McDonald's in Havant

Extremely slow one of are party got a refund due to waiting 25mins and we had to leave.

I'm still waiting for a refund on this order

Store advertised to be open from 6AM, go to order at 6:15 to be told they’re not open yet and won’t be open for another hour yet

Come cold driver was going the other direction

Generally good. Definitely one of the better 'Maccies' around the area. Staff always pleasant and polite

Never ordering from there ever again

I ordered my food around 7pm it turned up at 9.30! Not only was it so long it was freezing cold. The delivery driver could not understand what I was trying to tell him and just left.

Food was cold, delivery kept getting delayed, no napkins, half the chips were gone, no straw and overall worse experience I’ve had from McDonald’s

Had an issue with a delivery order, but Leona was very helpful about getting that resolved without hassle.

Good was stone cold, felt like it had just been taken out of the fridge!

Absolutely terrible, order 2 meals and get the drinks not the food, not hard to understand what a meal is

Cold food, squashed in the bags, hash browns all fell apart and the drinks are half full.

i asked for no mayo in my wrap but it has mayo in it. luckily i’m not allergic to it but i know some are please make sure you’re reading the orders right.

Driver was rude handing it over my drink was knock over and over 30 minutes late

McDonald’s was good they did it on time but the driver decided to deliver other deliveries before ours so we received stone cold food which resulted in chucking in the bin McFlurrys was yogurt so threw the whole food in the bin phoned McDonald’s and they even told us the driver took forever.

Rude delivery man Also had no sauces and some were paid for and no straws

My order too 4 hours to arrive in which I had to order something else as it was for my children to eat! I think this is completely unacceptable and I would like the whole amount refunded ASAP.

forgot everything but one burger

Ordered bacon roll and received bacon and egg muffin . Every time I order you get something wrong. How hard is it to read an order and put it in a bag

Ordered a Big Mac. Came just as a cheeseburger. No sauce, Lettuce or other fillings. No straw for the milkshake.

I was never a true fan of mcdonalds after going to a few that wasn't that great but Sylvia and her team deliver excellent customer service and the food is always excellent quality that good that I am finding myself going 3 or 4 times a week the team love their job which shows by the service and the quality of their food they produce and to asked by the young female member of staff if our order was OK is top notch ... very impressed by far the best mcdonalds in the area that good I travel from whiteley to eat there well done to the team see you soon ... very soon

The best driver who has ever delivered my food, very friendly, super polite, very charismatic and treated me not only as a customer but as a human being, unfortunately there is no way I can give 1000 stars but have more people like him on your team.

Everytime something is missing this time 20 nuggets missing only 1 delivered share box and 2 boxes was ordered. No straws or dips for the meals either

Food was awful. Quarter pounder was cold and made awfully. Cheese was only on one half of the burger, bread was only half on the burger. Worst quarter pounder I’ve ever had

ordered it to the wrong address and completely messed up the order. i asked for chicken nuggets and received mozzarella dippers. i also asked for a triple cheese burger and got a big mac.

Placed an order at 5:40pm, called at 6:30pm to be told the order wasn't on the system any where so wouldn't be getting it only for a driver to knock my door at 7:40pm with stone cold food, melted milkshakes

No point ordering food. They forgot a burger and all the drinks for 5 people. Oh and the sauces. Basically if you want a mouth dryer than the desert and a hungry grandad go here.

Over an hour and 20 minutes for 9 nuggets and large fries to be delivered 2 miles down the road. Turned up stone cold, driver went a longer route than needed, was on speaker phone after being up the road with my order, I came outside couldn’t find me

The one vegan item (vegan burger) did not arrive. No dip. Cold chips. Tonnes of straws in the bag for some reason.

DON'T EVEN GO HERE!!! the order was wrong the food is cold and the service is so rude!! Better off going next door to KFC at least you won't have diarrhea through the night with food poisoning from this awful place and to top it off the staff don't seem to change out of own clothes when smoking just in and out of the kitchen pretty grim place!!!

Ordered 2x grilled chicken sweet chilli wrap meals and 2x crispy smokehouse meals and a plain burger for pooch. What we got was 2x crispy chicken wrap meals even though the boxes said grilled and only one crispy smokehouse burger. Absolute shambles up there I even had to wait 15 minutes for them to still get it wrong. Didn’t bother to go back for the other burger just won’t be using them again as this isn’t the first time. Disappointing really!

where is my straws for our drinks?

ordered at around 8:30 ish and turns up at 11, barely luke warm, it’s okay to be short on drivers and any other inconveniences like that but let the customer know so their not sat in the dark, if i was told it was going to be over a 2 hour wait i wouldn’t have ordered
