Pizza Hut Delivery in Havant

Very bad customer service, I am trying to process an order for HOURS, I called them to be advised and they said that there is not drivers available until 4pm, I tried to process the order at that time and 21 minutes later they cancelled the order again, I called them again and now they said that a driver will be able at 6 pm.

You know what you’re getting with Pizza Hut - no complaints here

Food arrived lukewarm and container was sodden. Tasted okay, that was the only redeeming factor. Disappointing.

Food arrived almost an hour late and cold. No contact from store, used just eat delivery driver who was apparently given the wrong address 15 minutes away from us originally. Appalling service and substandard food as being cold on arrival is going straight in the bin. I don't eat reheated takeaway food

My cookies were forgotten in my delivery order. We told the delivery driver as we noticed a box was missing, he said he was going back to get them. It's been over half an hour. There's no way to complain other than call the store. I've called them until the phone rings off twice, no one is answering. Terrible service.

I waited more than 1 hour for my order, which did not arrive. Then I called the shop and then they said that the oven was broken, so the delivery was delayed. An hour and a half after the order time, someone rang the bell, whom I could not identify. I told him I was coming down from the 6th floor, wait for me at the gate. I went down, but I didn't find the man in front of the gate. Then I saw that the delivery was made. Which was not true! I phoned three times before they might (!) send my money back. Terrible service I am not happy at all.

We have just ordered pizza for collection, money taken and then the shop is shut when we get there?! And no-one answering the phone!

Yesterday I was order pizza from Havant Pizza Hut and this store was so quickly delivered my pizza and this pizza was good like test was absolutely perfect and topping was perfect and quality was good

Very fast delivery! I was quite surprised by how quickly it arrived. The food itself was quite good and the delivery driver was very courteous to knock on my door quietly as per instructions to avoid waking my baby.

the driver mixed up the drinks and so we had a full sugar coke delivered and I have type1 diabetes and couldn't drink it

cookies turned up but ice cream was missing,was told to phone the store. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for ice cream to be delivered by which time the cookie was cold and hard. Not Happy

Pizza was good however was sent the wrong side. Called the store and the staff member questioned what was sent even after saying someone else ordered the same but different side.. got very aggressive and shouting down the phone saying I was in the wrong. Won't be using pizza hut again dreadful service! Appalling behaviour

delivery driver was rude and stepped over the line. they need to be aware that there are vulnerable adults who cannot cope with aggression, rudeness and confrontation. it could have been dealt with alot better

Terrible service,waited downstairs for over half an hour but no show. Rang the restaurant an they said it’s nothing todo with them it’s just eats problem,so I’m out 35 quid an someone else is eating my pizza

Food was stone cold Arrived over an hour and a half late The shop was called 3 times and said it was on its way and still wasn’t with me over an hour later and when it did finally show up half my order was missing and it was all stone cold and horrible. I would like a refund for this order because that’s unacceptable service. They had my number and never called to say it was going to be late or that they didn’t have some of my order in stock, the shop even assured me on the phone my whole order was there and I double checked with the driver and he didn’t have the rest of my food.

Made sure our pizzas were fresh and very helpful staff always happy when we order here

DO NOT EAT HERE Got a vegan margarita, when it came out it smelled like dead rat, thought it was just the onion powder having a bad smell, within 2 hours of eating the pizza was stuck on the toilet its now 2 days later and I pretty much haven't left the toilet, do not eat here for your health's sake, it is not safe or hygienic food

I have collected two pizzas on Saturday night. The amount of ingredients was crazy. I will be coming back.

Really rude delivery driver which was totally unnecessary. Couldn't find my house number apparently even when it's obvious at the end and they could have phoned. Will not order from here again. Try Caprinos, really nice food and friendly people.

It will be the last time tonight we order from this restaurant. Site kept declining payments from different cards then miraculously worked the third time, whilst on the phone to them. Tracking never works, but usually pretty good keeping within the delivery window. Clearly though, it didn't work tonight. Because it was at least 2 hours until delivery and we're just down the road. The girl sounds like she needs a huge dose of customer service skills because she had pretty much zero.

