Good value for money food was nice and hot good portions

Probably the worst spoons I've visited. Absolutely shocking service, ordered 3 drinks via the app and they took 15minutes to be delivered.

I love this spoons, it's quite away from were we li e but so worth the drive. The staff are lovely.

Good breakfast nice atmosphere and decoration, lots interesting facts/photos of Bletchley thru time,this time went for a late lunch on curry day,was really good

Like it. 100% standard Wetherspoon's. Irregular visitor for breakfast. Doesn't seem quite as good as it used to be. The bacon was never that great and now it's just not nice at all. Otherwise you can't beat it for price but a few quid more elsewhere and the quality rises significantly. Will probably avoid for breakfast from now on.

I wouldn’t even give it a star if I could I came today for breakfast and I don’t know who trained that chef but it was absolutely appalling for a start my 2 year old daughter can do better job the bacon wasn’t even cooked and the beans taste like they have been sitting out for months never again will I come back to this place unless under new management absolutely disgusting service was ok but in all waste of my money and it went in the bin

Took my mil out for lunch, managed to park in their very small car park which was nice! Used the app to order, again very easy to use, drinks arrived in no time and the food arrived 10 mins later piping hot and very tasty. My wife and mil had chicken with soy sauce, I had an American burger. Would recommend both. They have contractors on site with work being done out front and to the rear, meant you couldn't sit out in the beer garden. FYI.

Another Spoons pub, much the same as all others, no waitng for service with food delivered to your table swiftly.

This is a great venue for meeting friends.!! Varied seating to suit different tastes. Selection of guest ales. Plenty of other drinks to choose from.

It’s a spoons so set your expectations accordingly. It has a decent amount of real ales and the quality is fairly good. The app works really well and staff were apologetic about the speed of service. The natives at the time we were there were “chavtastic”

Despite being understaffed an extremely good experience with my wife for a meal. Lovely pub definitely wort a visit.

I’ve been to many, many ‘spoons and this is one of my favourites. Nice decor and the outside seating area out the back is pretty big too. Nice staff and a friendly vibe at peak times.

Usual wetherspoons. Quick stop for a drink or two. I like the seating area out there. Nice atmosphere you get as soon as you enter. Good and attentive staff and good service too. Dining area at the end of bar is very nice and holding plenty of seats. One more touchy Thing was coding machines they display of WW2.

Love the fact that they always have a good range of local made ales which change every few weeks. More then likely the best spoons in MK. Must go to pub. Food is fine, no complaints here.

Breakfast was excellent, had eggs benidick, they served breakfast just before noon otherwise after lunch menu, customer service very friendly, food service averages time 10 minutes or little less, online and table orders available, there is outdoor service to eat outside

Nipped in for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised. Warm and comfortable with welcoming staff and a nice environment for a drink and a chat. Didn't eat, but what we saw looked tasty enough and we'll be back to sample the goods. Enjoyed the visit and recommend a visit.

Lovely cosy pub newly refurbished. Excellent beers at very competitive prices. Food is simple but good and great value. I'll be back! So I have returned and all is still good. Prices are higher but its the same everywhere. Still very good value for money. Latest visit 28th May 2024. Currently a customer in front of me in the queue purchased a round of drinks for his friends consisting of 2 pints of bitter and 1 pint of cider, total cost £5.97 !!! Other pubs locally (not Wetherspoon) are nearly £5 for one pint!! Why would you ever drink anywhere else!

I have visited many Wetherspoons pubs over the years, most of which are perfectly nice and always excellent value for money, but this one is exceptional. The layout, the decor, the Bletchley Park connection, the friendly and efficient staff, the cleanliness, good food and cheap prices, what's not to like? But the thing that totally impressed me was the accessible toilet! With a 2 year old granddaughter in tow, I am discovering more than I would like about accessible toilets and I couldn't believe my eyes at this one. Not only was it huge, spotlessly clean with all the usual things you expect to see, but it also had an adjustable sink and an adult sized changing table with hoist! This truly is an accessible toilet and I take my hat off to Wetherspoons for making their pubs user friendly for everyone.

