Tops Pizza 4 U in Hastings

Have ordered here three times, all have been as ordered and I must say the portion sizes are very good for the price you pay. Quick delivery and always hot food.

DONT TAKE THE RISK AND READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.. Delivery never turned up. Was told they didn’t receive my payment via their own website and wasted 3 hours back and forth waiting for them to sort themselves out. Was told I’d get a call back from the boss to get a refund and obviously never heard back.

I wish I could give zero stars. You'd be better off with a cheap frozen pizza from the supermarket.

Are they serious man? Do they know how to cook?Donar meat was over cooked, there was more onions than actual meat and delivery was awful and took more than an hour please don’t waste your money on here my friend.

I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. Don't waste your money. Complete shambles and joke of a business. I'll be paying them a visit tomorrow morning for a refund.

They don't really know how to make pizza, nobody knows English, when you order something you will get something else, and they will try to compromise you that they provided the same one we ordered, please avoid this place if you looking for a good food.

I ordered a kebab and 2 burgers for my children on a school night which said it would take 45 mins. 1 hr later my kids are tired and hungry and the food still hadn’t arrived. I called them up only to find they “hadn’t” received the order(from their own) website )but after 2 seconds of looking they found it. They then said they were out of burgers which they replaced for two small kebabs 1 chicken and 1 lamb. They had also said the driver would arrive within 20 mins. 35 mins later my kids were still hungry and tired with no food. I then called them up again and they quickly told me it’s coming. 5 mins later the food arrived. The food was also half raw and bland. Will never be ordering from here again and please for your own good do not order at this horrible run down establishment.

Absolutely joke! Ordered a delivery on just eat and they kept postponing my order for over 2 hours! And got the burgers wrong! They have another shop on just eat called JUJU KEBAB for out of hours so they are not able to receive complaints as the actual shop “top pizza” is closed.

Quality food an great customer service.

Brought two karbabs from here now . Both times the meat Is so burnt it can't be eaten . Salad was raw cabbage . Slimmy cucumbers . Whatever you do . Don't buy from here

Ordered food spent £23 and the kids meal was burnt and had rubber plastic in her box my child's food had to go into the bin which is a waste of money

I ordered a kebab instead of meat, there were charred pieces of chicken, it was impossible to eat everything was crunchy on the teeth

I was impressed, I loved the Chinese chicken pizza and the great garlic bread with lots of cheese.

We ordered a big delivery, it was all so delicious! Really impressed can’t wait to order again!

we just ordered a staff lunch for 20 people. IT WAS AMAZING. we love the fact that they make their own dough! the food gorgeous, made even better by the price! we cannot believe the incredible value. we read other reviews, and have to disagree, we were totally impressed! WE WILL BE BACK!

Waited half an hour for cheesy chips the other day and they didnt even melt the cheese on top. Such an easy thing to get right and it took so long too. Today thought we'd give them a second chance, over 25mins later they got our order wrong and had to wait a further 20 mins and endure abuse from staff after enquiring and making a very calm complaint about the wait time. Food was bland when it did finally arrive. If shops were open I would have bought a veggie pizza and mozerella dippers from the supermarket and cooked them faster (and better quality) than here. Do not recommend. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this place warrants one. Fast food? More like zimmerframe food. Honestly, I love St Leonards and this place sadly tarnishes it.

Slowwwwww service every time. Bland food. Regret it every time I’ve tried here, sad they have the monopoly of late night food on London Rd. Hopefully somewhere better quality with faster service will open soon.

I had the buy 1 get 1 free n according to leaflet u can ring and order but when I rang I was told to order through Just Eat but I said Just Eat charge for delivery whereas the leaflet said Free delivery if spend 8.99 or more also on Just Eat n website price is Higher. (I did eventually do the order over the phone). was told change of ownership but got the leaflet 2 days before. Plus there was NOT much toppings on .

Fantastic! I was out with my mates the other day (pissed) at about 11.30pm wanting some food. The only place open was this pizza/kebab shop. We came in and ordered and the staff were completely unfazed with my friends rude language and general demeanour. We ordered a donner kebab and chips. IT WAS DELICIOUS! Service was a tad slow but that it really pushing it a bit. When we made a mess, the staff refused to let us clean it up ourselves when we offered too.

The food is quite good, plus fast service. Staff took great pride in communicating in a friendly manner. Overall a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Food didn’t arrive till past 2oclock after ordering it an hour prior when the food eventually turned up the “cheesy” chips came without the cheese and was cold and dry. Regardless we waited over an hour so ate it anyway woke up with food poisoning throwing up all day and overheating. Don’t recommend for the sake of your health!

Underwhelming The 10" pizza I ordered was originally £12.95.. once you add the service fee - 50p, and the bag fee - 10p (which is none negotiable and didn't even arrive with a bag) it came to £13.55 This pizza was nothing special and worth £7.99 at best, no pot of sauce included.. Should of paid the extra £3 and gone for a premium service.

Rude staff and filthy store. I ended up walking out without making an order after noticing clear evidence of rat infestation (which didn't seem to bother the staff at all when it was pointed out to them!!) I'd suggest everyone avoids at all costs for the sake of their health

Me and my son ordered a kebab from here on the Friday evening, I was up the early hours with stomach cramps and throwing up from food poisoning, was my 1st kebab jn about 5 year and my last put me of for life was so poorly and that's the only place I had eaten from that day!! Avoid!!

