I went to the kebab shop they were very disrespectful and they didn’t talk to me in a good way

I’ve woken up with bad food poisoning

Excellent food excellent service I ordered a delicious wrap. Absolutely wonderful. I was too ambitious and ate it too fast. I started choking. I alerted the staff, every single one of them came to my aid and immediately helped me. Solved in 10 seconds. They were absolutely professional, helpful, and very nice about the whole thing. I even went back and finished my delicious wrap, still loved it. They truly are excellent chefs and professional restaurateurs. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would recommend the staff to anyone who needed help. They are truly wonderful guys. 10/10, will absolutely go back again.

Abusive staff. Used to think their food was great but tonight I saw a male staff member scream in some poor woman’s face because she didn’t hear him. Walked in the shop and some woman is been served, a man comes in tells her to move. She didn’t hear him the first time so he decides to get intimidating and gets in her face and screams at her “I AM STAFF. I WORK HERE FING MOVE” I would never eat here again. Can’t imagine the way the man is with women in his family if he speaks to a complete stranger like that !

Just had the regular lamb shish and chicken fillet burger. 10/10! The lamb was so soft and juicy, it fell apart. They put in the pita bread where it gets soaked in meat juices Absolutely delicious, was very impressed. Chicken fillet burger was good the breast was massive! With side garlic & chilli pots sauce come to £17. Worth every penny

Fighting in the kitchen, smoking in the kitchen, threats to kill between kitchen staff. Burger was good, cash only.

Very rude orded and ran to find out a ruff time on delivery and bloke on the phone was like what about it just seemed very rude customer service would not recommend using them or make sure you don't talk to them not happy Very slow

Best in Hastings .good quality value great workers and owner great service great food .even help the homeless gave me a 6 pound kabab instead of 8 pound realy nice friendly people

Shocking, chips are warm instead of piping hot, also no salt like i asked for. The wrap is the size of a mcdonalds meal.

The kebabs here are amazing, specially the kebab wraps and the sauces which they add too are really fantastic at the best price you would ever get for a fast food with great taste.

When we first started using them, they were brilliant but unfortunately we no longer use them as they've screwed our order up numerous times. No longer worth the previous 5 stars

Ordered at 7.45pm and at 9pm still nothing phoned up and they told us 5 mins. 9.45 and phoned again and they haven't even done our order absoulltly disgusting customer service didn't even apologise or anything we asked for a refund and to make it clear if that refund don't come back we will be down in person. We used you for years but now we never use you again! Terrible! 2 kebabs and chips seriously 2 hours!!!!

Bunch of idiots mixed up my kebab with my friends, I ended up with a mayo kebab which I hate, and he ended up with a chilli kebab, which he hates. DO NOT go here, unless you want your orders mixed up my inept human beings who cannot comprehend a simple order.

Had the best kebabs ever . The taste and quality of the food is top notch . Very neat and tidy , staff is very friendly . Best place in Hastings to have kebabs .

I've been using flames years and yes they have their ups and downs but who don't. I'd recommend flames grill any day and I'd vouch for them as been there customer for 19 years and counting

Had all salad with garlic sauce- really good portion size and so tasty. Out of many kebab shop salads and chips this one has always been my favourite and now I know they also do veggie burgers and vegan options! Staff was super kind and friendly! Definitey will be coming back thank you guys ! After a disappointing meal elsewhere I know where I’d be coming back to! Edit: another great portion of tasty salad and this time I tried veggie burger , tasty 😊

Would not recommend, was served literally hard grease ball about a tennis ball size, then the order that was redelivered was wrong.

it's clearly written "open until 2am" here... so why it is not? I spent money for fuel two times to go there and lost time!!! you guys close when I come 1:15am once and another time its open? Will you change it for 1am then? or f... around because someone at 1am feels like going home? Would be 5 stars but there are 3.

Always been a favourite until now. I ordered food at 9:30pm, they took payment from my card and at 11:30pm I still have no food and they haven’t been answering their phones. I understand busy times but this is a p**s take. Won’t be ordering again.

Service was great. But food was terrible. Chips were like cardboard & uneatable & so dry, must be the cheapest you could buy from the wholesalers. Chicken Kebab was like mince & was tasteless & the lamb was like rubber.. Salad was ok-ish Maybe need to go there when your drunk. Total waste of money & the walk to get there.. Threw it in the bin! I’m 55 & have eaten all over the world, & this is one of the worst meals (if it can be called a meal) I’ve ever had. Come on lads you can do better than this! Have any of you actually tasted what you’re selling?

