BrewDog Milton Keynes in Milton Keynes

Booked for wing Wednesday. Then wait 50 minutes after order the first round of unlimited wings for the manager to come up and tell us they’re having to cook the chicken fresh so they’re running behind on orders. Then have the audacity to serve multiple tables with there wings well after we ordered. Shockingly bad management. Then other customers try and ask if we can share since it’s unlimited, what sort of person comes up to you and asks for your food. Never mind that we couldn’t hear an each other because everyone was shouting over each other.

Everything was sticky and had some corners that smelled like piss. (Arrived there Friday 8th Nov. at about 17:15) 1 Pooltable completely cashless, the second with coins, but with a sticker for cashless gameplay app which then triggers the other table. Bar can't change to coins as it is cashless.

Not busy. Waited an age to be served or even acknowledged. I waved. I smiled. Nothing. When I did eventually get served I had to ask for my order far too many times....both using numbers clearly labelled on the board behind the bar and then the beer names. Then I was overcharged...twice....for two drinks clearly labelled....and was met with what was it you ordered again? No passion whatsoever. I won't be returning.

Came for the beer school experience for my dad’s birthday and we both had an amazing time! Stew was fantastic, very engaging and knowledgeable, and really elevated the experience for us - loved all the fun facts! Thank you so much we had a great time and my dad was in his element!

Awesome food, awesome staff, AND they host paint and sip events with The Hungry Brush! Really cool!

Great experience visiting Brewdog today. Excellent service from Stu who worked very hard to keep us and the other customers happy. Burgers were amazing and in particular the Mac and cheese. Had a flight of headliners to drink and really enjoyed them. My wife and sons fiance had a really good bottle of chardonnay. Highly recommended place to visit 👍

Did not enjoy the food this time around, sadly. Cauliflower wings with buffalo were awful, kids did not enjoy or eat their meal (which we thought would be free under the kids' eat free offer but we were denied it for not booking 24 hours in advance). I didn't even like the chips, which is pretty unheard of! 100 quid down the drain... It's a shame as it's a nice bar and nice team.

Arrived pretty late, but still managed to get some food in. The menu doesn't hold some of the smaller sides and items, which is a little poo, I really fancied Hassleback Potatoes... But otherwise still as good as any other BrewDog! Quite enjoyed a break with a burger and a beer! Cheers for having us!

Jake is an absolute star. He was the only crew member on shift for front of house serving at the bar and bringing out the food. Didn’t have to wait for more than a minute for anything we ordered even though he was run off his feet and he still found the time to take a group pic for us! Literally best staff member of all the BD pubs which we go to frequently across the country and many incl london where we live! Jake you’re amazing! Thank you!

Undoubtedly the best bar in Milton Keynes. Superb beers, excellent burgers and great staff.

Very friendly staff, plenty seating. The benches might be uncomfortable for long periods but there was comfy cubicles and high stool tables. A large selection of drinks on offer from Brewdogs own to Guest ales. Well worth a visit when you visit Milton Keynes and probably a great visit if you live locally, there was adverts for sport on tv aswell as live bands.

The tipping culture is getting out of hand - stop asking me for more money whilst ordering when the food takes an hour and a half ! Seems like we’ve collectively forgotten that tipping is for good service !

Very poor waited over hour and a half for food. Chased food after an hour to be told it was coming. Chased again after another half an hour to be told kitchen was closed.. Absolutely pathetic. No apologies, no options just said they would refund it back at some time. I will wait and see. Won't be coming back. I would give it a zero if I could.

I only give it 4 stars because the food, especially the sides, are not very good, you get away from a traditional hamburger and you don't know what to eat, the 4 in service is because even though they are great and serve wonderfully, sometimes the guys They drive you crazy and between them, 15 minutes passed until Jno served me with the bar empty after debating whether I could take a can of Punk IPA from the refrigerator or not, I really like the place, now especially in the Euro Cup , good beer at a reasonable price in uk and big screen to watch football. Also recommendable any day, although it honestly needs to improve those points to be great

Shockingly bad, from bringing the wrong drinks out, to mixing up alcoholic and non alcoholic beer to serving awful food that not only looked like pet food but also tasted like pet food.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a very good experience at BrewDog. We came for the Wings Wednesday and were really excited as my dad absolutely loves Chicken Wings, so this was thought to be the ideal place. However, the time for the food to arrive and for us to be served was really disappointing. We had a table booked for 6pm, sat down and weren’t seen to for drinks for about 15 minutes which wasn’t bad. We then ordered out wings which took 45 minutes to arrive. We were all pretty frustrated as it wasn’t very busy. We ordered our next round of wings when they dropped off our first round as we thought it may take another while, which it did. It took another 50 minutes for the next 4 wings to come. We were really fed up at this point and decided not to order anymore as it would have taken the same amount of time for the next lot of wings. In just under 2 hours, we got 14 wings each. For unlimited wings, that is terrible. If you’re looking at the Wings Wednesday I would not recommend going here.

