Pizza Hut Restaurants in Milton Keynes

Well to say I was gobsmacked is an understatement. Waited outside for 20 minutes and we were the only two people queuing. Shown to a table that was sticky and dirty so moved ourselves. Every time we visit MK we go to Pizza Hut but never again. Thought about ordering the buffet which is normally around £11.00 but this Sunday it was £16.99. Decided against that and was going to order a large cheesy bites pizza until I saw the price £36.99. I honestly nearly fell off my chair, I could order a fillet steak in a restaurant for half the cost. £36.99 before you’ve had a drink, Pizza Hut that is a disgrace

Nice place, but odd use. Credit card only , (not unusual) you have to order your nourishment yourself via a touch screen, they do bring it to your table when cooked. They even have Heinz ketchup and Heinz bbq sauce in bottles. No real choice in diameter of pizza, but you can get stuffed crust. Manager not in manager garb, but a nice bloke as were all the staff. I guess prices have gone up since I was last at my local pizza hut.

I came for food here tonight. the service & food was 10/10 I have been here many times an is always outstanding service big up Rahmy & Anne for always providing that. I will recommend this Pizza Hut in Milton Keynes to anyone.

Tasty fresh ]izza and Pasta every time you come here for the buffet with easy service (Online or Kiosk only) and a good place for friends and family (Also, if you come between 8am-3pm buffet of salad, Pizza, Drinks, Ice Cream and Nachos)

What a lovely place to eat. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating to any needs. Food is gorgeous and the restaurant is very clean and tidy. Been here a few times and never had a bad experience.

It was nearly 20 years ago when I ate pizza here but today I came back and I was interested in eating there and I was welcomed by a girl named Rose who is a very calm person who likes to make sure you are satisfied with the service you receive. The food is not bad and service was excellent. Food 3* Service 5*

£80 for two adults and a child, a lot for a few pizzas, in particular the gluten free pizza was shocking. It was over £20, just look at the photo (iphone for scale), it speaks for itself. You get better lookin frozen pizzas for a few pounds these days. Just taking advantage of those with allergies, gluten free flour isn't particularly expensive! The salad bar, including dressings, was very sad. Maybe it was better stocked earlier in the day, the pictures show it around 7pm and it wasn't restocked (OK if you only want a tomotos and jalapeños I suppose! ) after that, apart from some dressing. That was only because I asked for it, even then a tiny amount (see photo of single dressing, which was after refilling!) was poured on top of grated carrots, sweetcorn and tortilla crumbs. Yuck. The food is OK, really much the same as it has been for years. No offers in the restaurant, seems they would rather you get delivery these days, as it wasnt worth the price. May order delivery, as still one of few gluten free options for pizza, but won't eat in again after that experience. For that price you can get much better elsewhere in MK.

Good pizza hut experience. It was rather warm inside hence only 4 stars. However, the lady who helped us (Rose) was a ray of sunshine. She was kind, patient and attentive. Rose was very helpful when we had trouble ordering and then she was chatty and personable throughout our time in the restaurant.

We got there at 8.00pm on Saturday night to have a family meal, however the staff did not seem interested in serving us instead this very quite lady told us to use QR code to order fair enough. However what we found very odd was that they were cleaning/closing everything already even though people were sitting and having their food and more and more people were walking in, the salad bar was empty with rarely much left when asked the staff for more the answer was we don't have it! My sons really wanted ice cream from the machine but they already cleaned amd closed the machine at 8.30pm! It's a shame as pizza hut use to be much better i guess if it wasn't a franchise and company owned things would have been much better no wonder they are all closing down! Zero stars from me

Amazing meal in Pizza Hut MK staff were really helpful and very friendly. Manager even gave my son free ice cream as we were celebrating his 8th birthday!!

Had a booking but was waiting in line for 10 minutes past when we had booked for, before them saying they had no bookings for the rest of the day as everyone had been booked in already which turned out to happen again with someone else. Pizza was what you expect though some have way too much cheese and the managers special today, which seemed to be bbq sauce and a lot of pickle? Plates were cleared so fast but the doughnuts were a little disappointing, as they came in 3 (I thought I ordered 6 but hadn’t), and were quite claggy to eat. Overall had a good time especially for the price, definitely a place to take young kids

Had a real craving for pizza and the salad bar, my fond memories of their pizza and the salad bar offering were destroyed. Greasy tasteless pizza. Sad looking salad and blue cheese dressing also tasteless. That’s it I’m done with Pizza Hut so many other places to get far superior pizza.

Bad first, confusing parking but obvs not pizza huts fault. Nightmare ordering screens, just ask one of the very helpful staff for help and swallow your pride. Clean / quick / helpful staff. Can't find fault with the service or food.

Myself and my fiancé visited for the lunch time buffet and we were not disappointed. The food was fresh including the salad bar, we were sat promptly and the ordering process was explained so we could eat almost right away. Thank you to Rose for tending to our table and making sure our dine-in was pleasant.

Went there last week while shopping for lunch and was not disappointed, the qr on the table brought us right to the menu which was easy to use and we could add our blue light discount quick efficiently, the buffet was so filling, and the syrups were all upto date in the drinks. Recommend this branch to everyone visiting.

