McDonald's in Havant

Service was very slow and the food was cold. Staff kept disappearing throughout our wait.

Immature staff messing around during service. Let down the drive through experience. Food fine though.

No point ordering food. They forgot a burger and all the drinks for 5 people. Oh and the sauces. Basically if you want a mouth dryer than the desert and a hungry grandad go here.

One of the worst McDonalds for missing items. Multiple orders have had items missing when going through the drive thru. A big issue at this location!

DON'T EVEN GO HERE!!! the order was wrong the food is cold and the service is so rude!! Better off going next door to KFC at least you won't have diarrhea through the night with food poisoning from this awful place and to top it off the staff don't seem to change out of own clothes when smoking just in and out of the kitchen pretty grim place!!!

I didn't want to go but it was my grandson's birthday, I was amazed, I actually got a hot meal.

This place is getting worse. Waiting over half an hour for food and they lost my order. On a plus note food hot which makes a change.

Ordered 2x grilled chicken sweet chilli wrap meals and 2x crispy smokehouse meals and a plain burger for pooch. What we got was 2x crispy chicken wrap meals even though the boxes said grilled and only one crispy smokehouse burger. Absolute shambles up there I even had to wait 15 minutes for them to still get it wrong. Didn’t bother to go back for the other burger just won’t be using them again as this isn’t the first time. Disappointing really!

Generally good. Definitely one of the better 'Maccies' around the area. Staff always pleasant and polite

rubbish food cold and inedible waited hours didn't have the option to cancel if they can't deliver a hit meal when they are 10 minutes away they should have rejected the order then I get offered 4 pound refund should have been a full refund never order from here

Waited 3 hours for it to be delivered. I ordered at 11:30 it turned up just before 14:30 and the food is all stone COLD. It is so cold the food is stiff and the chips taste stale

Don't order delivery from here you won't get what you ordered you will get a happy meal.ordered twice from here both times happy meals won't be ordering again,and if you send email they tell you to nothing happens.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Almost every time you order from here, they get something wrong. However, today is the last straw, I never write reviews but something has to be done or said. They sent the complete wrong order, not a single item was correct. I called the store directly but there was absolutely no empathy, with an apology as cold as the food usually is. I was told to take it up with JustEat, which you then have to fight to get a refund. I don’t understand the pure lack of competence, how is it SO difficult to put the correct items in the bag. Sort. It. Out.

Everything is ice cold. Burgers must have been thrown in the box from 2 meters away. Just an absolute mess. Refund was 1/4 of the price paid which is a joke.

delivery was good, it was on time and the guy was lovely to talk to. unfortunately the 2 burgers in my order tasted old and the bread was very chewy, not what I was expecting as I regularly eat here and usually have no problems

Delivery driver decided to take a detour even tho I tipped him 5 on a 40 pound Order for it to come a hours late and stone cold

I ordered a wrap with no cucumbers or sweet chilli sauce but instead it came with no lettuce and sweet chilli sauce. I had to scrape the sauce off for it to be eaten.

delivery time kept changing and getting later and later. driver said no one was there to make the drinks so I can only presume by how cold my food was that the food had been made and left for 1/2hr whilst he waited for someone to make the drinks

The delivery guy forgot 2 burgers. 2 mayo chickens exactly. If is possible, we would want the 2 burgers or a refund. This is unacceptable.

Never turned up never got my kids order had to reorder the whole food again £25 down thanks alot

Regular busy Maccys with pleasant staff. Nothing special, but better than the Waterlooville one! Very busy today, and unfortunately, it is not designed for much traffic.

Driver arrived and spent around 5 minutes sorting something on his back seat, then came to the door with the wrong order and then another wrong order. At this point I showed him the correct order. He went back to MacDonalds and got the right order.

8 bbq dips on receipt all missing, food had clearly been cooked way in advance. This restaurant sends poor standard of food with missing items frequently. Driver fast and friendly.

Food was cold, delivery was way too long. Chips were rubbery in texture, burgers were cold with a hint of not at all tasty. Nuggets were cold so ended up feeding them to the dogs. Not impressed at all with the quality of food from here!!