We recently visited BrewDog and had a good experience. I want to give a big thank you to Ben and Reilly for their amazing customer service. They were friendly, helpful and really made us feel welcome. The place was not very busy, and while the food was OK, it did take some time to arrive. Our experience with Stuart was a little different. He didn't seem to want to be there, and this was evident when we ordered beers. Hopefully he was just having a bad day, you can't always be happy and cheerful all the time!

Great choice of beers and even a decent pineapple cider. Enjoyed the Korean loaded fires and buffalo chicken wings.

All very good at BrewDog Milton Keynes. The standard burgers, the patriot and the Chuck Norris were very good. Staff are also all very good.

Food was good, staff member who brought it acted very strange and rude to us all. We had ordered a sharing platter of chicken wings and some other dishes for our table of 4. When bringing the wings we were told we couldn’t share it and it could only be for one person. What nonsense! Not sure what they were thinking but the staff member looked about 16 anyway!

Great evening with the family. We ordered far too much food, but it was all delicious. The staff were welcoming, friendly and a great laugh. The lady that served us made our evening and brought us an eclectic mix mix of ales for our flight deal.

Good bar for a quick pint before a work do, Hazy Jane, a very good NEIPA style beer.

Brewdog pubs are great (Martin), this is one of the better ones. The staff are very informative and helpful. Great chilled-out atmosphere, and a great choice of beers. Food is good, vegan Gluten Free etc. I will always return here.

The patties were burnt and dry, the beer wasn't good either, the waitress just said while eating: I'll pass it on!

Went for wing Wednesday and for a first time I was disappointing to say the least we was the first ones there when the restaurant opened when we received our food order was still wrong even though we were the only ones there there was no spice level on the menu so my partner ordered something which turned out to be very spicy and inedible for her. The chicken wings were very plain and bland if not watery and the onion rings although looks good were very oily and the batter was that thick in places it still wasn’t cooked

A small group of 3 had a voucher from Christmas , we had a flight of beers & a burger, which was very nice but did feel the beers can work out expensive, but I must say the spicy burger was very good.

Always come here when in MK. Am a fan generally of Brewdog and this is one of the better ones. Helpful bar staff and interesting beers. Also decent security.

Out as a small group of 8, had various unlimited flavours of chicken wings.

Decent food and booze and an enterprising quiz guy. At what point did we think that pulling a pint was worthy of tip money? It's not as if pints have suddenly gone down in price, and it raises the suspicion that Brewdog (who, let's face it, are suspect in other ways) aren't paying their staff properly.

Can’t go wrong here. Maybe it’s because I have shares? Was packed for the quiz night the other week. Which is what you want to see. Maybe food could be quicker? I guess it’s hard to gauge how many kitchen staff to have on at times.

Haven't eaten here so not putting a star rating against that. Bar tender was incredibly knowledgeable about the different beers they had on the menu, which was really good. Happily offered tasters of different types of beers to ensure that we were ordering something we would enjoy, which again is a big plus when looking at such a variation of offers. The atmosphere is excellent in Brew Dog. Music is good, not too loud, but also loud enough for you to hear and appreciate whilst having a conversation without struggling to hear one another. Top dog 👌😉

First time in Milton Keynes and decided to eat here.My daughter’s starter went missing, even after telling them about it, it was never delivered.Kids menu states that it includes fries and peas - my daughter received full plate of fries and TWO peas (good she doesnt eat peas) 😀 waiting staff never really checked on us and i understand why - because service charge is included in the bill so they don’t care about the tips :) overall, the food was overcooked but still eatable but dont think i would recommend it to anyone, well maybe of your kids don’t eat peas :)

5 adults and two children for a Mother’s Day Sunday lunch from the set menu 2and3courses Food was reasonably good apart from the roast beef which was stringy and a bit on the tough side also the sticky toffee pudding was dry Service was really slow and the children were chard for four courses instead of three then to add a ten per cent service charge which we were not aware of until checking the bill at home is unacceptable

Had a decent time here, few hiccups with the food but quickly rectified.

