Incredibly slow service right from the start. Pre dinner drinks took 25 - 30 minutes for every order. When we got to our table we waited over an hour for our food. Our last drinks of wine to enjoy with our meals arrived way after we finished eating. We tried to cancel them in the end but accepted the offer to have them taken off the bill. Food was very nice but service really was diabolical.

On our arrival we where told to wait In the bar for our table. We end up waiting 1hour and had a phone call from the restaurant saying we are running late but we said we have been waiting 1hour for a table. In the end I went up and told the bar staff and we was them seated and the gave us a free bottle of wine and we was served by Mohammed and we can't thank him enough for his time

When I arrived I waited a long while before anyone noticed I was waiting, a polite young man Alfie Green noticed I was waiting, he was the first person to acknowledge me and proceeded to get the person that would seat me to my table unfortunately this is where the experience was let down. The woman arrived and spoke to me rather abruptly then she proceeded to seat me. The rest of night was lovely Alfie served us and was very courteous helpful & charming he’s an asset to the staff at Fourteen. The food was delicious & the view was beautiful I will return although I hope the woman that sat me to my table will be in better spirits when I return.

Came here for dinner only and wow, impressed. The food was to die for, and so filling we had no room for dessert! The views of course were gorgeous, and the staff were attentive and friendly. It was such a romantic location for dinner. I would definitely recommend for date night, if you're looking for a bit for fancy and formal!

Stunned by the 5* reviews. Arrived at 8pm for an 8pm dinner reservation. No staff to greet you, you have to find your way through the rowdy bar which felt as glamorous as the waiting area in Luton airport. Announced our arrival to a disinterested waitress with a laptop who told us to go and wait in the bar area and get a drink and she’d come and get us in 10 minutes. Sat at a table in the bar as a child on the next table received a plate of chips, the aroma of which was less than delightful. After sitting there for 5 minutes a waitress took our drinks order. Not that they arrived. At 8.20 the waitress from the restaurant came over and said our table was ready - I told her our drinks hadn’t arrived so she went in search of those and then took us to the table. A monosyllabic waiter handed us the menus and the returned 2 minutes later and said “ready to order?” I ordered a glass of wine when we ordered our food. I had finished my starter and it still hadn’t arrived so I asked where it was. Food was average. Service and quality of the staff were appalling. Bar was awful. The restaurant area was quite nice. We won’t return. Rowdy people celebrating a wedding throughout the hotel and the ambience of the whole place was very downmarket. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Such an amazing location and view completely ruined by waiting staff who are untrained and a bar service which is a joke… Ordered a glass of red during the starter to eat with the main course, it arrived AFTER the main was finished!

An 18th Birthday celebration ruined. Took the 18th celebration cake. Max (18) not allowed alcohol because he had no ID - only a copy of his Drivers Licence on his phone. We asked for the Manager and asked why would they not use common sense and accept Max with his parents and Grandparent wished to celebrate his 18th. He could have a glass of wine with his meal. What is acceptable about that? And not allowed Champagne or a cocktail - with his parents. If you want a celebration to be ruined - book this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Mahamed was a great host, showed brilliant charisma. Very polite helped us to pick a great meal the Shepards pie recommended by him was class.

Pros: good food, well presented and all tasted good though not exceptional. Nice atmosphere. Cons: very slow service, had to wait to be seated, then waited another 20 mins until our order was taken. The starters arrived before they brought our drinks, which I reminded them about in the end. Staff were all very pleasant, just seemed to be on the go-slow and needed some customer service training.

I booked a table next to the window because my missis had the 30th birthday.The tall manager said it's not for everyone. We got a table far away from the window. It was minimum 4 empty table till we finished.If i book next to the window and spend more then £120 pounds and there is a lot of empty space why i can not get a table there? The food was delicious.The waiters was really nice expect of this tall manager who is an unprofessional rude person.So don't waste time with the booking next to the window.Maybe he kept the tables who can pay some extra cash in his pocket.

Lovely afternoon tea today! Brilliant selection of sweet and savoury. Tea selection was also great. All good portions and no doubt you’ll find some bits to take home with you to have later on! Service was great, all staff very friendly and approachable. Just a little suggestion, I feel as if the sweet selection could do with a break down on what some of the things are? Such as the gateau opera. There was a gel type liquid in a chocolate shell which we had no idea what it actually was so a little mentioning of what it was in the menu would be nice? Maybe a little booklet explaining what each item is, what flavours etc, make it a bit more interesting as there was other flavours that I would have love to know what was in there.

