Ordered food from them and it was very tasty food.

Food was not great, prompt delivery within the hour, gave a free Fanta to apologise for the wait but missed a rice, on pointing this out was simply asked "okay next time?" Refused to refund or deliver another rice! Not great considering it was a £75 order, can't get an order right and very poor customer service

Been ordering for years ,ordered again last night and noticed size of the food containers.Very disappointed.Left one is an old one from you guys, the one in the right is from last night.

Won't be ordering again! Food delivered 30 mins late and missing a curry. We called the shop but they didn't care, the guy was just trying to get off the phone. I have no idea if the curry will turn up. He said maybe be an hour 😳 Oh and no meat in the keema naan breads.

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUBBISH FOOD. The delivery driver was very nice and this one star can be for him only. After forgetting part of my order I called to ask them to bring the missing item and the Indian man on the phone was extremely rude and gave me excuses and just began arguing with me, talking over me and talking down to me. No customer service or communication skills whatsoever! The veg is just frozen rubbish and curry’s are just boring. M&S ready meals are much better. If you want decent food and a good quality customer service at the restaurant DO NOT EAT HERE!

Best Indian takeaway in Mk. Have been ordering from here for years now. The food never disappoints. Chicken is lovely and tender and nice breast meat. Never find any bad bits! Can recommend chefs special chicken dhansak. Amazing! Always slightly differs. Sometimes a little sweeter, sometimes hotter but always delicious.All the food is yummy! Super service. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I think aswell I've seen you can buy extra sauce on the menu. Dishes have plenty but I think that's a nice addition you could buy if you wanted to as they're honestly so tasty.

2nd time ordering and it was just as good as the 1st! Keep it up guys and thanks for having it ready before I even got there. The free poppadum's and chutney was a nice touch. Extremely tasty, thank you.

Been ordering from here for 2+ years. Their Jalfrezi and Rogan Josh are firm favourites in our house and are always good, but tonight the food was outstanding! The Peshwari naans are amazing, too! Thanks Kafila!

Ordered our usual Dhansaks which last week were really tasty. This time they were so so spicy hot I needed to drink milk with it. Consistency would be a good thing. Otherwise arrived on time. Onion Bhaji and Poppadums very tasty.

Have ordered multiple times before and everything was fine. This time ordered a Tikka Masala, turns out they put coconut in the sauce but don’t declare it anywhere on the website. Called to ask for a replacement of something else due to an allergy but told would have to pay and should’ve called up to double check. Won’t be ordering again due to bad customer service.

I love this takeout. On moving to Milton Keynes, we tried different Indian takeaways for the first few months before we chanced upon Kafila. The food is top notch and the staff and chef are extremely accommodating and polite. We do try new places, but always default to Kafila when we want guaranteed good Indian food.

I ordered a naga king prawn biryani, it tasted better than I imagined. It was absolutely delicious. The food was hot on arrival.

Ordered the special mixed sizzler £12.95 tiny box for £12 are you serious ? It was nice but still too small for what it is … I found it bland the was a single chilly in there but needed more. Chilly paneer £4.95 Mint sauce x2 £1.80 sweet (yuk) Lamb bhuna £7.95 nice portion just about worth it Garlic naan £2.98 each …rip off pricing Salad provided : 1 slice of cucumber, 1 slice of lemon and a small tomato, rest of it was rabbit food. Nice food but small portions paid £40 was still hungry after, if I’m feeling flush and want small portions of nice food I will buy, I won’t be rushing to having it again though! 1 stat for taste the rest isn’t value for money in my opinion, not really catered for Asian taste ..

Placed an order through Uber Eats and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of both dishes. Some restaurants ignore the ‘notes’ section left by me and I appreciate the team ensuring that I had a very spicy Lamb Jalfrezi! Highly recommend, its a hidden gem 💎

Worst Indian food I have ever bought from a restaurant. Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Peshawari Naan was the names of the dishes, but the actual products were so awfully sweet that if someone had called them sugar chicken that wouldn't have been far from the truth. Even the Naan was sweet and tasted horrible. Don't recommend anyone who is craving for authentic Indian food.

