i went to get my 2 pizzas and when i went to pay, the cashier named angie was very rude i asked for a pepsi max to which she said yes and then said what pepsi with attitude to which i reply pepsi max and she said with an attitude again no we don’t do pepsi this is a coke fridge which i didn’t know as i can’t really see into the fridge as it was angled and i was told it would be buy one get one free and when i thought it wasn’t the right price and questioned it i once again got a rude response filled with attitude i am very unhappy with the customer service i received today.

I've been a client for a few years now. My last two pizza orders came undercooked, with raw dough in some places. I contacted Domino's support and initially received a fast response. However, after that, the support agent went quiet and completely ignored me. This is not the best service, hence my 1-star rating.

Best dominoes EVER. It’s ALWAYS consistent, comes super quickly and is always loaded with toppings, I can’t recommend them enough

Best dominos. I forgot they wouldn't take cash so I had to go home and get it while they placed my order and when I came back they gave me free garlic bread to compensate for their no cash policy. Great and friendly staff.😊

Ordered online added a discount voucher and guess what? Paid full price!

First visit and I won’t be back. I walked in to see two people in the kitchen and waited at the counter while they finished what they were doing. A woman walked over and I greeted her “hi, how are you”, not much back except an eventual grunt. Asked for a small vegan pizza, bluntly informed that it was medium or large only. Medium it is then, along with the rest of my order. Informed it’ll be 10-15 minutes, then silence until the boxes were filled and handed over with a “there you go”. Food was tasty but the service levels were very poor. Perhaps some customer service training would be useful…

Always a good pizza and friendly staff .

Friendly and experienced staff at this location. Always get a great reception, they remember my name at this point 😅. I usually order the same pizza but it is a non standard item, yet they always make it with care and attention, toppings spaced out instead of crammed ontop of each other like some stores do. Definitely the one to choose in MK 👍

Same old good quality American style pizza, done pretty quick if not ordering during the rush hours.

Ordered online, told it would be 10-15 minutes to collection time. Ended up waiting 46 minutes along with a few other customers. When I asked the staff about the delays they laughed at us and suggested we could go elsewhere in future. Pizza Hut, here we come - it's only round the corner from this Domino's.

The pizza was wonderful and the garlic bread.

The pizzas may be cheaper now but also smaller than other restaurants and £5 for chips is ridiculous!

This place always gives undercooked pizza however it is the only dominoes that delivers to my house . I called to tell them to cook the pizza for a little longer however like always it was undercooked . In addition they got my toppings wrong when it was a pretty basic order . Only positive is delivery was quick .

Genuinely think I had my best ever dominos from here. Will travel way further than I need to just to get the pizza from this branch. We love you Bletchley dominos!

Three times of me visiting domino's I get the wrong order or some topping missing

I didn't go here, but Google is never wrong and does no evil - this is just a cynical marketing ploy...I am sure the pizzas would have been ok had I bought one...but tbh their prices are outrageous

Ok it's a Domino's but this one goes the extra mile. I usually order for delivery which is always well cooked and promptly delivered. This time I collected and found the branch, clean efficient and polite. All the social distance guidelines were in place and as usual, the food was good.

Too many delivery staff going in shop with no masks chatting while waiting for next delivery don't know what was at address they last went too should not go in shop half otherwise as would expect clean looking and pleasant staff thanks

So I waited 40 minutes for the delivery of a luke warm pizza with the bear minimum amount of toppings and over cooked chicken wings from the Bletchely Domino's, so I phoned and after 6 times of the ringer running out they finally answered the call. The guy told me that the wings weren't left in the oven or mixed with colder chicken wings, like I'm blind but did offer to exchange the complete order but said I would have to wait another 40 minutes for delivery. So it arrives and the pizza looks like it should do wit the correct amount of toppings, cheese, hot, and the wings have the right colour on them. So I complained to Domino's online like they tell you to and they replied oh how sorry they were, and they will get this franchise to get in contact with me. So the manager emails me from Bletchley and instead of offering me an apology with a voucher, or a refund for waiting over 1h30mins after there own mistake, instead this small pizza shop in Bletchley tells me that Domino's can't and I quote: It has been decided that as we cannot meet your expectations, we will not longer be able to serve you. So I'm thinking first of all well at least give me my hard earned money back if your refusing to serve me in future, then I'm thinking really an 1h30mins wait with no compensation why would anyone wanna use you again anyway. But because I live in a city I have another 5 Domino's shops so I sent another email to customer services, and asked them if this guy was speaking on behalf of Domino's or just his own little shop but I never got a reply. So I sent them a reminder email still no reply, so I wrote a letter to head office and gave them 7 days to answer the question or I would be leaving negative feedback well It's safe to say that they didn't reply.

Very good pizza. Good deals. Always buying from them. Also usually made within 10 min. Highly recommend.

It's a Dominos what more could you want.