My partner booked a table to surprise me for my 30th birthday. He called the restaurant, asked if its possible to have a seat next to the window, and he has been advised that would not be a problem. After arrival, the manager escorted us to a table that was far away from the window. We have asked him if it would be possible to sit to another table, as it a special occasion and it has been booked. He said thats not possible tonight, but they are trying to sit customers next to the window most of the times. We have seen a table completely empty next to the window, but we have been told that we cant move there. This is not down to availability, its down to how you treat other human beings. I dont think we will be back here. Serving was very slow too. We can spend our money elsewhere…i wish we have walked out when he didnt let us sit elsewhere.

Fabulous views of MK from the fourteenth floor, which is taken up by a restaurant and bar. The restaurant side has the better views of open countryside, whilst the bar overlooks the imposing MK shopping mall and its (ugly) car park. There is a good selection of cocktails (priced at £14), wines and beers. We visited on a Sunday so the menu in the restaurant was roasts, plus a few other options. The portion sizes were very generous and the ingredients were of good quality. After a hard day of retail therapy, it is the perfect place to relax with a cocktail and then have a decent meal before heading back to the M1 and home.

Our lovely waiter Mohammed gave us a premium dining experience, although it may seem a bit pricy, the views and experience you receive make it well worth the cost. Next time we come we hopefully will receive the privilege of such an amazing waiter again. Another thing to mention, the restaurant kindly offered us a free dessert after mentioning it was our daughters gcse results day. I love this restaurant with all my heart, and would rather end up here after death over heaven.

Went to the first day of afternoon tea Stunning surroundings and found Two minor moans - had to wait quite a while to be greeted and seated on arrival when the restaurant was not very busy Good wise beautiful but the salmon wraps were a bit chunky and out of place among the other delicate sandwiches and rolls But overall a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon

I’ve had dinner with my boyfriend celebrating 4 years together. The staff gave us a table just next to the window to enjoy the beautiful view from above. The food, the drinks and the desserts were great. And the best part was when the lady bring us a plate with “Happy anniversary!” written on it. I would definitely recommend. It’s a nice atmosphere.❤️

We celebrated my mother in law’s 60th birthday here, expecting a luxurious and welcoming experience, but was deeply disappointed by their attitude towards families with young children. My 19-month-old daughter, like many toddlers, has her own preferences, including her favorite homemade pizza, which we brought along. To our surprise, the restaurant refused to warm it up for her. This small act of kindness would have gone a long way in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for everyone, but instead, we were met with an unyielding policy. As if that wasn't enough, when my daughter became understandably moody due to hunger, we tried to soothe her with a show on our phone. Within moments, Sonia approached us and asked us to turn down the volume (which wasn’t even that loud. I think it was at 50). While I understand the need for a peaceful dining environment, their approach felt unaccommodating and out of touch with the realities of dining out with a toddler. For a restaurant that brands itself as "luxurious," I would expect a higher level of customer service and flexibility, especially towards families. If they wish to enforce such strict policies, they should consider making the establishment adults-only. As it stands, I would not recommend this place to anyone with young children. If you value a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, look elsewhere. I also have to mention that the food was average. The cocktails were very nice and the fact that we were allowed to bring our own cake.

Thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary meal at the Fourteen Sky Bar & Restaurant. Friendly staff, great service, lovely food and a wonderful view of Campbell Park.

Visited this restaurant, lovely atmosphere, great ambience, lovely food , the highlight for me were the staff…they are so amazing, very friendly, eager to help, so patient, always smiling, customer service is 100% I RECOMMEND!!!!!

We have had many wonderful dining experiences in this restaurant but today we were very disappointed. To begin many of our drinks choices were unavailable. The starters were variable, the beetroot, goats cheese and walnuts was a plate of beetroot with a few crumbs of cheese and a couple of walnuts, the prawn cocktail was very basic with small flavourless prawns. The mains came in bits, they were all luke warm, two of the roast chickens had no stuffing one did, we waited ages for the horseradish sauce, they said they couldn't find cranberry but it did arrive later. A Yorkshire pudding got dropped on the floor and we had to wait for another one. My son had three what appeared to be stones in his meal, they were rock hard, luckily he didn't break a tooth, we were told they were lumps of garlic cooked with the roast potatoes and should not have been served with the meal. We were given a reduced bill but by that time we really didn't feel like desserts, and my birthday meal had been spoilt. We have enjoyed so many birthday and anniversary meals at this restaurant and the view is wonderful, but I not sure I want to go back for a meal there.

Food is always 10/10 when I go here, staff are so incredible friendly and just positive energy all round. Always going to be coming back for sure !

The view from the window is absolutely stunning. The atmosphere is casual and fun. The food is also delicious. The only bad thing was that when I first ordered champagne, it took a long time to cool down. Chill the champagne in the refrigerator.