This was by far the worst place I have ordered from. The food was 2 and a half hours late. I constantly phoned them but no answer. Then having to spend £14 on taxi fair to go down there and find out what happened with our order to only find out it's been sitting on their side for ages waiting for it to be delivered. And them saying you should of called (whitch I did for 2 hours straight) and them to then say oh yeah the phones are out. And all they did was give us a free can of drink. Are they bloody serious I spent £23 on a meal then an extra £14 to get there and back before they closed for them to moan at us for not calling and a free drink and food was stone cold.... dont ever order from this place it's an actual joke

Order took over 2 hours to be delivered. I phoned Kafila and was told there would be a 15 minute wait. After 25 minutes, I called again and was told it would be with me in 15 minutes. Lied to on both occasions. I get that you were having a busy night but you should be honest with your customers so we can make a decision on whether to continue waiting or not. On top of the delay, the food was really disappointing, cold obviously but also dishes were swimming in oil. Very bad experience and I will not be ordering again.

Just ordered 2 x chicken tikka starters and one chillie paneer as main + 2 perata. Suppose to be light dinner for me and my wife. Food arrived after hour not claimed 45 minutes delivery time and portions were so tiny as I never seen before from any restaurant I've eaten. Total bill £17.25 which included 10% discount! This is robbery! Food containers were three quarters EMPTY. This food should cost half of what I paid considering the amount in containers. I have called and complained but they suggested they will "look after us next time" SHAME - you should look after your customers when they place order first time, so they become regulat- instead you loosing business and getting bad review. I am sorry, but this amount of food for this money is PURE ROBBERY! Yes, tikka was really nice, but paneer was full of gravy with 8 small pieces of cheese and nothing else inside. Its shame I can't attach photo I took because you would laugh!

I throughly enjoyed my curry. My friend wasn't too keen on his curry though. He complained that a madras is never usually that hot. I enjoyed but it might be too much for some people.

Tried Kalifa for the first time tonight following a recommendation from a work colleague. Delivery was on-time and everything arrived steaming hot. Every dish had it’s only distinctive taste and was excellent value for money. Will definitely be ordering again.

Without a doubt the best indian/bengali take away in Milton Keynes. I live in Wolverton so have to use collection so cant comment on delivery. Food is consistently delicious with fresh salads and tasty sauces. Compared to other takeaways and restaurants Kafila is the best a little pricey but worth it.

What a shame. Just ordered romantic dinner for my wife's birthday - disaster. Peshwari naan dry, undercooked. Bombay aloo flavourless, mango chutney just water. Tried to call to complain but no option. Won't use them again.

Ordered food through just eat. Had to wait over an hour initially then it changed to be delayed another half hour. Eventually they cancelled the order because they couldn't find my address and were contacting the wrong phone number completely. Our address is not listed on some places as is a new estate but a simple Google search of the road name would have shown them where we were. Called up and understandably I asked for some money off as they were still happy to deliver and by the time it comes out would have been over 2 hours. They refused because I was annoyed at the situation and told me I was rude....I wasn't rude I was frustrated and annoyed after the long wait and then having to wait longer. Never use these despicable idiots, bunch of amateurs clearly.

The food is good but what's the point when it often doesn't turn up?Once could be a mistake, twice I'm starting to look for somewhere else and by the third time that I'm sat like a lemon waiting for a delivery I've decided I've had it with this place. It wouldn't be so bad if they cared but they just want to make excuses. The last straw was that they told me it was my fault the good didn't arrive because I ordered on line. Don't order from here if you actually want to eat.

We've ordered from Kafila for over 5 years, and it is by far my wife (who is Indian) and I's favorite Indian takeaway by far. The service is second to none, they have always been friendly and courteous, often spending a good few minutes chatting and asking how we are etc The food is delicious, always hots and fresh and great quantities (Plenty for left overs the next day!) - We've tried dozens of dishes and have never been disappointed. We are vegetarian and they will always customize a dish to replace the meat, make it exactly to our liking and generally do whatever they can to make it as nice as possible. When there has been any kind of issue (Missing item etc) the restaurant couldn't have apologized more, credited us with a free meal or replaced it straight away without question! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

I order from these guys regularly. Always immaculately presented with a taste to match the best local sit-down restaurants. Great value for money, and very friendly delivery drivers. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It was pretty terrible, for 50 quid worth of food, i was expecting something decent but no, paid 2.50 for samosa, got 2 small tiny one, they didnt have venus ice-cream and the kulfie ice cream was terrible, didnt taste right. all in all, will not buy from this place again.
