The best restaurants in Hastings South East

First time using as just moved here. Great friendly service and delicious food！ My new go to ☺️

Ordered a XL kebab and came as if it was a small, the only thing XL about it was the box!! Asked for all salad and received one slice of tomato and a tiny bit of lettuce, no cucumber, sweet cabbage, or chilli’s. Onion rings were cold and the cheesy chips were also cold and soggy, would not recommend going to this place if you want to be ripped off!!!!!!

Awful food mrs ordered apparently greek gyros, cold poor quality food that took nearly two hours to arrive,don't bother!!!

The best test, the EROLS Kebab got new management new test new staff Best Chicken Donner and best Garlic sauce ***** Got Chicken Shish this time, it’s the best New Management since May 2024 :)

Most racist staff I have ever met. So bloody rude, the white guy with spectacles on the till was very rude and behaved as if he doesn’t care if customers come to the shop or not. Seriously ridiculous Plus the pizzas were cold and it tasted as bad as his behaviour

Cod was fresh, really tasty, perfectly cooked, and chips were really good too. Also portions were really generous. Friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

Excellent food, basic decour, very authentic, simple dishes and limited menu, outstanding service ….. a really nice memorable experience and will definitely make a return visit

The rib eye was spot on; tender, flavoursome bordering on gamey and cooked just right bloody! My son had the pulled pork and red coleslaw very good too. Service was excellent, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Chapeau!

Lovely friendly staff. Fast service. Great to sit outside and watch the world you by. Really nice place for a coffee, tea or cold drink. Lots of seating inside and outside. When the weather is good it a great place to sit and people watch. I always find this place very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the better coffee shops in Hastings.

Sweet and sour was glutinously awful, and chow mein came with chips! Pleasant people though

Horrible everything! 0 out of 💯 ! Honestly wasted my time, money. Restaurant based on Royal Victoria Hotel. I assumed it was really good, as hotel look fancy enough. Me and my boyfriend came to check it out, as we were walking around day before and saw the sign outside, I think 🤔 it was saying Michaelen star awarded, but I am not sure, might be mistaken. - Stuff Very welcoming, attentive. - Food We ordered burgers. Both burgers looked okay, tasted ordinary, tomato was cold, meat tasted funny, like cheap meat from supermarket. - Bill Prices are average! Please do not waste your time! To management, Please invest more in your food quality. It’s an embarrassment!

This hollington store has gone downhill over last few years!...rude dot-com personal shoppers give you dirty looks if you happen to be shopping where they want to shop...if there's a small gap where only one trolley will fit through they're look at you while tapping they're foot and huffing & puffing, they really make you feel uncomfortable! I asked a female dot-com shopper where something was that I couldn't find, and she said "same place as it's always been, isle 4" I couldn't believe her attitude, I was shocked and just walked away. Cars and vans seem to park wherever they want too in the carpark..in family spaces with no family & in disabled spaces when they're not disabled, no staff, security or any other tesco employees do anything about it!....people even park in the pickup and dropoff lay-by and go in to do they're shopping 🤦 We now shop at Asda, where the staff seem to all be polite, courteous and happy to help customers...just like tesco staff are trained to do!
