Ordered 2x cookie dough tray today and got subbed, personally in my opinion you should get a messge about it or get the offer to take it or get a refund at the door as no body liked what we got subbed and it a waste of £12.

Ordered a cookie box a couple of weeks ago and raved about it. Ordered one tonight as a celebratory treat in the family and turned up half the size as previous box. Tiny pieces. Went round in circles via Uber eats to make a complaint but waste of time. No contact details other than a phone number on the website that isn’t answered. Will not be returning.

Lots of lovely things on offer. My daughter enjoyed her ice-cream and I had some delicious treats. The staff were friendly and helped me make my choices. Just a shame not able to sit in as takeaway only.

would of put 5 stars if the birthday cake waffles had the strawberry sauce on as its never the same without but human error usually spot on.

Lovely staff i live just around the corner from the shop, very dangerous as to tempting when walking passed. I love the banana milk shake as well as the waffles.

Over 2 hours late! Waffle was stone cold, ice cream was completely melted! For the kind of prices charges, this isn't good enough! Absolutely shocking

Disgusting service!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. We ordered and payment processed waited for the delivery time set for 1 hour. Checked a few times and then the last time we checked before the hour, it just said cancelled. We have things to do and were all expecting this meal.... Shouldn't be doing home deliveries any more...

Mystery box was amazing, completely worth the money! The milkshakes were watery, not at all thick like expected! and both tasted of peanut butter despite one being kinder bueno and one being reese’s, can only assume they use the same blender for both, one went in the bin and i can’t stand the thought of peanut butter

I was sent the wrong order sent it away and then my order didn’t turn up tried ringing the restaurant multiple times and didn’t answer.

Driver did not arrive or delivered to wrong address… just eat sort it out.

We ordered our desserts at 20.11 and did not receive our order until 22.12. Terrible service !!! We were promised 20.50-21.10 which was good, but this time of night !!! Dreadful!!! We order every week

Usually no complaints but really disappointed with the Oreo hot chocolate, it was undrinkable.

absolutely disgusting price. £19 for the most pathetic quantities. Will never order from here ever again. The cup for the ice cream wasn't even half full and cost £5. Absolute rip off and should be ashamed to send that out knowing what they charge. Children disappointed

I have ordered from here a few times before, I was very disappointed, no sauce, no cream or ice cream and very difficult to order a waffle from this menu

Let uber drivers pick up but not deliver for over an hour which resulted in cold crepes and melted ice cream. They wouldn't resolve the matter, neither did uber eats. It's peaches rep at stake tho. Didn't even reply to my messages. Seems they didn't want to take responsibility for poor food coming from their shop! Poor customer service. Won't be ordering again!

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive. By the time food arrives oir guests had left

£24 for 2 undercooked cold waffles each missing an extra item we selected. Not to mention from placing the order to delivery took 3 HOURS. I phoned twice & was told if I wanted to cancel I’d need to do it through just eat, tried that and was told if I cancelled my order I’d still be charged. Won’t be ordering from here again.

My crepe was solid and very crispy, it was very difficult to cut into it.

First time ordering at Peaches and it definitely won’t be the last. Ordered a cheese and onion panini with salad, Fererro Rocher doughnut and Kinder Bueno milkshake. All of which were delicious, not had a milkshake this good in a long time. x

Paid for extras. Didn't get the extras. Suggested solution was on store credit. if I was near the store I wouldn't be using a delivery service. They couldn't offer a refund via just eat. the only option is to choose item missing from order which goes off for review.

Paid for extra toppings on 2 waffles and did not receive. Was offered an in-store credit of £5 that HAD to be used and redeemed in-shop within 2 weeks. Well we don’t order often as it’s a treat and there seems to always be a problem with our order when we have in the past so we leave it a while hoping things improve. Ordered via Just Eat

Even though the delivery time kept changing, the food was really good as per usual, a staff member called me to advise the cookie cube was out of order & was replaced with a milky bar cookie which I'll save for work tomorrow. I love this place, the food & service was great 😊 thanks guys x

The waffles were cold and falling apart, so the concept of waffle stick didn’t really work for us. We had guests round so we ordered quite a bit, due to how late the order came the guests didn’t have them as they had to leave so it was a waste of money and dessert.

Usually come here and get great service but quite annoyed as we’ve been given a really poor service today. We always drive to collect and I’ve gotten home to see that a large percentage of the food is not even there. I was shocked as the service is usually fantastic and would have expected this to be spotted. I have taken pictures and I am happy to send if needed Hopefully this can be resolved

Was in the area so glad I Google cake places and found this, I got the 3 bakes for £10 and a galaxy milkshake. The milkshake was really good, a good size plenty of chocolate in it. The bakes I brought are amazing and the display of them all looked so good so many choices. The young girl was friendly and attentive soon as we walked through the door. Answering what each bakes were what I questioned. Would definitely recommend

Very very busy so I'd book to avoid disappointment, the Matilda cake omg the best I've had so far, presentation was spot on. The 'nashta' which was a traditional desi breakfast with a unique twist is a must to try!!

Driver took far too long, whilst tracking. I'm literally round the corner from where order was. Whilst tracking, he was going up random streets unnecessarily. Meaning my order was ruined

Worst waffles we have had. We ordered and they came cold to the point the chocolate hadn't melted, didn't look like was cooked at all and banana looked like was out all day. Didn't eat and would definitely not recommend. Waste of money

The place was filthy and the so called biscoff blondie was completely raw. Couldn’t even pick it up without it slipping through my fingers. You could even see the granulated sugar in it. Vile.

I have ordered from here multiple times and never had an issue! However tonight I’m very disappointed! Completely missing my waffle from my order after waiting an hour and a half from ordering to delivery and when I rang the store they said ‘oh yeah I can see it still here on the side you’ll have to request a refund’ not able to be delivered even though it was there mess up! only reason I ordered main ‘meals’ from here this evening was for the waffle! Not very happy!

Ordered from Peaches before and never had a problem, however this time was very disappointing. Waffle was under cooked and all the toppings were barely on one side, the majority of sauce and chocolate was in the box rather than on the waffle, ordered two scoops of gelato as well and they must of been using a teaspoon to put them in the tub! As the delivery was so late after ordering gelato was practically melted so I could drink it rather than eat it. Not like them to have such low standards…

Order placed at 18:54 and delivery was estimated between 19:25 - 19:35. The delivery kept getting pushed back until food was delivered at 20:27. I tried to contact the restaurant however no one answered. When it arrived the food was cold and inedible.

Wasn't cook proper and without any taste, simply just been rushed off.. very poor.

I would like a refund please to my bank because these people where quite rude and not ready on time and not the right person things on my order

Excellent service and food was delivered quickly. Sorry i think the number on my just eat account was wrong! But regardless the replacement items given were excellent and matched closely to my original order with no issues at all. Thank you! :)

we ordered 2 waffles but the waffles were raw. Not cooked at all. We were too far to bring it back. Overall disgusted.

I went in yesterday with two over excited children for ice cream. Service was really friendly, understanding and great value. The ice cream was likewise excellent. Many thanks, Peaches. We'll be back!

Great food always has been. I always order icecream but it never reaches me so tonight my driver obviously didn’t like icecream because it got to me 🤣😂🤣instead one of the waffles was missing hope he enjoyed it. I managed to go in the shop and the girls were lovely and made me another one. Next time I order I’ll make sure I get an extra one for the driver 👍

Order delayed by half hour and milkshakes arrived with no straws no apology and no offer of part refund for the error won’t be using again