Not a fan of their pizzas. Others might like them I found the taste to be sub par to my expectations.

Decent pizzas but this gave me and my girlfriend the runs after eating it, they must lack in hygiene.

It's domino's. My kid likes to use the app which is why we sometimes order from here but as per the brand pizza is overly salty and not the best for flavour from all the pizza take out options available. Pretty pricey. Food always delivered promptly and hot from the Bletchley branch and staff always polite.

This place employs rude and utterly uninformed people who can't use their own systems properly. It took THREE attempts and ONE HOUR to deliver the correct pizza. First one was missing a topping, second one was the wrong size AND had completely wrong toppings from an order I placed months ago (???!!!). Very poor and unhelpful service. We won't be using Domino's again as we're switching to Pizza Hut instead.

Not bad. Staff member at the till was a bit Grampy. Pizza was cooked well and quickly makes.

After trying to call them to order decided to go down for them to give me to wrong pizzas and still not answering their phone after 21 calls paid for a stuffed crust and that we never got and generally a very shocking service

I loose count of the number of times I tried to call to order.. decided to collect only to get home with the wrong pizzas and no time to go back. Tried calling again to make them aware get again multiple calls unanswered. I'm surprised they are still in buissness as they were far from being over run and plenty if staff standing around next to a constantly ringing phone, I even rang whilst stood outside only to witness the lack of f#$ks given. Over all shocking service, paid extra for a pizza i never got and feel rather sorry for the person who ordered a half veggie and probably had a mighty meaty stuffed crust delivered to their doorstep. Sort your staff out dominos!!

Was a bit busier than I expected

Expensive if you have it delivered, but the pizza quality is just about worth it. One thing they need to work on though is getting the food to you piping hot, as from my experience they struggle with this here.

Standard dominos. Staff could be a little more customer focussed, they seemed to be busy with their phone orders and making pizzas than talking to a customer in front of them

Usually we order from dominos and it is great but this time my pizza was all over the place and looked like a child had done it my dad's had fallen apart and was all broken up in the box and all of my mum's toppings were off the pizza and broken up. Also, they were cold I am not sure why this happened but we were not happy with this order from dominos.

Without any doubt THE WORST pizza shop in Milton Keynes !!!

My rating has gone down on this place as I've had a very different experience to the last time. I spent over an hour trying to call so I can make an order for collection, but I didn't get an answer, so I had to wait till I get there to place my order and still waited over 45 minutes for my food. While I was in there all I could hear was the phone ringing constantly, and not once did anyone answer the numerous calls that was coming through... I was quite disgusted with the customer service and the lack of care from the staff as no one could be bothered to answer the phone, a very simple task, but one that seemed impossible to the staff.

Takes forever to get through on phone or in person in store. Only good thing is the taste of the pizza.

Very late food and apparently don't feel the need to pick up their phone.

I just ordered a pizza as a deal ...missing a drink no body answer at the phone. It's a disaster

Usually brilliant, order regularly. This time order all mixed up when missing items finally arrived rest had been eaten as didnt want to wait any longer as was getting cold.

Got my order completely wrong and not just this evening, there has been multiple occasions where this has happened... trying to get them to answer the phone is hard enough also! Just completely terrible!

Apart from the cookies giving me serious diarrhea, the pizza giving me heartburn and making me depressed it was a lovely meal, also two of my dogs died which sucks. Just to be clear they did not die due to the pizza. They were old, well sort of but anyway I highly recommend this lovely place, even though it caused me to lose circulation to both my legs and nearly have them amputated there really was a stunning texture to the food, drinks were good but the ice melted which caused the coke to lose it's flavour, a bit like my life it lacked a bit of excitement. Which is why I'm writing this review, anyway I'm off to order a pizza from Waitrose they do great pizzas!

Asked for sirratcha sauce on 2 pizzas had no sauce, was not told until I looked at the pizza's and when questioned just got told "yeah sorry we don't have that" would of been nice to at least have a call to let me know! Rude staff who don't care.

Worst dominoes ever, the food was fine, as good as dominoes gets, but ordered at 8:14, by 9 still no sign, we called and was told that there were no delivery drivers and one was on his way to pick our order up from the shop, my partner decided to go and collect the order to save time as we had people leaving at 9:40, he arrived to find 4 delivery drivers sitting outside, 2 were smoking, we recieved a very small bottle of Coke to compensate for the ridiculously long wait and the collection by my partner, he asked for a bag to carry the smaller items and was told he couldn't have one, a kind man got one from his car. Shocking service, had we wanted to collect we could've got a much better deal. We won't be ordering from you again!

paid online, arrived for collection, been waiting for 1h.20 min. and finally found out that my order didn't even been prepared. took a refund. worst take away ever...

The staff here are fantastic, after ordering over the phone I got the pizza's much earlier then expected and the delivery boy only took half of my tip. Excellent service and behavior, this is a pizza place I'll be visiting quite often in the future.
