First time going here & it definitely won’t be the last, fabulous experience from start to finish absolutely amazing food to feed all the family & friendly staff to boot

Avoid! Absolutely disgusting! Food was terrible, cold and slops everywhere, as well as everything had a strange taste, the plates was dirty as was the complete restaurant. Honestly don't know how this place has not been closed down by trading standards as hygiene rating should be a 1. Paid £21 each for a buffet that they also added a service tip on to.

Where to start great fresh cooked food friendly staff very helpful. Was great being able to watch them cook the dishes fresh. Well worth the money. It was just what we needed after a days shopping.

I had wanted to go back to MK Buffet village for quite a while so I tried them this evening. I had a very good meal. The staff were excellent. The food was hot with a varied menu. I had plenty of room to get around with a large electric wheelchair and access to all the serveries, was without problem. Very impressed on arrival that the lift was large enough to accommodate my chair. A very good 10/10 visit.

The food was excellent, an amazing selection. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. I was more than impressed.

Went for a meal with my Mrs and was more then disappointed with everything the food was tasteless and also had some undercooked chicken luckily I checked all before eating so didn't actual eat any of it and me and Mrs could eat anything else after that This is the worse restaurant I have ever been to and would never return Staff unhelpful and rude and never good after a buffet that I needed to go get some food after leaving STAY AWAY. All was fine for us until we went up to get dessert..3 young children were running around the food area without an adult and I saw one put a handful of the fried egg jelly sweets in his mouth and then immediately chuckled them back into the bowl. So glad I saw as I would have had some. The sweets are obviously at child height and it just put me right off. It was disgusting. No person to serve the ice cream I saw two ladies waiting for ages for someone to serve. No apple pie either. It does make you wonder about buffet style food..got me thinking how many people must handle the serving spoons and tongs.

Walking up 12th street we noticed MK buffet Village 😋. During the day we read the reviews and decided we'd give it a try. This is our 1st visit to MK. Back at the hotel we made a reservation, not that we needed to. I imagine it gets really busy at weekends. The food stations are all next to each other. My husband and I had 2 plates of a mixture of food offered. All was enjoyable and delicious 😋. We followed this with a mix of desserts. OMG lemon cheesecake was delicious. The service we experienced was excellent 👌. My husband left his gloves behind and the young man went to collect then quickly for my husband. We loved it and found everything very clean. We would visit again no hesitation! Well done MK buffet Village 😁

Avoid this place!! First snd last visit here today. How this place has passed any hygiene rating is beyond me. Hygiene was awful, this place needs a massive refurb! Plates were not clean nor was the cutlery. Food was awful, clearly reheated food, again poor hygiene and cleanliness to the food containers and serving utensils. Meat was very grissily, chips were reheated, Freezing cold in there too. Felt extremely dirty and gross once we’d left. Will never return here! Would’ve been better off going to McDonald’s they have far better cleanliness and hygiene.

Food was gorgeous. So many choices. Well worth it. Staff attentive and polite. Desserts were lovely. Would definitely go again

Got there to a very cold building most customers had their coats on. When my mum complained to person behind the counter they said the air conditioning was on because of the ice cream well that was in a fridge/freezer unit so that had nothing to do with it. Where is was cold most of the food was luke warm. After several people complained I think they turned heating on but it was too late as this was gone 2pm and we had been there since 12.30. Also no disabled toilet so my dad who is disabled got stuck on the toilet as no hand rail to help him up. Definitely would not recommend this place and won’t be going back there again. Also was my husbands birthday which was a shame

Arrived at 1:40pm...... Told they were closed.... Planned to get some food before going to the Escape Centre. Walked up the stairs, got to reception and the lady on the counter said they were closed. Bearing in mind we arrived for the 12-3pm buffet as a family of four. So arriving when we did they should still be open. There were approx 9 other tables full of people, with food still coming out into the buffet area and people still filling their plates...... I have zero intention of going here now.

Staff were very professional the food was was exceptional and so tasteful only thing I didn’t enjoy where the spare ribs but other than that it was a lovely meal and will most definitely be returning

We had an absolute perfect Christmas dinner with amazing staff. The manager is always so helpful and kind and the food is outstanding. We will certainly come again as all the family had a wonderful time. Thank you MK Buffet for making our Christmas so special. Regards Juliet and family
