Waffle was nice but unfortunately stone cold.

Milkshake was perfect. The Bakewell doughnut was a small Bakewell tart stuck in a ring doughnut. The doughnut was slathered in icing - presumably to hide the fact it was stale. Won’t be ordering again

food took forever, not even good. the tango blast was nice tho

45 minute wait became a 2 hour wait, for a damp box of waffles. One mouthful and in the bin it went.

Definitely not worth paying that price for that little food. very stingy on sauce and toppings rip off in my opinion

Quality of waffles are absolutely appalling… Was like the waffle had been defrosted and put in the box. No sauce really on lotus biscuit one. I won’t be coming here again. Absolutely disgusted.

First time and amazing! we went to the shop and purchased there a Cadbury heaven waffle. It was very nice, maybe too much chocolate sauce for our taste but very generous! Lovely service!

My order never arrived, said driver was still at store on my app but said delivered on their end, told to ask for a refund on just eat. Considering drivers have to confirm delivery via a code now i dont understand how delivered came up on their end.

Peaches was really good, on the other hand was waiting over a hour for the driver to deliver my food and it was freezing all chocolate was hard! And just eat offers me a £6 refund will never use this site again

The time kept being pushed back, the driver couldn’t find my property and was about to drive off with my items, but I called him to say I can see him driving around. Once I had it, the items were stone cold. Not good service at all.

Normally ordered from here with out any issues however the last two times have been terrible todays issues consist of being sent an item completely wrong I have ordered a mars milkshake only to be sent one that tastes extremely nutty (thankfully I don’t have a nut allergy) and then also had one milkshake completely missing

Ordered food at 6:30 thinking me and my little boy would have a treat before he went to bed.. turned up at 8:15. Picture says it all, banana was rank, it’s been slung in the box. I ordered chocolate ice cream with our waffles and crepes to be told by the driver when it arrived that the fridge had broken and that we were given cookie ice cream. No contact by peaches to inform us about this. Charges a fortune for poor food. We won’t be ordering from here again, save your money people!

First my estimated delivery time kept getting delayed. Then, the courier was going round in circles for 10 mins while I was sending messages in the app trying to direct him. He neither read nor replied to my messages. He didn't apologise for this; just said he'd gone round and round. As a result, my food was stone cold by the time it got to eating it.

Was missing parts on 3 items of my delivery. Heard nothing after complaining.

Looked nice, tasted nice. Some of the waffle toppings were wasted sticking to the box, but not enough to spoil it as it was pretty plentiful. It's a little expensive, but convenient and a nice treat, so no complaints and will be ordering again.

Usually Peaches is good, but this experience is enough to spoil that. Firstly, I ordered a waffle at 9, it got to 10:30 and still nothing, tried ringing multiple times with no answer. My food eventually left at 11, watched the driver go past my house ages away, eventually they arrived and it said it was delivered - my food never came. Raised the issue with Just Eat and they said they couldn't refund because the driver tried calling me and left the food outside??? Which btw isn't true - awful.

Order wrong again! Odder the strawberry cups as we like them but never comes with the ice cream we ask for and when ring to talk to staff about it they are rude. Wrong items and rushed a lot of the time which is a shame.

it used to be good a couple of years ago, good big waffles that completely fit the box and golden brown. I ordered two waffles and two milkshakes, the milkshakes are always good and good size for £4.50 I personally think, however the waffles are tiny and not cooked well at all, messed my partners waffle up even though he paid extra for more toppings, was delivered and had nothing on it except about 3 layers of Nutella. for what you get and the amount is definitely not worth the money, your better off getting the ingredients and doing it all yourself to be worth the money. I get cost of living and prices going up and all but come on! after this I won't be returning, gone completely downhill!!

Couldn’t locate my house which seems simple dotted on a map & he proceeded to move further away, I had to go walk and find him & collect my order. Milkshakes had leaked as they were just laying in his bag,not labelled with flavours & I now have milkshake all over the place & an empty cup because they were so melted & covered in milkshake the pot slipped when I went to work out what flavour was what. Total waste of money! Not worth delivering these items if you can’t transport them properly.

