Staff was rude Aggressive Definitely haven't heard of customer is always right

Had a quarter pounder cheese burger and it was more like a 24th of an once cheese burger. The meat was flatter than a piece of paper. Looked more like roadkill in a mini roll than a burger

Ordered 6 chicken strips large fries onion rings coleslaw and chicken gravy (oh my god the gravy! I could bath in the stuff and drown happy) to the conquest hospital. The food arrived hot and so good the portion of fires was huge the chicken was tender and perfectly spiced better the KFC. The onion rings were crispy and delicious. I don't live in the area but if I'm ever over this way again I would definitely order from these guys again.

The best fried chicken in Hastings. Great price, speedy and friendly service and great food. Don't bother wasting your time going to the KFC nearby, it's awful with long waits and cold food. Bobby's is better. They accept card payments and do some great deals. Always works out cheaper than the big brands and nicer food. The milkshakes are great and some of the cheapest in the area - recommend Oreo, Ferrero rocher and After Eight. Jubilee Burger Meal also recommended. Portion sizes very generous especially the chips.

The most revolting food ever... Swimming is cooking oil. Was physically revolting. Never EVER Will I be going back to this place. Even made the dog throw up it was that revolting. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I went to Hastings for a holiday and decided to try Bobby's.The snickers milkshake was amazing.I ordered 20 hotwings,4 pieces of chicken and chips.I am now 5 hours away and wish I was closer to get some more.I would definitely recommend

I have never seen a smaller portion of chips in my life and the only part of my order that was hot was corn on the cobs everything else was cold

Collected food, friendly guys, food was warm still when we got home, large sides especially the gravy was lovely, wasn't greasy like some places, only criticism is spicy chicken could be abit more spicier, good prices, will look forward to ordering again 👍

Nice food..but I would recommend getting a bigger box especially for 4 pcs of chicken or more and sealing the box up instead of leaving it open especially when it’s for delivery…also pls kindly add servette..none of this was done to my order thanks

Ordered meals for the family one of the meals was a quarter pounder meal which turned up with mayonnaise and lettuce in it although never asked for it phoned up to complain I got told that it is standard and it shows it in the pictures but when we looked at the just eat menu again there was no pictures so the shop lied to us they also said they would not replace or refund the burger we will never be using this shop again

Burger buns were old and fell to pieces as soon as you pick them up and the ribs, omg.....they were the toughest, chewiest ribs I've ever had, complete waste of money, Won't ever bother getting a takeaway from here again!

The fried chicken and burger was extremely salty. They messed up the order giving 2 chicken pieces instead of three pieces..

I telephoned in my order and requested chicken thighs mainly If possible and the lady confirmed that this was fine. I bought lot's of pieces of chicken and 2 chips. When the delivery arrived I was very disappointed as she only put 1 small dry thigh and mixed the rest made up of only wings and 1 meat free back! I was fuming and children were in tears as they only eat thighs! I telephoned the lady to tell her and she had nothing to say. She blatantly lied to me before placing my order and was disgustingly rude to me on the phone. I've been into this shop in Silverhill many times and have always had excellent customer from the boss Sian and his other Asian assistant. The lady I spoke to was definitely english and was a Saturday night. I'm very disappointed in the service that was given..or not given

So after placing my order at 1730 and the food arriving at 1945 the chips the beans and the gravy was all cold and when you order gravy from a chicken shop you expect chicken gravy amd do not expect it too be beef gravy, as for the chicken it had no flavour all you could taste is flower will not be using again would give 0 stars if possible

I've eaten in this place for years. The service and quality got really bad last year and it closed down for a while. The chicken is now really good but eating in is not great due to annoying beeping noise and no music.

Would recommend people check there orders when ordering from here. As the strip meals are not what they look like on the menu. I would recomend people check the food before leaving store. Other wise its normally really nice.

Do not bother with this place they are rubbish I waited over 2 hours for then to not even bother turning up with my food no call nothing I called them to get the engaged tone then no answer. Sort of happy what they did not turn up after reading there dreadfully reviews on just eat.

The staff on the phone to me was rude horrible and very arrogant I will not be making anymore orders the staff did not even apologise for what had happened.

Very slow at serving. Food is good though. Sometimes cancel orders without reason when ordering online and you don't find out for ages.

Came late by over 2 hours on two occasions called again to give another chance, they came with the wrong order and told me I will have to wait until the next day to get my food after saying they will be 15 mins (just so noone had to answer because it was 15 past 10) when the food came the chips were cold and rock solid plus my chicken was green tinted with loads of black bits on the bottom of the chicken its rough and they gave me the wrong drinks terrible service rude and so bad at understanding English never go here unless you want your money to be taken for some food poisening in exchange.

Order food online, was collected on time everything was cold, not even warm! bbq beans must have been just taken out of fridge ice cold, drinks were not what we ordered. Would not recommend it to anyone and will never go there again. Appalling

Since the menu changed it has taken nearly an hour over the estimated delivery time, so has taken around 2 hours in total, also the orders are not always correct. Last night our coleslaw was missing and it too 2 and a half hours and we only live 5 minutes drive away!

I placed an order by phone, the member of staff didn't greet with a good evening just a yes!. I had to repeat myself a few times. I was told i had an hour wait thinking that wasn't too bad however I had to called them back 1 and half hour later too see where my order was just to be told its on it s way. Finally when it turned up 2 hours later! It was cold and tasted disgusting. I wont be going back. The staff need training how to speak to there customers. Awful food made no score on the door

I went in to this place today 1 hour after opening. I walked through the door only one staff member on the shift and didn’t even speak to me after 5 minutes of standing there. He spoke to me saying we’ve got nothing left only burgers. I would’ve happily waited for more food to be prepped but he clearly couldn’t be bothered. Customer service was awful and don’t claim your a chicken shop if you don’t even have any food in your hot counter.

Worse take away i have ever had ordered bbq chicken wings and what i got was bloody rank .. It was like they gave me spicy wings but with hole bottle of bbq souce on it.. Never again will i eat here ... Sticking with hfc malvyun way much better and never had folt.

I was left feeling angry with tenneese chicken. I went in there to get some lunch. When I walked in the server was on the phone so i waited for 10 minutes and he was aware that I was there but choose not to serve me and continued on the phone so I walked out and as I walked out he didn't end he's call just carried on talking very disappointed I won't ever be going here again

Found a fried feather on my chicken, cheers for the free extra but it was rank. No taste and dont feel great after it at all. Would give - 5 stars but cant ....

Standard and quality is disgusting chicken wings always over cooked and chips taste like the oil has never been changed, also no hair nets are worn

disgusting is not the word, this place use to be so good, food was good quality before the refurbish. Had a chicken wrap there was no salad, no tomato or mayo in the wrap just dry, cold, chewy, raw chicken which gave me and my partner food poising never again am I gonna go to this place am so disappointed as it use to be such a good food place. 19/11/2016 - Went again today chips had been re-cooked from being cold so where crispy and tasted like cardboard. The customer service was a joke along with prices and no scores on the doors. This got me= chicken burger, chips and drink £1.99 chicken wrap, chips and drink £4.39 how can it cost £2.40 more?

This was the most disgusting thing me and boyfriend have ever eaten, it looked like seagull or pigeon not chicken.. was awful
