Pizza Go Go Bletchley in Milton Keynes

Absolutely disgusting service, just received Burger pizza, more like Burnt pizza not burger but whatever they want to call it. They didn't even bother with the burger sauce swirl.. it wasn't eatable the onion tasted like a real charcoal the whole thing was extremely dry. THIS PIZZA SHOULD NEVER LEFT YOUR STORE !!!

Pathetic service .. wouldn’t recommend to go or order online. We have order online and paid via website and we were waiting since long to get pizza ( approx more than hour).delivery driver did not come to the door and return to the office. When we called to office and the Saif who is the manager of that store , he said we did not want to deliver at your door step because of I was chasing for order( there is no application no order tracking system if you will order online ) When I asked for refund he said you will get within 24 hours but still not received. Afterword I went to their office and he was very rude and no manners to talk with customer. I took vedio of Conversation if really this company wants to improve their staff behaviour. Please contact me I will share that video.

I ordered food from here and didn’t receive the correct order. I spoke clearly and made sure to repeat myself. Gave them benefit of the doubt probably just a one time thing I go there again and they get the exact same order wrong but this time it’s cold in the centre.

First time using Pizza go-go, the pizza Was well made, delivered promptly and hot, however there was a problem. I ordered the “meaty one”, the illustration showed a pizza piled with meat, ham, pepperoni, beef and bacon. The reality was 5 thin pieces of pepperoni and a tiny sprinkling of unidentifiable scraps of meat. Experience has taught me that it’s a waste of time complaining to these companies as they generally just ignore you. I can only avoid them in future and advise others to do the same

The pizza's were delicious, very nice. The only problem is that when you order online through the website they don't give you a delivery time. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes for my pizza's last night which is a ridiculously long waiting time.

I only order once and received my pizza in one and half hour. I would highly recommend confirming the delivery time with the operator before placing an order.

Took nearly 2 hours to deliver pizzas that I had ordered for my family when I went out for work. When they finally arrived they were over cooked and cold. Had a similar experience from them in the past, so resolved never to use them again, but my children persuaded me to try again as they really like the pizza. Even they have got fed up now!

Pizza is normally good, but their delivery was 45 mins late. He did not want to give me any discount despite their lateness. I was disappointed. In the end they reduced the price by a few pounds.

Beautiful; every time. Better than Domino's and is open quite late, matching Domino's' USP. Take that, Domino's... with your mighty fine delicious BBQ base, and crafting. Cereally though, I love PizzaGoGo!

Wedges took too long tasted dry and not seasoned

Called 30th May around 3pm, asked if all the toppings were halal, the guy on the phone hesitated then said "halal" not "its all halal" just "halal" in a suspicious manner, I then asked again are all the toppings halal to which he got rude and said "I just said halal" I said but is everything halal? To which he said "halal" a one worded answer, I hung up on his face and won't be ordering from here as I suspect some of their toppings aren't halal.

Very unprofessional. Ordered pizza today and was later. Called 45 minutes later to be told it will take another 5 minutes. 30 minute later i called to be told there was a mistake with my order. Very disappointed. Kids were hungry asking when it will be coming. I am GO GONE!. 1 star as i cant give 0 star.

Came to buy a pizza, they had 18 inch for £11 on the menu board, they told me I couldn’t have the deal as it was a new menu that starts tommorrow it’s after midnight so it is tommorrow, refused to offer me the deal!! This is definitely a breach of trading standards! Update: emailed below so they could look into my complaint, guess what no reply! As useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, also don’t order from here right now the machine belt is broken was considering to give them another try, so you will see them almost sitting there grilling your pizza, be careful with chicken aswell ..

I have been going here for years but the last few times the quality of the food has gone down. Called to complain they started arguing with me. There is a lot wrong with their service starting from their telephone manners.

Have been customer for a while, just ordered pizza with non contact delivery, no ring on doorbell, left on wet doorstep for a while to be cold, rang and asked for replacement and basically called me a liar ad they did not ring doorbell would not replace cold pizza will not get any of my custom again, totally disgusted with way they dealt with situation, only got one star because you can't do zero stars. Anyone recommend a decent pizza delivery service?

I called them.. 0 telephone manners, not even a hello or goodbye or a simple "alright". They cancelled my order on ubereats after 40min of waiting and thinking it's on the way.

the food is acceptable, the staff is the problem in this fast food, I don't know how to take an order in addition to that I make raw food and when I'm wrong I don't even accept that they were wrong

One of the nicest pizzas I've had and because of their deal it was only £8.99 the largest size. Pineapple, Jalepeno, onions and pepperoni build your own. I would definitely go out of my way to order from this restaurant again.

