Have been charged £51.78 fro two 6 inch sub meal deals

Always loved the food in subway, always loved subway in general. But I just had an unpleasant experience with the service here.

Subway used to be an incredible experience where you could order your sandwich from one of the sandwich artist ,tell what you wanted in it, pay for it and be on your way. But those days are gone... I ordered a steak house cheese melt and a wanted to order a Gluten free chicken and bacon sandwich with tomato and ketchup. The Sandwich artist would not take my order and I had to use these new kiosk. I put through an order on the kiosk and it had no option for me to add no cheese so the order came to him with the cheese on it and i realised there is no option for no cheese.The sandwich staff did not want to change it for me so I bought another one and made sure to tell him that there is no cheese on it while it would have been useful to have that option in the beggining. This whole ordeal took me 10 minutes more than I would have taken, 6 pounds poorer and extremely stressed out. Please don't change things that are not broken.

Awful computers don't work staff unable / unwilling to take an order

Putting in of touchscreens was a stupid move, probably insisted from above. Has increased staff stress, ruined natural flow of customers & destroyed the appeal of Subway which is making your own sandwich with another person following your directions down the counter. The screens, which are not responsive to most inputs below punching, do not reflect stock levels meaning many interactions with customers are now angry last minute amendments. Saw upset & flustered staff, have yet to see same faces behind counter twice since change to the screens, which is not a surprise.

They have touch screens to order. It’s horrible!!!!

McDonald’s next time. Always used to pop in to subway when going to the cinema. Won’t be going again. As others have said there are now 4 self service screens in front of the food. This means that you can’t see what is actually going into your sandwich. My sub today was very disappointing. The bread was chewy and although it had been toasted it wasn’t very hot. Having 4 screens means, at busy times, there are multiple orders being placed at the same time as well as the orders for deliveroo or Ubereats. Only one person actually making up the orders is a recipe for disaster.

Great experience all round. i got to try their new order machines and though a little impersonal, it worked well and if it helps them i am all for it. The footlongs were great, got exactly what we ordered and the cookies were cooked to perfection. nice and clean, not a long wait. can't fault it.

Surya served us and his customer service is 0. We requested for 3rd sauce and he rudely replied you are only allowed 3 without even looking that its only 2 sauce in order from screens. Later asked if you could cut our footlong in half, he reply too late. Looks like he don’t like his job and just wana get rid of customers orders. 0 customer service

food was 10/10 I would 100% buy from here again

The shop now has 4 screens covering the sandwich making station completely removing an interaction between staff and customer meaning the sandwiches are now made to a generic standard and no longer specifically the way you want it made. This has completely defeated the entire idea behind subway as a store! Will not be using this store again, will happily travel further to go to a store where these machines haven't ruined it!

Don’t waste your time, go to the one in Kingston. Staff were rude, and didn’t know what they were doing. At first they apologised for having no meatballs - I’d love to know where meatballs belong in a STEAK AND CHEESE. We then got given the wrong order, and even after correcting him we were still given the wrong bread. Salad portion was less than you’d feed a rabbit. Overall poor service, will NOT be coming again.

New self serve machines - First 2 didn’t work but waited until payment to get told this after getting a full basket together. Then after ordering and it was bagged up, ordered a footlong subway melt only to get a six inch melt.

Driver took my order to the wrong address or he was doing 2 pickups, but the time he got to me the food was cold. Just eat is the same as it was a year ago, no improvements. It’s either constant items missing or cold food. And I live right near the city so no excuse for it to arrive cold, it’s 5 min drive.

There is a staff name Drnes one of the worse staff I ever seen. Very rude doesn’t know how to speak with customer. Very bad behaviour

DO NOT GO HERE. Very disappointing experience. Ordered a footlong veggie subway and they forgot the patty (only realised when I got home) the way they packed it was very loose and the sandwich was hanging out. They made me bag my own when it wasn't that busy. Hygiene I can't comment on but order from anywhere apart from here.

The restaurant sent the wrong drink. And the delivery guy got confused about where my house is, even though, it’s the simplest thing to find. Luckily, my sandwich was fine.

Delivery was amazing but paid added items were missing and drinks were missing too

Half the sides were missing and none of the cookies were sent. Just Eat make it almost impossible to report things missing without reporting a whole meal missing... really disappointed as the subs were very nice. much better than Stacey Bushes.

THE DELIVERY DRIVER STOLE THE FOOD AS THEY DID NOT TURN UP AT ALL, THE TRACKER SHOWED THEY TOUCHED MY ROAD THEN JUST SAID DELIVERED BUT I WAS WAITING AT THE DOOR

I ordered a foot long all star chicken and only received a 6 inch.

Slow motion staff and black hair in my chicken sandwich when I “blond hair” told staff with black hair who made my sandwich about it and shows him he was rude af and told me to leave i said no problem won’t be coming back either way

placed an order on the app at 3:36, saying it would be ready for 3:55. arrived earlier so my partner could order hers, and apart from 1 other person (who had just paid and was leaving with their meal) the store was empty. first staff member made my partners sandwich, and asked if i wanted anything to which i explained i had ordered on the app. once he had finished with my partners order, instead of making mine, he served the person who had JUST walked in. 2 more staff members came downstairs as it started to get busy. they continued to NOT make my order, for about 6 more customers, until it reached 3:55 and the app was telling me it was done. i asked the lady where it was, she had no clue. she asked her co-worker, a very rude and seemingly lazy guy, who just shrugged and continued to make someone elses order (wrong may i add.) the lady then went to make my sandwich, then making it wrong! i got my sandwich at 4:05, whilst my partner had finished eating and i was sat starving. service was an absolute joke and staff had absolutely no clue what they were doing, i watched one of them put a sandwich in the oven with all the salad etc in it? like what? will absolutely not be going to that one again, absolutely fuming