Go at least twice a week for breakfast......very good value and extremely helpful staff.

When the person behind the bar said who's next I put up my hand as we had been waiting 10min he then decided to serve some young lads further down the bar, he looked at me and said- they have been waiting longer than you and if you don't like it you can go elsewhere, the man beside me said how rude he had been when he obviously didn't know who was next to be served otherwise why ask who's next. Therefore I will never go back or recommend the place to anyone, perhaps you should train your bar staff to be polite I was offended because I had not done or said anything for your bar staff member to be rude to me and I also have witnesses

Great value for money. Two breakfasts with drinks for less than £10. We used the Wetherspoons app which worked really well and fast. Good portions too. Recommended.

We came for breakfast as we were staying close by but we were disappointed as there weren't as many historical things about as were here last time we came. It is a fabulous pub and love the name and what it stands for, which is why we came again. The food as always in Wetherspoons is very good and staff always helpful and friendly. The history is amazing and should never be forgotten.

A really nice Wetherspoon pub. Friendly and prompt service even on a busy lunchtime. Food was very good and tasty. The Ultimate burger says what is on the menu 👍. Toilets were clean and well maintained. If in the area again I would use this again.

Went to Wetherspoons in Bletchley at 7.30pm Thursday evening. My app did not work so ordered at the bar which was quick. Quite busy but food arrived quickly. Car parking at front but not much. However there is parking elsewhere in Bletchley. Not limited after 6pm. Food was ok. Very good value. Had house Rose wine which was nice. This venue gets really busy on Friday and Saturdays.

I popped in for Breakfast on my own as my friend couldn’t make it. The food was great, very quick service . I was made to feel very welcome. Sara was lovely. ☺️

We went to the captain ridley shooting party this lunchtime. We ordered at the table though the app. Great app. I had the curry and my partner had the small bunch. Mines was delicious. My partners small brunch I had to send back. As it was cold and the egg was cold and rock hard. The server walked pass and I asked for her to help. Sarah was her name. She was amazing. No questions whatsoever. Meal was changed straight away. Thank you Sarah. That has made our dinning experience wonderful.

Cheap beer, good for a social catch up, I support Tim Martin as he's a Brexiteer so will go to a spoons for a pint or 5. However obnoxious screeching bored kids spoil the atmosphere but that's part and parcel of a family bar

Not been to Wetherspoons for years but this one was good. The service was friendly and quick plus almost all the food was hot (just the beans were cold). Would go again as reasonably priced and not shabby.

We often pop in here for something to eat and drink. It is a really nice pub and has a great atmosphere along with great food. The staff are amazing, looking around at the amount of people in the pub you certainly don't have to wait long before your food is served. Would recommend this if you're in Bletchley and feel like something to eat or even just a brew and a sit down.

I have been coming to ridleys for a few years now, and over the last few months, since new management has taken over all areas of the pub, I have seen this once friendly, welcoming pub turn to trash. the atmosphere is unwelcoming, staff arguing and swearing at one another. food cold, only positive was the tables were clean. which again isn't always the case here anymore. I can defiantly say with confidence if you want a nice friendly family meal DO NOT go to captain ridleys! i defiantly will not be returning.

It's OK as Spoons go. We wanted food but were told it would be up to an hour wait. The guy had staff problems and it was a very busy Saturday. I did though have an excellent pint from Flacks brewery called Hedge Hop. So I had another. Very good quality and condition. It was a football game day and the many inside were all in good spirits. A busy town pub which JD Wetherspoon's have done well to modernise and make good use of the plot. There are plenty of nods to local history and not just Bletchley Park with the decoration. There are excellent and comprehensive disabled facilities available in the toilets, though only one disabled space in the modest car park in front. There is a typical food and drink range from Wetherspoons' with real ales changing regularly and have the business to support turning them over to serve them fresh and in good condition. Food is delivered fast and weekday lunchtimes are busy but can still find a table. There is a good sized garden equipped for near year round use at the back. Staff are all friendly and accommodating which adds to the appeal. Update Jan 2024: Continued good levels of service as described above

Unbelievable prices for food and drink! I popped in for breakfast. A full English and a hot drink with free refills and spent about £6. Had I wanted a beer with it it was 1.74 a pint! It's like travelling back in time at those prices. Service was really good too, Charlotte was very efficient and friendly, she should be, she's my eldest daughter and does an amazing job!