Great food and even better customer service. Well worth a visit and unlike other late night take away outlets, this place actually has seating and even a customer focused security guard. Very bright, clean and modern environment, portion size good and price not over the top.

Disgusting customer service... over priced. Very disappointing. Over £30 for 2 meals.

This place gets 8/10 for its quality of food when you’re sober but 9/10 when you’re drunk. But I’d give them a 10/10 for the quality of bossman. Unbelievable.

Good prices and food tastes amazing

Delivered on time. Cold and nasty. Meat looked undercooked and tasted stale. One of the worse kebabs I've had in Hastings. I don't understand why I can't find a decent kebab anywhere. Why don't these places take pride in their cooking? The best part of the kebab was throwing it in the bin.

Just letting you lads know, both doors are open. If you lot are closing your shop, please make sure your shop/business is closed properly otherwise anyone could walk in ;)))

Worst customer service ever. Also smells really bad in there and doesn’t look comfortable at all. Furthermore, they wanted 7£ for a 15cm Pizza! Can’t rate the taste, because I didn’t buy it.

Disgusting establishment! Waited 2 hours for my partner and I to not receive food! Some chavvy girl on the end of the line eventually answered (after my boyfriend had called over 10 times) and just said “we’re closed darling”! Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to full time workers, don’t let this place steal your money!

Flames Grill has always been our favourite place for any time but this time we regretted. We were starving so we ate n left. But got a bit upset ☹️☹️☹️. It's a very clean and nice place 😁😁😁. We visited this place 3 years ago 🤣🤣🤣. We really enjoyed our kebab that time- quick service, tasty food and accurate order☺️☺️. But this time the staffs was struggling to take our order-so took longer to place the order n when food was ready the same guy added all salad which we didn't ask for. My kofte was really tasty 😋 but lamb doner was dry. We really hope they will try to improve in every way Good luck 🤠🤠🤠🤠

The pizzas were terrible, as if it was taken from the lidl or aldi. The delivery came without any sauce, forks or tissues. Worse food delivery ever. The pizzas were very dry.

Poor service, I felt the staff didn't care about my order. They laughed in my face when I asked about an menu item. They ignored me for quite a while, taking orders from other people who came in after me, even though I was the only one in the shop wearing a face mask. Then when I came home, I found a hair in my food. Not impressed with the service or the food.

Really grim, ordered a donner kebab from here a while back, quite a bit ended up going either in the bin or to my dog since it was so poor. Was very ill the next day, wouldn't surprise me if it had something to do with the food from this place. Stay away from this place at all costs

Okay so it was Friday after a few drinks in beautiful Hastings we had sampled the old town and had wandered into the “new” town for late food. We came across this establishment. I had the chicken kebab wrap one of my great regrets of this year spent most of Saturday close to a nearby bathroom. I usually have the constitution of a horse but this place defeated me !

One of the fewl places open to have food after 11pm in Hastings. If I knew better... I would have avoided the place. Had a chicken donner wrap and spent the rest of the night suffering from indigestion and stomach crambs. Not the best experience and I would avoid going

A very terrible kebab, I asked for a Gatlic mayo doner kebab. The blonde haired server after hearing my order, gave me a very hot chilli diner kebab. Which I found very incompetent, learn to do your job properly. YOU HAD ONE JOB!!!!

I don't understand the bad reviews, the place was so busy when I went there to pick up my order. Loved the food here! Their kebabs were lovely and full of flavour and their chips were perfect. Try it out for yourself

Absolutely amazing keebab. The guys serving were so lovely and went above and beyond to make me a vegetarian option for a keebab which was the best I've had. The lamb Donner that my mum had was lovely too and not at all greasy. Would highly recommend.

Nothing wrong with this place at all.

Popped in here at about 2am on a Saturday night. It was busy, but plenty of staff working. I ordered chips and they were ready instantly which was good. However, my friend ordered a pizza and he waited a good 20 minutes. When he asked, where's the pizza, they accused him of already taking it. I was watching them, they never even made a pizza in that timeframe. Deceitful. After another 10 or so minutes, they finally handed over a pizza.

Flames grill is good for food and it is open from 3 pm till 4am

Horrible!! Sick people have a poor dog living behind the shop being starved and chained up, service told us to F off. This place is sick!!! Don't eat from here!!!!

The chips were nice and service was quick but the lamb doner was very lamby I didn't like the taste at all and that's why I've given them 3 stars.

Good food but maybe have someone on the phone who can understand the postcode and order as very nearly gave up.
