Ordered bacon bap sausage bap two teas terrible food rolls tasted stale when was waiting looked at prices and says if you want extra slice off bread costs 1.70 for one slice joke

Website said 20-30 min but waited 1.5 hours kids went to bed and the waffle turned up stale and cold

Chips are not as good as they used to be curry is a lot better here.

Lovely place with amazing views!

I really wanted to visit this place as I’ve heard many good things about it, so for my sons 17th birthday we went there for lunch. There were 4 of us 1 which was 6 year old. We all opted for the burger, however while we were waiting for drinks & our food we overheard one of the chiefs mocking our order saying ‘ 4 burgers do they actually want the bun! This was because one of us didn’t want tomato or gherkins & my 6 year old just wanted a plain burger. While the food was ok i just felt really uncomfortable after this and couldn’t wait to leave.

Amazing service, cashier was very friendly and patient with me. Will definitely come here again :D

The meat was very chewy and the chips has a bizarre texture, like an extra crunch on the outside which wasn't bad but weird. portions were generous however.

We often use the goldenboat. Service is always excellent. Never had an issue in 13yrs of using them. Staff are very polite.

The Atmosphere of this place was so great, Brian the Bartender was a absolute legend both funny and kind. Drinks were nice and the food was amazing. We are definitely coming back!!!!

live 5 mins from store and somehow it's dead cold when it gets here shows the driver done a fair few miles before bringing food

Staff excellent, food is microwaved but good value, and drinks are reasonably priced

First time out since Christmas as we never got the chance. Loved the exterior and interior. The Manger and bar staff were good. We were led upstairs, this to us was cosy and definitely warmly. The young female waitress very nice ( i always joke about and she smiled constantly). Down stairs at the bar was busy, everyone was having a good time. It was nice to see people having fun. Our drinks, no problem with service and cocktails for my wife were good. Wife enjoyed her burger and sides. I enjoy my fillet stake and sides. All the food was perfect. We totally loved the time we spent. So we will return

Very poor staff always cleaning will always brush after a single customer comes in the shop Asked to cancelled an order after making a mistake om the order. Told no as order was taken. Very poor customer service.