In there for 10 minutes and I’ve got a del boy selling me knock off gear. The waitress put him in his place. Clean bar, decent ale. I loved the Plum Porter.

We always have a great time here. Highly recommended.

The dining experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The service was slow, the food lacked flavor, staff made it feel that they didn’t even want you there and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Overall, not a place I would recommend for a satisfying meal or drink

Great Wetherspoons pub located in Bletchley, Milton Keynes just by the Leisure Centre. Lots of free parking in the multi storey car park at the rear of pub, very limited parking in pub car park itself. Typical spoons pub with a great selection of real ales and Lagers, and served by friendly staff and still at prices that won't be beaten anywhere else locally. Well worth a visit. Also within easy walking distance from Bus Station, as well as Railway Station.

Really surprised how big it was. Not been before.

Breakfast was not up to normal standard missing items and was not told toaster wasnt working so eggs benedict on a untoasted muffin not nice also missing items from the main breakfast that was served No menus on display and it took another lady to grab a menu for us to decide and felt sorry for the lady serving us as she was getting told off by other members of staff in front of paying customer which was unprofessional

This place is a Tardis. Looks very small outside. And is Massive inside. Good value for money. Great service. Great atmosphere. Food is exactly what you'd expect from a great value pub. Parking is a bit limited, but it's not difficult to find parking nearby. Local chip shop and take aways near by. There is a regular bus service into Bletchley.

Well, a good team here and wasn't it great yesterday, 13th, to see one dedicated staff member come in on their day off to start putting up Christmas decs. Feels like Christmas already. Review from me and my mate.

This is my favourite place to come either on my own or with my son. Food and drink great prices and people are really friendly. Been going a while now and never had an issue 😁 xx

We visited Captain Ridley’s Shooting Party in June 2023. The pub is huge and wonderfully decorated, with a massive beer garden to the rear and plenty of outside seating at the front. The pub is full of history, with references everywhere to nearby Bletchley Park from the enigma machine to the bombe machine-inspired carpet. It's wetherspoons, probably the best one in MK

Great place if you want cheap beer and don't mind football fans.

I've always eaten here and been very happy with the food and service. But over the past few months the staff have become more miserable and the food is sometimes terrible. I recently ordered a steak meal. For myself and my husband. It was undercooked & cold. I complained to the manager. He said on a Monday there were no cooks in the kitchen, only trainees. We were left £30 out of pocket and very hungry as the meals were inedible. Will not be using them again.

A great themed pub in Bletchley, that has Bletchley park, the home of the second World War code breakers, with memorabilia about the park in picture frames on the walls of the pub. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Bletchley park, and near the shops in the High Street. A big pub that has a generous size eating section, and a good size beer garden at the rear of the pub. There are limited car spaces outside the front of the pub, and has a wheel chair accessible entrance. Best pub to go in Bletchley, and they do good meal deals including a drink, it's not gourmet food but will not put a strain on your wallet or purse. If you like Bletchley park you will like this themed wetherspoons pub. Cheers!

Tuesday 24th October 2023 Today, this weatherspoons was visited This real ale pub has adequate real ales on the pub is massive the real ales well kept staff good a good to middling atmosphere to this pub and a good out door drinking areas at front and back of pub This is the only decent real ale pub sadly on Bleatchly full stop It needs a couple more guest hand pumped ales on to get 5 stars off me sadly

A quirky spoons with a friendly team, good fast polite service and one of the few where they actually properly cook the chips!
