Someone recently recommended this place while we could not get the pizza from our regular place due to their high demand and we were surprisingly happy with this place. Food was tasty, freshly made and one of the fastest service we received at any take away restaurant. Staff was polite and well trained, greeted and welcomed us with respect on a very busy evening and provided information throughout the ordering and waiting process. Prices are competitive and great promotions. Most of all freshly made food with best ingredients. The only SUGGESTION will be to introduce a few more toppings to the pizza for variety. Would definitely be returning here for our pizzas in the future.

Pizza gogo is a pizza no no. Great if your a vegi because they are very shy of portions of meat on their pizzas. The burger pizza had no "burger sauce" which is advertised and there was barely a piece of burger on it. The pepperoni pizza had just one piece of pepperoni on each slice. The curly fries were under cooked and soggy. The jalapeno poppers have no jalapenos in them just cream cheese. I get there is a cost of living but this restaurant has taken cut backs to the extreme. First time using pizza go go and Will not order again I'm afraid.

The pizza is delicious with plenty of toppings. Great value for money. They are going above and beyond to provide great customer service. My children's favorite pizza

Terrible customer service. They hang up calls and make customers wait unnecessarily. I called to place an order, and the person who answered said, “I don’t know how to take orders.” If you don’t know how to do your job, why even pick up the phone? Completely unprofessional!

It used to be the best pizza in town, but sadly, the quality and quantity have drastically declined. The 12-inch pizza, priced at £8.99, is now a disappointment, with only a few small chunks of chicken—barely one or two pieces per slice. For the price, this is unacceptable and feels like a poor value for money. It’s disappointing to see a place that once excelled in flavor and portions now cutting corners. This level of compromise on quality is unlikely to win back loyal customers.

Absolutely disgusting service, just received Burger pizza, more like Burnt pizza not burger but whatever they want to call it. They didn't even bother with the burger sauce swirl.. it wasn't eatable the onion tasted like a real charcoal the whole thing was extremely dry. THIS PIZZA SHOULD NEVER LEFT YOUR STORE !!!

Pathetic service .. wouldn’t recommend to go or order online. We have order online and paid via website and we were waiting since long to get pizza ( approx more than hour).delivery driver did not come to the door and return to the office. When we called to office and the Saif who is the manager of that store , he said we did not want to deliver at your door step because of I was chasing for order( there is no application no order tracking system if you will order online ) When I asked for refund he said you will get within 24 hours but still not received. Afterword I went to their office and he was very rude and no manners to talk with customer. I took vedio of Conversation if really this company wants to improve their staff behaviour. Please contact me I will share that video.

I ordered food from here and didn’t receive the correct order. I spoke clearly and made sure to repeat myself. Gave them benefit of the doubt probably just a one time thing I go there again and they get the exact same order wrong but this time it’s cold in the centre.

First time using Pizza go-go, the pizza Was well made, delivered promptly and hot, however there was a problem. I ordered the “meaty one”, the illustration showed a pizza piled with meat, ham, pepperoni, beef and bacon. The reality was 5 thin pieces of pepperoni and a tiny sprinkling of unidentifiable scraps of meat. Experience has taught me that it’s a waste of time complaining to these companies as they generally just ignore you. I can only avoid them in future and advise others to do the same

The pizza's were delicious, very nice. The only problem is that when you order online through the website they don't give you a delivery time. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes for my pizza's last night which is a ridiculously long waiting time.

I only order once and received my pizza in one and half hour. I would highly recommend confirming the delivery time with the operator before placing an order.

Took nearly 2 hours to deliver pizzas that I had ordered for my family when I went out for work. When they finally arrived they were over cooked and cold. Had a similar experience from them in the past, so resolved never to use them again, but my children persuaded me to try again as they really like the pizza. Even they have got fed up now!

Pizza is normally good, but their delivery was 45 mins late. He did not want to give me any discount despite their lateness. I was disappointed. In the end they reduced the price by a few pounds.

Wedges took too long tasted dry and not seasoned

Called 30th May around 3pm, asked if all the toppings were halal, the guy on the phone hesitated then said "halal" not "its all halal" just "halal" in a suspicious manner, I then asked again are all the toppings halal to which he got rude and said "I just said halal" I said but is everything halal? To which he said "halal" a one worded answer, I hung up on his face and won't be ordering from here as I suspect some of their toppings aren't halal.

Very unprofessional. Ordered pizza today and was later. Called 45 minutes later to be told it will take another 5 minutes. 30 minute later i called to be told there was a mistake with my order. Very disappointed. Kids were hungry asking when it will be coming. I am GO GONE!. 1 star as i cant give 0 star.

Came to buy a pizza, they had 18 inch for £11 on the menu board, they told me I couldn’t have the deal as it was a new menu that starts tommorrow it’s after midnight so it is tommorrow, refused to offer me the deal!! This is definitely a breach of trading standards! Update: emailed below so they could look into my complaint, guess what no reply! As useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, also don’t order from here right now the machine belt is broken was considering to give them another try, so you will see them almost sitting there grilling your pizza, be careful with chicken aswell ..

I have been going here for years but the last few times the quality of the food has gone down. Called to complain they started arguing with me. There is a lot wrong with their service starting from their telephone manners.

Have been customer for a while, just ordered pizza with non contact delivery, no ring on doorbell, left on wet doorstep for a while to be cold, rang and asked for replacement and basically called me a liar ad they did not ring doorbell would not replace cold pizza will not get any of my custom again, totally disgusted with way they dealt with situation, only got one star because you can't do zero stars. Anyone recommend a decent pizza delivery service?
