Joe Joes Chicken And Ribs in Hastings

When i had takeaway half burned into black colour and when i mention them the chicken over burned the staff behaviour was rude Very bad customer service.

Half my food was missing, I had to drive half a mile up the road to find the delivery driver food was cold and chips was uncooked when I phoned the shop the man hung up on me and was not interested not very happy very hungry family

My food was given to us very cold the delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door or ring the bell he just outside our house and it’s been given to me cold I tried to eat it but the food was cold so I would like a refund please

Had food delivered from here stone cold terrible wasted £15 never use them again. Used the uber eats website can’t complain can’t get hold of anyone won’t be using them either

Chips are soggy and on the cold side. I ordered a spicy chicken burger and got a plain chicken burger. I remember my last order the exact same thing happened. No longer my favourite place to go to.

Am soo disappointed in their coleslaw today usually when I order it’s home made coleslaw and u can tell, but not this time it was shop brought and didn’t taste nice such a shame as I crave their homemade coleslaw I would rather they say it’s out of stock then get given a shop brought one. It’s such a shame as their food is good they let themselves down with serving the coleslaw 😞

Ordered 18.25.estimated delivery times kept changing several times. Final estimate 20.02-20.25. Arrived at 20.15. Driver had to be directed by phone as he had no flat number.Restaurant not responding to phone calls. Food was luke warm, chips inedible

Website said they were open,went to get a meal and they were closed,just like the Chinese around the corner, good job the kebab shop was open, decent food and good price,all zeros due not being open.avoid on a Monday but will never go back there again due to the bad things I have heard.

never received the order. contacted Joe Joe's chicken and was told it was 8minutes away and the driver is on way, app was saying delivered I then phone Joe's Joe's 2 more times again and received no answer ordered food at 1520 it is now 1744 and still have no food with no explanation

Staff are quite rude when stocking shelves (you have to go round them) or they run into you

delivery driver turned up at 10.25pm ordered at 7.45pm after telling me he had been stuck at kfc collecting another order did not accept food. tried calling the reaturant 3 times no awnser

Score 0. Items missing from order, including part of children’s meal. Staff argued that they put the items in there and just told us to request refund therefore meaning the child had to go without.

food was cold ordered 20 pieces of chicken was all cold chips were cold and soggy and all the pieces of chicken were mainly wings. dissatisfied with this order as im ordering from here regular and food wasn't as good as it usually is.

we got confirmation our deliverywas out with the courierand was tracking his path, at first it appeared to drive in the wrong direction and then stop further away from us as well as stop for 10 minuteswhich added 10mins on too our delivery time that showed on JE. when the food finally arrived which too be fair was 6mins later than first said when with the driver (however it had been with the driver almost 20mins, hench cold food) the 6 strip meal only had 4 strips in it. NOT ACCEPABLE!!

Absolutely appalling service. This is twice I have ordered and my food hasn’t come, I was missing a whole meal, the first time they were so rude and refused to rectify and hung up on me. The second time I called the restaurant over 30 times with no luck getting through. Took over an hour to come. Very angry with this company. AVOID!!!!

Said it would be delivered between 7.15 and 7.35pm but turned up at 8pm. Wrong order when turned up, spoke to driver he said there was nothing he can. The food had spicy fries and coleslaw which we don’t like so went to waste. Tried ringing the restaurant 4 time and they did not answer once.

Thought I'd leave a review as Joe Joe's is on mind for tonight! Dropped in for a takeaway a couple of weeks back and really impressed with the fried chicken. Nice spice to the coating, crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. Fries were okay but not what I've was there for! Staff were friendly and efficient. Need to try the ribs, but a nice local takeaway

My daughter and her boyfriend went in and asked for a chick3n meal deal. They didn't add fries even though it they'd paid for it. And when they rang them to say what was missing they didn't answer.

Delivery time was put back 3 times, once the food arrived the chips were so cold so we threw them away & just ate the chicken. That was mediocre at the best but we were hungry. I used to order from here a lot then the last few times had a bad experience so didn’t order for a long time. Decided to give it a try again on the off chance it might have got better & it was awful. Don’t waste your money

Thought i would try this rather than KFC. wasn’t disappointed will order again.