Had a bed experience ever my life. I ordere BBq wings and quarter pounder, burger is ok but wings so bad quality I waste my money. Never gonna order again

Ordered food on just eat, accepted order, taken money but food never arrived, said it was out for delivery but no show. Called restaurant with no answer, terrible service

Shocking!! Cheesy chips came without the cheese. Eventually someone answered at the restaurant, insisted they collected the chips when bringing my cheesy chips. This took an hour and the portion was tiny. The xl kebab was clearly a small portion. Meat was cold and had salad which I didn't ask for. I will not order from here again and I strongly recommend others avoid this place. I genuinely think they wanted the chips returned so they could reheat and send to another customer!!!

Chips were soggy, kebab was dry with barely any sauce. The salad wasn’t very nice either and had to hunt for my kebab beneath all the salad. The pizza I ordered also wasn’t pleasant, the cheese in the stuffed crust was dry and tasted off. Don’t recommend this place. The only positive side is that they deliver at late times but not very nice food.

Awful place. Pizza was not right tasted sour and wasn’t even the right one to start of with was burnt so dry and stale base was like a flip flop covered in sour tomato sauce. Let alone the rude staff who won’t even listen over the phone and just lie to avoid giving a refund.

worst food I’ve ever had and can’t believe ur still in business , sort it out told me three times u didn’t have nothing with nuts in and ur nut free and gave me a mild allergic reaction black stuff all over the food meat looked like u cut all the bad bits off and put it in the box and cake looked like it literally had nuts on it not impressed not to mention it being an hour late

Took the money and took 3weeks to refund me

Ordered food before 12am and didn’t come until 1:30am after closing time. I then called them at 1:07am for them to let me know my food will be here in 15mins. If I never called I would have most likely never got my food. When I arrived it was cold and dry best part of the food was naan bread under the kebab. Never will order again TERRIBLE PLACE.

Very disappointed. Kofte was made from cheap meat and fat, a burger patty rolled as a kofta! That is not the real thing. The food is horrible and just a big waste of money.

I can’t believe the snobbery of these reviews! I mean come on people, this place is called Pizza 4 U, what on earth were you expecting?? It’s not the best pizza in town but it’s cheap and open till 1 am. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

I went there to get a kebab. Rather than serving me the lady was on her phone and told me I have to wait for her husband to come as he is the only one who can cut the meat. She said he’d be there in 5 min. He never turned up. The lady said that’s due to heavy traffic. (Doubt that at 9pm around Hastings). No wonder this place was empty

I ordered the mix Donner & BBQ chicken wings. The meat tasted off and the wings were awful and had to spit out after taking 1 bite. William the conqueror would be turning in his grave if he knew that he fought in 1066 for an establishment like this place to be opened. Close the shutters, before food hygiene does. Avoid

After spending almost an hour looking for a decent place to eat, we stumbled upon Tops Pizza. We ordered mixed donner and chicken shish. The meat in both dishes was very unnatural in taste and did not resemble the taste that one would expect from chicken/lamb. Took a bite from the chicken shish and did not enjoy the taste. Took a few more bites in an attempt to find some sort of taste. Nothing. Zero. Closed the box back. The lamb doner was also well below par and tasted artificial. Definitely not satisfied. The only good that came from this experience was the fact that I ordered small instead of large! Ended up throwing away almost £20 worth of food. Avoid at all costs Would give 0 stars if possible

Was on the fence due to mixed reviews. Took the plunge. Not a plunge I would recommend. Meat and chicken donner tasted truly awful and the texture was peculiar to say the least. The chips were very oily. I cannot in good conscience recommend you dine at this establishment.

Chips where in a bag tied up so they went soggy and the pizza were burnt also the wedges where soggy and smell disgusting.

Total waste of time, haven't got a clue what there doing. Placed order for collection and paid got there no order... waited for 25 mins got home not even right pizza and chicken wings missing.

Rude on the phone, tried to tell me it would be over an hour wait and I said it would be fine to where he then huffed down the phone lost all interest there on in. Just plain rude.

Staying on a campsite decided to go on just eat and see if any food places could deliver. So I came across these guys and placed a order and paid delivery fee of £3. Got a phone call from the delivery driver to say was stuck in traffic just down the lane, asked me if was another way I said I do not know. He then said that it's a 18 mile round trip and I should be paying more then I had. Turned up and he was so rude. He said that next time if he delivers to the campsite we have to pay him as the delivery driver a extra £3. He just complained about the distance and rolled his eyes with attitude. I explained that I placed a order through just eat so that is not my problem. I've paid delivery fee and its your job as a delivery drive to deliver the food. If the distance is a issue then your boss could of cancelled the order at the beginning or update their radius on just eat? Anyway I phoned the shop and spoke to a chap that was very sorry and said that the delivery driver is a current issue. The food however was very nice! the delivery driver is letting the reputation of the business down.

Me, Wife and Kids Had Food Poisoning after eating there food, will be issuing Court Papers , taking them too court for causing us food poison.

The only halal pizzas in the area and am grateful for it! Chicken hot with a side of wedges usually does the trick. Could do with being a bit more accurate on when food will be ready for collection otherwise good option.