Noisy & stressful. The girl cleaning under the tables was throwing the chairs around, not really good when you're trying to eat a meal! Food was nice enough, service pleasant from the lady who brought our pizzas out. Lots of noise in the restaurant in general, obviously not all the fault of the restaurant.

Good food. Had Jo as our server very friendly, funny, lovely lady. Had two Me-Deals, good price for the amount of food.

Visited Pizza Hut yesterday evening. There’s a new manager, calls himself SID. SID is a disgrace. He had put away all the salad early as he wanted to finish his shift. He was disappointed when he seen us come in. He said are you ok with no salad and no ice cream otherwise return tomorrow. I asked a lady staff member. She said they had turned off the ice cream machine and cleaned it to save time and the salad had been put away. This is true because when I confronted SID he got the salad back out and turned the ice cream machine on. He didn’t get the tongs out so we had to use our own spoons to get the salad. He is so rude!!!! He then got our pizza wrong and had a smirk on his face. Such a terrible individual, he should not be a manager! Also sending a complaint to head office

Amazing food, lovely service from Sid!

Brilliant service from Rahmy and Anne. We came for a 22nd birthday meal with family and they were very attentive and gave superb service. The food and drinks were good and fairly priced. All in all a 5 star experience!

Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut for years but the food was very good definitely fresh and got we had the buffet option,definitely good value for money.

I collected a chicken fajita pizza last night ...the price was extortionate...I have never been so ill with food ....I can't comprehend the pain sickness and diarrhoea iv had all day and evening. I called the restaurant and spoke to a very unempathetic employee ...who said go to the drs love and completely defended the restaurant...I wasn't rude to him at all . I'm very disappointed and as I said very ill since the early hours today . No refund offered either . I certainly won't be eating from here again .

I really like this Pizza Hut and I have dined at many across the country. Dining in at this Hut during the week is the best time, as it is quiet and relaxing. Dining in on the weekends it understandably gets busy as it’s the only Hut in MK, but usually if I want pizza on the weekend I use it to pick up rather than the local ones as the quality is always really good, always on time too. Never had an issue with the wrong order. So top marks for me. Keep doing what you’re doing

Let down of a restaurant,still posing as a “sit down restaurant” and charging sit down restaurant prices but you’re expected to serve yourself and put your own order in using a terminal in the middle of the restaurant.

Honestly after reading the reviews I came here alone on Monday and then with my mother Today (30th January) and both times the legendary rose was there to serve me she's such a friendly face and great smile, now onto the food, the food was amazing the pizza buffet was great lovely cheese pull and sauce was devine. The ice cream factory was great with the sauces and toppings too, my mum especially loved the pasta they served. Overall a 10/10 experience

one of the waste buffet experience we had , spent nearly £80 but it doesn't worth more than £30 what we experience, there wasn't any chicken pizza available even though we asked from the floor manager over 4 times every time his explanation was its on the way , if they cant deliver what they advertise they should be upfront , as a Hindu family we are really expecting to taste the chicken spicey pizza which was never laid out on the buffet , this sour experience we gone through by us as a family meant will never visit any pizza hut restaurant or take away ever again , management should train the store staff for better customer service expectation , really disappointed experience

Definitely the best Pizza Hut I’ve been to in a long time. Facilities were great, staff were so helpful and the food was brilliant.

Came in for a family dinner today, really quiet , the staff was really nice especially our server ilona, the pizza were great aswell especially the cheese bites one

stood there for 5-10 mins waiting to be sat down with multiple servers walking past and looking at the people in the line.. gave up and went to domino’s

terrible !!! Pizza were cold upon arrival and ekvery was over an hour late !!!

The pizzas, for both adults and children, are really tiny – definitely not the standard 12"; at best, they measure up to 9". Overall, the pizza is edible: the tomato sauce isn’t too acidic, and the mozzarella is almost tasteless, although it pairs better with other toppings. The ice cream factory was seriously underwhelming – just one flavour to choose from, and there weren’t even any toppings available. For two kids aged 5 and 7, it was truly heartbreaking. My children were really upset – very disappointed. When my wife asked why, she was simply told, "Oh, sorry, we’re out of stock." The atmosphere was incredibly dull and uninspiring. We had to wait 10 minutes outside, even though the place was nearly empty, before they let us in. During the meal, not a single staff member came to check how things were going, and when we left, there was no one there to say goodbye. The salad bar is the same as always – the usual subpar products: tasteless tomatoes, limp cucumbers, and a few mediocre sauces. Honestly, you’d be better off revisiting the entire menu from top to bottom.

We will not repeat it again and go there , I was with my family today, children want to go other place but I think I did a mistake to recommend Pizza Hut at that moment , honestly the welcome from the entrance wasn't too bad , and staff were kind , but we thought the food was a mistake that lead after to an horrible night , we came home from the restaurant and all of us -kids my self and my wife - we were suffering the whole night from diarrhea and digestive problems , we didn't eat anything other than what we had at Pizza Hut, it was a mistake to go there and it won't happen again

Delivered over an hour late, food was cold, no communication as to when our order was coming and that it would be late. Dessert also came melted too

Appalling service in a dirty restaurant. Seats falling apart, tables uncleared, manager rude. The pizza was nice though.