View and ambience is amazing, as good as you will get in Uk. Drinks are slow and messy, not much better than a teenage club but priced at London level. Food is pub standard charged at sub-London prices. The sharing starter looks like it’s from Avanti train food coach C. Meat is dry. Salad tastes worse than Tesco. Service staff seem disinterested as the night gets late. Our coffee was cold by the time it got to us. It stood there and no one wanted to carry it over

Have visited here twice First time everyone was dressed up Atmosphere was sophisticated Food was tasty Service was lovely Second time Got fleeced with a £5 bottle of water at 750ml before I could verbalise TAP she was gone and back and had opened bottle and it was for my mums birthday so did not want to make a fuss The food was poor second time round and in my opinion its massively overpriced and in my opinion the burgers at harvester are far superior and tastier Paid over the top for a cheese and tom pizza for daughter and dough was tough Wine is expensive Tables far to close together , could have adjusted my seat slightly to the left and I would have been with the 3 women next to us! People no longer dressed up smart but dining in trackies and sliders so no longer felt like a bougie place to be but a dressed up pub Sorry sky bar but this is honestly my opinion I would not recommend

Food was tastless and bland. We booked fine dining for 2 and the table was squeezed between other tables, difficult to get in and out, and was able to overhearing conversation. Lacks hospitality and felt not being welcomed.

incredible staff!!! so kind, really amazing food and drinks but service is very poor sadly :,( i understand they can get busy however we were waiting for sauce until our meals were cold :/. again lovely staff just unfortunate it can be a bit slow (it gets busy)

Went there for lunch during Traditional Sunday Roast. There was relaxing live music and great views during spotless weather. Food was high quality and enjoyable. I'll be visiting again to try different dishes.

A real treat to have a first rate Sunday lunch in such a beautiful spot, with panoramic views over Buckinghamshire! Really friendly & knowledgeable staff too. We will be back

Everything was perfect during my lunch at the Fourteen sky bar. The linguine was divine and the views are just magnificent. The waiters, although quite young, were very professional and hospitable.

Set amongst the panaoramic views, we had an absolutely fabulous birthday lunch in the restaurant here recently. Staff are marvellous, the Champagne is excellent and the Steaks are good.

We were looking for a place serving brunch. The restaurant unfortunately don't serve brunch but they offered us to sit in the bar instead so we can have drinks and desserts. The view is amazing. You can see all Milton Keynes from the four sides of the restaurant. Sitting area is comfy and staff are friendly and welcoming. The cake i had is not great however, my wife's and daughter's desserts was really delicious so overall experience deserves putting ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We missed our chance to visit in the evening, but went for breakfast after a stay at the hotel ... Fabulous 👌

I had such a good time at this restaurant! My waiter Mohammed was so nice and accommodating and gave me the best service. The food and drinks was also very nice, and my lovely waiter Mohammed recommended the fries which were amazing! I highly recommend this place if anyone wants to experience fine dining in Milton Keynes.

Cocktails are amazing! Food is fresh and plenty to choose from. As for the views, amazing!

I took my Mum here for a late Mother's Day gift before we saw a show at the theatre. The view from our table was lovely and I could not fault the food at all. The onion and cider soup to start was amazing just needed bread to go with it but luckily my mum had plenty with hers😁

I didn't eat there, but it's a great bar, with fantastic views over Milton Keynes. Bit pricey at £6.90 a pint, but nice place to visit now and again. If the beer came down to £6 a pint I'd go more often.

Excellent dinner at 14. Very 'big city' feel for our little MK. Great views over Cambell park and beyond. Food was very good, as was the service.

I recently visited Fourteen Restaurant and Bar in Milton Keynes and had a great meal and dining experience. Situated on the fourteenth floor of Hotel La Tour, it boasts a beautiful viewpoint of the surrounding county. It was busy, usually a good sign, but the view alone is a big drawcard. For entrees, we ordered the mackerel and terrine - the presentation and flavours in both were clever and well balanced. They do a Beef Wellington for two, a dish now synonymous with Australia’s Erin Patterson, and given we were talking about the case on the way to dinner, we put the ominous convergence and sinister synchronicity aside, it leapt off the menu and so we decided we had to try it. I am pleased to say the kitchen and staff don’t rely solely on the views to impress, the food and service were great. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, gave good suggestions and were mindful we had a theatre show to get to. Their wine list could do with some better selections, but the range of beers, cocktails and spirits was more than adequate - and I’d suggest a better choice. On the whole - it was, a great place for a memorable view and dining experience. After dinner, we headed to the Theatre across the road to watch the hilarious Frankie Boyle. I was glad to return later for some delicious cheesecake and a few yummy shots while looking out over Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire’s nightscape - it was a perfect end to the evening.
