Domino's Pizza - Waterlooville - Cowplain in Havant

Got an order for the 4 of us. 3 turned up fine, but the expensive gluten free pizza was a total state. Spoke to a gentleman called Ryan, sorted everything out with a happy tone and came across like he was genuinely happy to help. He single handedly prevented me from posting their pizza back to them. The team may still need to up their game a bit but 5 stars go to that man

Many of us waiting to collect our order were ignored and not greeted by the worker at the front. Not told anything or updated anyway as there were delays. It was busy but even a “hi sorry I’ll be with you in a miinute” is better than nothing at all. Another customer had been waiting there for longer than us and actually had to shout to one of the workers to ask if her order was ready. To which the worker said it was and handed her a stack of pizzas that had been sitting there going cold for the last 5 minutes. Customer service could use some improving.

Cancelled an order on 25th November and was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 working days and I still have not received a refund

Very poor experience Waited an hour for a small pizza to be delivered 5 minutes up the road. Food was cold when delivered Store not helpful at all!

We ordered a pizza for 15 pounds and waited 1 hour for it and so we called up asking when it's arriving and they said nothing went through but they took the money

Very disappointing! I chose Domino’s because of the seemingly good value compared to Pizza Hut. I got a squashed pizza with far too much bbq sauce on the base. There were no dips, but the worst bit was the cut of the pizza. My husband and I were sharing one pizza and our friends another… clearly domino’s thinks one of us needs to be on a diet! The smallest slice of pizza I’ve ever seen! Hardly fair to the poor person who gets that slice!

When I ordered from this branch in October 2020, I went to collect my order and they claimed not to have received it, despite having taken my payment. They then made me wait outside in heavy rain 'Because of COVID' while they got my order ready (even though I was wearing a mask, there were no other customers inside and the staff were behind the counter) and weren't polite or apologetic in the least. I haven't been back since and would recommend using the Waterlooville branch over this one, as I've never had any issues there.

In my experience always fast delivery and hot food. Never had an incorrect order

Absolutely useless. Wrong every time. Incapable of even getting a simple single pizza order correct.

Never had a issue with this Domino's, always order via the App, and the food has always been spotty on and really quick, I have only ever collected, but it is normally ready in under 10 minutes from point of order. Our Pizzas are always altered too, and they always get the orders correct.

Great choice of cakes and food. Lovely friendly staff.

Honestly amazing. I never feel let down and always order too much to handle. It's great and tastes delicious, though seems quite cramped when I look inside.

I have used Domino's many times over the past few weeks. I have had absolutely no problems with any of my orders.

Good and tasty my family loved the pizzas and they are usually against having dominos.

Used fir the first time on Sunday..Well, exceeded all expectation ,,.called in and collected deep pan,ham,,chicken..pineapple , bbq sauce plus seperate wings..cookies..potato wedges..Benn v Jerrys...ice cresm.....all delicious and definitely the best pizza ever had..

If I could give zero stars I would. Drivers provide decent customer service - orders are pretty much always wrong, forgotten, we’re not told when orders are out of stock and also receive cold food! When we call up about this the service is awful! Won’t be ordering again, gave them the benefit of the doubt but it’s too often!

Pizza was OK.. But the app says it will txt me when it's cooking.. I sat outside 10 mins and went in, and my pizza was done.. 20 mins later I get a txt telling me my pizza is now cooking.. And 10 mins after that a txt telling me my pizza is cooked..

Below average pizza was placed on hold for nearly half a hour missing an item from the order :( would have been better quality food from the hut

As a person living very near Domino's Cowplain, I would really like to ask the company to show more respect to the local area. The delivery motorbikes rev and rev their engines for an inordinately long time. Please show some respect.

Fast delivery and nice pizza ordered a drink didn't turn up with the food, the woman had to go back and get it. When it arrived it was warm, flat and tasted not quite right. Not something you'd usually expect from what it supposed to be a fizzy drink. But other than that good service.

I was a collection customer. Very tasty fresh and hot pizza prepared without delay.

Missed something off my order but were quick, keen and extremely friendly for sending me the rest of my order. Pizza was lovely though.

Pizzas came one had no sauces on it. Opened the coleslaw to realise it's out of date!! Put me off the whole meal. Of they don't check the dates on foods in the fridge they mustn't check the dates on the rest of the food either.

Absolutely awful. Will never be using this store again. Ordered 2 pizzas using the mobile app, one pizza came fine, however the 2nd pizza came completely wrong, toppings, sauces, base. When rung up to confront the woman on the other end of the phone couldn't care less, she spoke of sending out a new pizza with the correct toppings, 45 minites go by and nothing, then ring up again to find the order hasn't even been put through. Would avoid on all accounts.