Ordered a create your own waffle with milk choc fudge pieces and I paid extra for kinder and what turns up. A waffle coated in three layers of Nutella zero fudge pieces and zero kinder which I specifically paid the extra pound for. And and topped off with a pot of ice cream the same consistency as tap water!!!. Such a simple order yet apparently staff cannot follow 3 simple instructions. Won't be returning!😡

Delivery person basically threw my food at me and then asked for the code which I gave before he literally RAN away. Quite rude to be honest

The ice cream was melted the waffle was real cold the chocolate on top was hard and took and hour and a half to get it delivered.

Ordered £40 worth of food ,doughnut was rock hard to a point it was making a noise when we banged it against the box (I didn’t take a video but wouldn’t let me upload ,one crepe had no more then 5 slices of banana ,the other crepe had no toppings let alone the EXTRA ONES WE PAID FOR and and the extra ice creams we had paid for never showed up either ,was also freezing by the time it got here as well as way over the delivery time (this part could have been Ubers fault ) either way a complete waste of money

We had ordered three toasties/paninis and a couple of milkshakes - the food was rather tasty and warm upon delivery. The milkshakes were delicious, thank you.

The time slot kept changing. The waffles weren’t cooked properly, cold and like cardboard. There was no sauce and minimal chocolate. Not happy at all.

Ordered additional ice cream cost over £5, must have been sat there a while as when it turned up, it was like single cream.

It was ok, nothing special. For the price I expected more toppings. Think I got caramel sauce instead of salted. Not sure if id rush back to order again

Ordered 2x cookie dough tray today and got subbed, personally in my opinion you should get a messge about it or get the offer to take it or get a refund at the door as no body liked what we got subbed and it a waste of £12.

Ordered a cookie box a couple of weeks ago and raved about it. Ordered one tonight as a celebratory treat in the family and turned up half the size as previous box. Tiny pieces. Went round in circles via Uber eats to make a complaint but waste of time. No contact details other than a phone number on the website that isn’t answered. Will not be returning.

Lots of lovely things on offer. My daughter enjoyed her ice-cream and I had some delicious treats. The staff were friendly and helped me make my choices. Just a shame not able to sit in as takeaway only.

would of put 5 stars if the birthday cake waffles had the strawberry sauce on as its never the same without but human error usually spot on.

Lovely staff i live just around the corner from the shop, very dangerous as to tempting when walking passed. I love the banana milk shake as well as the waffles.

Disgusting service!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. We ordered and payment processed waited for the delivery time set for 1 hour. Checked a few times and then the last time we checked before the hour, it just said cancelled. We have things to do and were all expecting this meal.... Shouldn't be doing home deliveries any more...

Mystery box was amazing, completely worth the money! The milkshakes were watery, not at all thick like expected! and both tasted of peanut butter despite one being kinder bueno and one being reese’s, can only assume they use the same blender for both, one went in the bin and i can’t stand the thought of peanut butter

We ordered our desserts at 20.11 and did not receive our order until 22.12. Terrible service !!! We were promised 20.50-21.10 which was good, but this time of night !!! Dreadful!!! We order every week

Let uber drivers pick up but not deliver for over an hour which resulted in cold crepes and melted ice cream. They wouldn't resolve the matter, neither did uber eats. It's peaches rep at stake tho. Didn't even reply to my messages. Seems they didn't want to take responsibility for poor food coming from their shop! Poor customer service. Won't be ordering again!

£24 for 2 undercooked cold waffles each missing an extra item we selected. Not to mention from placing the order to delivery took 3 HOURS. I phoned twice & was told if I wanted to cancel I’d need to do it through just eat, tried that and was told if I cancelled my order I’d still be charged. Won’t be ordering from here again.

My crepe was solid and very crispy, it was very difficult to cut into it.

First time ordering at Peaches and it definitely won’t be the last. Ordered a cheese and onion panini with salad, Fererro Rocher doughnut and Kinder Bueno milkshake. All of which were delicious, not had a milkshake this good in a long time. x

Paid for extra toppings on 2 waffles and did not receive. Was offered an in-store credit of £5 that HAD to be used and redeemed in-shop within 2 weeks.
