McDonald's in Havant

Chips were fresh. Always have have a Chicken sandwich. Kids meals are very good value. Bacon rolls are nice

Update: I think there has been an error in my last 5 orders here, necessitating a trip to the counter to rectify. I won't bother with the drive thru anymore, as I always have to go in anyway. New layout is terrible, no front counter, just a hatch. Screen is to one side so cannot see from a distance. This makes it very crowded when collecting

Didn't actually go in as they were closed, but a guy who worked there told me when they opened. Great customer service 💯

Normally have it delivered but the past few times we've had items missing so decided to pick up in store for a change. Lol they still got it wrong and with missing items.

Food was dry and stale but it's mcdonalds what can you expect?

Man who delivered me the food told me it wasn’t mine and he tried to call me saying he couldn’t find my house and wouldn’t deliver the food when he found me 2 minutes later then tried to say it wasn’t mine. Over all food is nice but driver was terrible. Also forgot straws and sauces.

Shit service they forgot half my order and I showed them completely useless never gave me my money back either

well not the right order ask for two milkshakes got all coke and most of it was in the bottom of the bag had fallen over . time to find another app for food delivery.

The driver could not find my house despite giving very clear directions. I went out to meet him and he drove past me. I eventually got my order by walking 5 minutes up the road to get it it.

Driver incapable of reading a post code or address and went to the wrong road... food was completely cold by the time they figured that out...

The food was barely warm when it arrived and the delivery time kept increasing/changing after my order was placed.

clearly don't need to have basic reading skills to work here, once again missing items from my order happens more often than not.

Ordered at 455. Arrived at 555 and it was the complete wrong order. I had ordered for a family of 5 and what arrived was 1 meal and not even one we had ordered. Driver wasnt helpful. Waiting for a refund and wont be using again

food was cold, not the first time. 1x large fries missing, no dips that were ordered. If I decide to spend out on a fridaybnoght for food, I expect to get what I actually paid for! I'm not expecting 5* dining. but kids wanted macdonalds as a back to school treat. I don't expect a high standard from Macdonalds.... so if it can't meet my lowest expectations there's a problem.

Placed my order at 1640 hrs, was told my delivery would be with me at 1715, however it didn’t arrive until 1815 and when it did the chips where anemic, the burgers where like eating bricks as they were so cold and the even the coke was as warm as the face of the sun. Really don’t understand have it can take so long?

Clearly the staff doesn’t look at their order notes as I put in block capitals to not forget dips as they always forget every other time . No shock that they forgot again . In addition to that I also got no straws for my drinks , my meal was missing its fries including other items . Terrible service , get staff that can actually do their job

I am here 4 days a week at 6:02 am, if I am lucky I will be served by 6:10 when they bother to open, on a regular basis, I have to leave before I get served as I have to be at work by 7am and unlike mcdonald's I like to get to work on time. This morning a member of staff saw me waiting at 6:02 & just ignored me until I rang them at 6:12 when they told me that they were opening later today, so they had left me outside waiting knowing that they were not going to open. Absolutely ridiculous Customer service

Yet again another messed up order how is it even possible to constantly miss items surely these are checked before going to the customer obviously not in this circumstance or the times before that either .

Ordered a chocolate milkshake with my meal for a family of four and it didn't arrived, checked the receipt and the milkshake isn't registered (although it appears in my order online) and it's saying I paid £17 when I paid £22, tried having a milkshake refunded for them to tell that it couldn't be possible... What a desgrace... it would be nice to have this sorted like having my refund and maybe a compensation (?) I'll leave it up to them I guess

I have never received any selected dip/ketchup from this store. It’s like they never bother to read it. I’m fed up of the kids complaining about dry nuggets!!!