My experience today changed my view of subway, when I came in there was a line of people, ordering 2-3 sandwiches each, out of my control but then Ravi went crazy. Now to set the scene, Ravi was finishing all the subs, there was also his colleague who put the ingredients and everything in the subs at the start. First of all, there was Ravi’s colleague, he was making a crazy amount of sandwiches considering that there was a never-ending line of people(just proves how good Subway is), he was making them like the Gordon Ramsay of Subway, absolute perfection. Then there was Ravi, Ravi was the man, he was making sandwiches left and right, at a pace that I definitely couldn’t even copy myself, whilst being happy as ever. He was on a cooking-streak, making subs like his life depended on it! Anyways, to get to the main point, good store, good employees and good food. 10/10 would come again. 👍

Double turkey salad ordered. No turkey just salad delivered

I tracked the driver on the map. He made 3 stops before me and said he was really busy when he turned up. Tis is shocking customer service!!!!! my warm food is now so so cold!! Really not happy with this serivce

Missing cookies and Missing an entire steak salad meal is missing. Subway staff were rude but I understood they can’t do much but just eat is useless with issues. I want a refund for the money I paid and I want my food.

Originally got told it will delivered between 11.40-11.50 , then it got changed to 11.50.12.10 we ordered at 11.20 … food arrived at 12.13 cold including the nachos that order as well went straight in the bin as they cold and soggy , will not be using this again , very disappointing in the whole service and food

Needed to grab something to eat Went for the Ceasar Chicken Sandwich, which was very nice. 6inch was plenty big enough. Upstairs seating was clean and tidy but a small dark space.

nice atmosphere, good friendly staff but felt bed for the only girl and boy working there. these kids need a manager especially in busy lunch time rushes because service gets too slow but good on them for trying their best

There’s some thing special about subway how it’s always quite. Food came fast and is the same as any other subway. This location was clean and offered restrooms

I went with my dad and two daughters. The service from the female staff member was atrocious. She has as much energy as a blank of wood. The amount of times I had to say “I’m sorry what did you say” as she mumbled through everything. Considering there was hardly anyone there it took far too long to get the sandwich’s complete. Glad the food was good so I didn’t have to go back in. Never again in that one lol.

Only my second time using a Subway. As an older person I found it difficult to hear the staff, I was noisy with extract fans and music. The actual choices were not easy to determine. The result was a cheese and salad sandwich , not what I expected after McDs veggie option. My partner just got very thin cheese which was sad. If it weren't for the potato wedges it would have been a total waste. Shan't bother using Subway again as the whole process was confusing and you really don't know what is available to put in your sub roll.

Thanks for this peace of garbage I ordered a Ham sandwich as Advirtised, but I received a slice of bred with 2 slices of Ham . For 10£ . Will never order again from this place

Absolute worst branch of Subway. The overweight white woman with glasses who “served” me was incredibly rude and slow and seemed to intentionally make customers wait for an excessive length of time. All the while saying “I’ll be right with you” while pottering around in the background offloading work to her colleague. The kitchen area looked dirty and grubby as did the overweight woman. Worst customer service ever. Would definitely not recommend. Thankfully the branch at Milton Keynes train station offers a superior standard of service otherwise I probably wouldn’t bother to eat at Subway ever again.

Very bad attitude behind the till. I think this guys confuse normal, educated customers with all this "rubish mk gangsters". Bear in mind that in your shop come even normal people not only "gangsters" so be polite and treat people normal. Anyway I will promise my self that I will never come back again.

Very friendly staff, though the place lacks staff, but still was nicely managed by staff on duty. Place was clean upon arrival and well organized.

It's subway. They sell subs full of sandwich filling and melted cheese.

Bit slow when we visited but food was good.

It is ok, but shame there is no place to eat. No outside seating, no benches around.

They tried to charge my partner for an EMPTY drinks cup for the price of a drink! Only saying the price once asked😬 as well as his bottled drink..asked him which cookie he would like as part of his meal then once we sat down to eat we realised the man missed out the cookie from the meal my partner bought. Bad communication skills and lack of understanding..I wouldn't recommend :(

Fantastic friendly customer service. Not your usual robots the lad serving was a human being and had a nice convo whilst keeping the queue moving. (All while our sandwiches were made)

The member of staff who served us, her customer service was appalling. Worst experience we have had here yet. We asked to have our Subs extra toasted and her response 'how about I toast it first then see if you like it or not' in a rude tone. We responded with no thank you we usually have it that way. Well, her reaction to that was that of a stroppy child who couldn't get her own way? After that we asked if the Drinks were cold when ordering and her response ' well, they are in the Fridge' well yes we know that but sometimes they've just been restocked? Lastly we asked if it was OK to sit in and her reply 'Just don't make a mess,' who in their right mind says that to a Customer?? Seems she needs to take part in a customer service course.. Hope to never be served by 'Wai' again

Absolutely messy surfaces, could see remains of toppings mixed up in each others pot. The toasted sandwich was cold, tasteless and not fresh. Had to throw the other half of foot long in the bin. Very Disappointed!

Not happy at all, ordered a veggie delight for my partner as she's vegetarian, the sub came with a small piece of steak inside, so not happy at all. It might seem petty because it's a small piece but she is vegetarian and it sort of defeats the point of VEGGIE DELIGHT