I will not be ordering in this utter shambolic excuse for a food establishment. First of all I was poorly addressed by the workers, who had rude manners. After two hours later we rung the restaurant, they got to the wrong address and then they were extremely rude. Another hour later they refused for a refund and then they didn’t even give the food. So I’m now sitting in my living room with my starving 7 year old child and 10 guests. Horrendous customer service and horrific ‘takeaway’

Will never order from here again very rude customer service I did not get my food and they refused to deliver it they tried saying they knocked on my door 100 times when me my partner and my dog would of herd and hung up the phone when we told them no body knocked on the door.

Over the phone staff were so rude

On the 12th of August 2018, I had the immense displeasure of being on the phone with one of your staff. After asking if the meat was halal, the male staff member first said that he “can” do halal meat. He then said It is definitely halal, and he finally concluded, upon further questions, that he doesn’t know. Given that halal meat is something of virtue to many people, it is disgraceful that an employee is lying over the phone just to make money. I hope this never happens again. I will not be going back again to this outlet again.

Brilliant food. Amazing choice. Pizzas particularly full of ingredients, cooked to perfection, covered in extra cheese which I love. Very recommended.

VEGETARIANS BEWARE. Other half is a vegetarian, ordered 2 bbq quorn chicken and pineapple pizzas. Pizzas arrived and my other half took a bite into it to find with absolute horror that she had just bitten into a pizza stuffed full of real chicken. This was deeply upsetting and distressing for her, much the same as anyone who has specific eating choices would be extremely distressed to find out that they had just been given something to eat that they choose not to, for example a vegan or person who eats a halal diet ordering a dish that is “safe” to find it has been laced with bacon fat. We called and were rather casually told that yes they had used real chicken because they had run out of quorn (perhaps they thought that we wouldn’t be able to tell the difference?) We were offered a different pizza or 30% off our next order. Due to the severe upset inflicted upon my partner we said that we wanted a full refund. They had no quorn anyway to replace the pizzas with, even if they had we wouldn’t want it after what had happened, and given the severity of what they had done still expecting to retain our money and giving 30 % off our next order is nothing short of an insult. We got told the manager wasn’t answering his phone and they would call us back. They called back saying that they had found some quorn (this we find to be quite interesting, as given they had it all along what was the reason for not using it? It’s highly unlikely some appeared by way of a miracle after us being told categorically that they did not have any, and it is just as unlikely that they didn’t know they had it if it was there) The manager had said we could have two new pizzas but if we wanted a refund we would have to contact head office as they don’t issue them from in branch, yet another interesting statement. Appalling service and utterly disgraceful, shameful, lack of respect towards their vegetarian customers. Absolutely shocked and appalled by both what has happened, and how they have handled it. Vegetarians please take my advice and stay away from this place.

Even worse than last time pizza was burnt again I mean it goes in one end of the oven, and when It's cooked it comes out the other end how hard is that. This time even the flaming wings were luke warm at best, and the restaurant refused a refund so I'll try 1 of the other 15 pizza joints in Bletchley and try these cowboys again in another 12 months probably again under new management but where everything in the shop is the same.

I actually picked up 1 large and 2 medium pizzas and a portion of there hot wings, the pizzas wern't even the usual deep pan but more stonebaked and I don't know how It's even possible as they go in one end of the oven and comes out the other but they managed to burn and overcook them and the wings were just overcooked. So I complained and they tried telling me that I didn't place an order over the phone as there was no record of it on the ordering system, so I said if I printed out my calls record what would you say then, there reply was calling the shop is not proof of ordeing anything hey there words not mine. I did say so I'm guessing if you actually checked your CCTV then that wouldn't show I was picking up my order I'm guessing I just wanted to smell the Pizzas being cooked. I reminded them that for a few more pounds I could get a reliable Domino's or Pizza hut pizza, and for the same money in Bletchley there is charity shops and then there are pizza and kebab shops. So I said you keep the money you must need it more than I do, and that I only went to your shop 3 times for pizza and 2 times for the chinese in 20 years so I won't miss it. Believe it or not even though they both end GoGo and use the same front door, this woman tried telling me that they don't share a shop with a chinese I said your talking rubbish look online if you don't believe me. Complaining is a complete waste of time take my advive for an extra £2 your eating a much better product who don't use frozen ingredients to make the thing.