Hello, we booked three of us in for mother's day at my mother's request. The food was awful it took ages and was cold on arrival. I had the Middleton grill firstly the ribs were frozen not fresh I had three sections of ribs but all cooked as a lump where they had cooked from frozen. The chicken was frozen as it was dry and rubbery with a piece of fried chicken skin on top to simulate being cooked fresh it crimped up as it had been in a too hot fryer. The best bit was th steak it was a rib eye that was half fat and one end stank like cheese/ sour and was slimy to eat so I stopped eating that. Not an ideal meal my mum's steak and fries was good thankfully but my other halfs rib eye was fatty and the Mac and cheese also cold. The best edible part was the loaded fried nice and hot and crunchy sadly that was it the meat here is poor. Upon telling the server about my steak she came back and said chef had checked all the lamb as I had lamb which was incorrect I feel for the waitress as they were spot on sending out poor food but happy to help. The other thing also is please get the chef a bell or intercom to let the waitress the food is ready Instead of screaming service every two minutes when the waitress clearly can't hear miles away the other side of the resteraunt. A shame but we will not be back we visited a few years ago and it was really good

A warm and friendly welcome and all staff were polite and professional. Great menu with plenty to choose from for everyone. We chose filet steak & a couple of sides which was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend.

Went for wing Wednesday yesterday, service and restaurant in general was good. Shame the wings were vile. The Korean bbq tasted off to me so I ordered plain wings with buffalo sauce and the coating on them was so thick and greasy it was so tough to eat them. Not to mention they only bring 4 wings per 'round' which took us about 3 minutes to eat then you have to wait 10 plus minutes for more. Won't be coming back in a hurry.

Visited this place and feel the staff were no where near as good as Ellon. Lovely place and drink is always good. The staff seemed to want to spend more time chatting to each other as deal with the paying customers.

Decided to stop off with my 16 yr old lads for something to eat and drink. Food was over cooked, missing key ingredients which were on the menu and the customer service poor. Rude management. Thank god the beer was as expected.

We chose the restaurant based on the reviews for the steaks. It was good except the T-bone steak wasn’t medium rare as requested, more a medium. Overall was a good experience at the restaurant.

Have been to Middletons many times. The food is always very good, the waiting & bar staff have been very friendly. Sadly, on this visit the wait for our food was far too long - almost an hour between our starter plates being cleared away and main course arriving. No-one appeared aware or came to speak with us until we raised it. Disappointing on this occasion.

I spent my 30th birthday here - bottomless brunch! All staff were happy, polite and attentive! Drinks flowing and great value! The experience was amazing! My only negative is that I didn't find this place sooner... I'm not a great lover of craft beer nut they found one to suit me... I brought my daughter that suffers from anxiety and sensority issues and all of the staff were brilliant... one of the meals were not to order and they didn't even blink and did a recook without even asking why.... I can not recommend this place enough. We even went back today to play pool, I can't tell you how big a deal it was that she felt comfortable enough to do that. From the bottom of my heart thank you from your Irish visitors... we did Rob a few coasters though...

Where do I start. We have been to Middletons a few times in the past, and have had god experiences however last nights was a bit of a let down from start to finish. Upon arriving we had been allocated the table next to the till/entranceway. The table itself was not steady and rocked whenever you pressed on it, so your drinks were always at risk. The light above the table was very dim and made it impossible to look at the menu, meaning I had to get my phone out to read it. As we had the doorway table, in the 90+ minutes we were there we had multiple people standing waiting to be seated, standing next to us staring at us whilst we ate, and a constant cold draught so my wife had to wear her coat the whole time we were there. The starters were fine, but my Fillet steak was undercooked so I had to send it back, and when it came back it was still not right, but my wife was over halfway through her steak so I just ate what I could and left the undercooked bits. When taking the plates away we were asked if we wanted deserts, and then waited 10 minutes for the dessert menu to arrive, at which point I couldn't be bothered, so we paid up and left. I gave the waitress a tip and it was only when I got home that I notice the service charge added to the bill. Very sneaky, so she got a double tip from us. The food wasn't her fault, but still. I realise it was Valentines day so the staff were very busy, it just could have been a better experience all round. Disappointing really.

Went in to watch Six Nations rugby on the big screen. The place was buzzing & there was a friendly atmosphere. Staff were very helpful when it came to recommending beers. Service was fast & efficient. A great range a beers & food on offer. One of the best Brewdogs I've been to & will return.

Ordered chocolate fondant for dessert. No fondant just like chocolate sponge. Response was that the proper dessert chef only worked weekends. Not sure that’s an adequate response and no real apology it wasn’t up to standard
