Nando's - Xscape Milton Keynes in Milton Keynes

I had a great experience at Nando’s! Anwar was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. He made sure everything was perfect with our order and went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. Big shoutout to the Anwar for doing such a great job – keep it up!

It was my birthday and we decided to go to Nando's before the cinema. The service was extremely slow to our table and we were promised several times our meal would be with us in 2 minutes after already waiting the promised 20 minutes. 45 minutes later our meals arrived making us late for the cinema! We were promised a €25 voucher and left. We have been waiting a full month for the voucher after chasing several times by phone and sending an email to head office. Absolutely disgusted that we were promised a voucher after our bad experience and not received it without any call backs or reply to our email. Therefore, I advise, if u are unhappy and promised compensation make sure you get it there and then!

Found everything to be mediocre, service and food were below expectations, price too high for quality of what you get , could all be a lot better with more effort

Not been here before. Staff were great showing us how to order from out table. Food was brilliant tasty - hummus with a spicy sauce, followed by chicken, rice, spicy chips. All served within a good time and although we were checked by the waitress to see if we enjoyed our meal were not badgered. Really liked the atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

Dana and also oggy have always been the most loveliest people. They always comfort me and my fiancée whilst our trip to Nando’s. I would recommend to go here as we are always treated above and beyond. We are treated like family.

Dreadful, cold food and bad service. Food item's were forgotten, ordered a sharing platter and had to ask two different waitresses for plates to eat from. Side dishes and the chicke. Was cold and dry

zero rating. Waited for over 58minutes food served was wrong order and peas that was smelling rotten. We had to ask friends who came after us and were even served before us to confirm the peas was smelling like gone bad or overstayed. A male waiter was extremely rude, manager lady unbelievably unprofessional too in her response, her facial expressions showed she disinterested unproffesional, no proper explanation given for the wrong wait of bad food. My daughter with special needs who had ordered the peas was extremely upset. Nandos you wasted our precious time, it is beyond unbelievable you can serve smelly and food that has gone bad to customers. All you can say is you apologise??? Do you recognise the damage? Extremely upsetting extremely annoying and very very wrong.

Went to this Nando's for a mate's birthday meal. I was having trouble paying via the Nando's App, so Lewis took my order at the till & compensated me generously for the tech issue (something that wasn't his nor the company's fault). Thank you for being kind, personable and accomodating Lewis - you're an asset to the team.

The evening didn't get off to the greatest of starts with a 25 minute wait for a table. Finally once seated, it seemed that the lighting supply was being rationed as the area we were in was so dark and dingy. The chicken was ok...