I don’t even know where to begin! We were greeted nicely at the door and was told the waiter will find us a table only to be left there for several minutes while he had a conversation with someone else. To then be sat on a table with more food under it then we had in our plate. We weee given both standard, child and buffet menu. We tried ordering on the app but just couldn’t work it out, so made our way to the bar to ask if we could order with a member of staff where 3 of them stood having a little chin wag, 2 of them watching 1 other polish cutlery. we were told we have to order on the app or on the tablet in which only 1 out of 3 worked. I then asked another member of staff what the difference was between us ordering our own pizzas or getting pizza from the island in the middle of the restaurant. We were told that it was the buffet menu and was closed from 3pm. It was 15:10pm when we were told this but multiple pizzas were still being made and put out for the buffet. We ordered our own pizzas and still questioned if we could have the buffet and we’re told if it was still on the website then we could. I think members of staff need to either be re-trained on the times certain menus are running from or at least all be on the same page so you don’t give out mixed information to guests. We ended up getting the buffet after a struggling conversation with I’m assuming a member of management and would be refunded for the price difference which was appreciated. Asked for a glass for the bottomless drinks we’d ordered and were told to wait and they will be brought to the table with the pizza we’d originally ordered. So we couldn’t have a drink before our food arrived? I can’t quite understand why so many members of staff were working at the same time, most of which quite literally doing nothing but waiting for customers to leave so they can clear the table and yet you don’t have any type of table or bar service. I have so much respect for everyone working in this industry and will always give members of staff the benefit of the doubt, being a part of the industry for 9 years myself and never in these years have I ever been more frustrated and wanted to leave a restaurant before. Ive never written a negative review before as I completely get how it makes workers feel knowing they were on shift at the time but I could not let this go without saying something. I don’t know if all pizza huts are like this but will never visit this specific one again.

Service is very poor, it took 50 minutes from the end of my meal before the waitress asked how my meal was. It would not take over 2 hours for 1 person to have a meal, especially pizza hut!

Had lunch here with a friend and had a great time. Rose consistently made sure we were alright and had anything we needed.

Food great Staff friendly however also complained that I needed a child seat Self service which I do not like.

Greeted at the door by Rose, who was super friendly and super helpful. Answered all our questions and helped us take advantage of kids' eating free offer. The whole team was so nice and helpful and engaged with the kids. Place was clean and relaxed, and we had a lovely buffet lunch, not having to worry about the kids as it is a very kid friendly venue. I deleted my old review, which was not good from a few years back as it is now changed for the better. Defo be back, and what was refreshing to see is that finally a restaurant in MK with a working Ice Cream factory. Loved the little touch on the salad area of having the sauce name on the spoons. My first time trying Ranch dressing.... OMG where have I been to have missed out on this... amazing zingy delight. Another win strangeley is the hand dryer in the toilets... not too loud, so I didn't send my little one into a noooooo toooooo loud screaming fit.

Wow, what an excellent time at Pizza Hut. The food and staff were second to none. There was one particular staff member that was awesome and went above and beyond the call of duty. Her name was 'Rose'. I came with 14 people and she, the store manager and the team made us feel right at home. This was the best experience we've had at any Pizza Hut Restaurant.

Visited today on the 15/7/24 and what can I say apart from seemed like an episode of shameless! The manager while i assume was the manager first approach with service is slow today, not the most professional way to great your guests then hardly any pizza was brought out stuff walking around like there on a different planet no one was doing anything chefs just could here were going for cigarettes while there is no food. I have worked in hospitality for years and this was a joke

Ordered from here. Took over an hour. Given the wrong stuff. Overall extremely disappointing. Won’t be coming back.

The first thing to say is that self ordering by scanning the bar code on the table takes away the start of good service. you feel as if your on a production line rather than in a Pizza Restaurant. That being said, the service we did have from Isabelle was nothing less than 1st class in what was a very busy Restaurant, she was friendly, polite and professional, great to see and experience 5 stars + The pizza was also very tasty 😋 if not a little spicey for me (we had the Veggie Sizzler), plenty of chilli and spice, my fiance was very impressed. Cleanliness was okay but the furniture and decor was looking tired with some parts, seat cushings which were quite ingrained with staines.

Very love it. Just who ever does the window cleaning at the mk city centre hut. Needs to learn how to clean windows. Unless the manager likes them dirty at the bottom. Who knows but food was great and the service and staff. But change your window cleaner not worth the money.. filthy and the main door loads of finger prints..

the food was terrible, tasted cheap like it was from the Iceland frozen section, the customer service was even worse as they left the waiting around until we had to get up and ask for it, and to top it all of it’s overpriced as hell. Definitely would come back here again or recommend it to anyone

Tasty pizza and cookie dough was delicious. Staff who served us were very accommodating. Four stars for service because there was no ice in the machine and there was 1.5 hours left till closing (they wouldn't refill).