Ordered cheesy garlic bread, half half pizza and cookie dough all delivered to hotel im stopping at tonight. Excellent food, fast service - thumbs up!

There is a girl who takes deliveries orders and she couldn’t be less helpful if she tried. 5-6 months ago, used to be really good. Now, this is a joke. Go Dominoes

4 large pizza ordered all squashed in box's on delivery no dips supplied From ordering it was over an hour and 40 minutes to be delivered

Order specified BBQ sauce for the Meat Feast pizza base and they used tomato. Secondly, the garlic sauce for the chicken dippers was missing. Other than that the foot quality was excellent. The telephone service in the restaurant when I phone to query the delivery time and then phoned back to state the BBQ sauce and Garlic sauce were missing was appalling.

Ordered over the phone and they sound like they’d rather be doing anything else then talking to you, she said 30 mins it was 50, driver misread my door number so was searching for a number that didn’t exist which meant my ice cream had melted, gave him cash and he said their new policy meant they don’t carry change which nobody informed me about over the phone so I got no change and paid way too much money for a piece of cardboard (cookie dough) and salmonella in a pot (ice cream). Complained to manager and couldn’t offer refund because it was cash so I was then able to remake the same order for free, yay! Thats helpfull seeing as I wont be ordering from them again

The options were rubbish and so was the pizza. Tasted like plain cheese and that's about it. Expensive for the price. Extremely slow service for a takeaway place.

They called to change order cause they were out of pineapple and then didn't even change it just gave me hawian without pineapple and no bbq base on any of the pizzas, 2 were supposed to be bbq, last time was great, just a bit disappointed this time. Aswell as being nearly an hour late.

I think the pizzas are quite reasonably priced

Delivery man could have had better manners, a cheery smile, hello and goodbye and even enjoy your food would have helped, hence low stars for restaurant service - he was the only contact we had with either pizza hut or just eat.

Initial order was wrong so phoned the shop and they sent a whole another order out with the correct toppings without charge.

I ordered a Pizza at 20.50 and the app told that it was arriving between 21.20 and 21.40. At 22 the pizza wasn t arrived so I called the restaurant and they told that the deliver was late and they don't know what to do.. At 22.15 the pizza arrived and also without the bottle of Sprite that I paid for.. I asked to be refunded and they told no...never buying Pizza Hut again

I've never had a bad pizza from here, always a fast service. Also very accommodating to me changing sauces and toppings. Over all its always great service.

Always preferred pizza hut to the others and wasn't disappointed tonight. We don't order that regularly and have never used the Havant branch before, but it was just perfect!!! Ordered it for 5pm and it arrived on time. Will definitely use again thank you!!

Didn't receive an update from order confirmed to delivery...it just turned up. However it was well within the predicted time. My gluten-free pizza was really lovely. My daughter enjoyed her chicken, wedges, and especially her cookie pudding! It was pretty expensive but in horrible weather it made a Bank holiday much better!

Last 2 times we have pre ordered and we have not had our deliveries on time. Had to phone up and ask where the delivery is and they had no real answer. Sounds like they didn't even have our order. So we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after for it to arrive. Very poor service, won't be ordering any more.

Delivered wrong order. Instead of chicken sizzler, i ended up having vegetarian sizzler pizza. :/. However it was delicious

Didn't have a choice of thin crust...price is ott eighteen quid for one pizza and no discount no offers and no menu for future reference with discounts... probably won't use again such a shame as the pizza was lovely but not worth the money....

Food was on time, but only just warm. I would have given it more stars if it was hot. I probably wouldn't order again, as it was a bit disappointing. Maybe I was just unlucky though. Despite not being hot, the flavours were really tasty.

Got a delivery, ordered at 11am for a 1pm delivery. Turned up bang on time , steaming hot and just as ordered! Great service. Delivery man was very friendly and safe given current measures. Well done all at PH Havant

The delivery guy wasn't too interested to read the delivery instructions,hence,he couldn't find the adress entrance.
