staff members so slow!! worst maccies in the uk! staff members were casually chatting away while loads of customers are waiting for food! staff members are rude and thre my sauces at me. overall worst maccies ever better off not coming

The bar staff and manager create a toxic and unfriendly atmosphere. As do the front door staff. Try Moda, it is a very much more relaxed venue.

Just visited this place for the first time and I enjoyed it,good food and good choices too,will be going again spoke to the owner who was very friendly and helpful.

We were convinced the order wouldn't arrive. It was two hours late. We got onto uber eats after it being an hour late and spoke with them for an hour, thankfully they cancelled it for us. But the delivery arrived a few minutes before they cancelled. The food was microwaved. We reckon they forgot about our order and when we called they realised and reheated it. And now we have the uber driver standing outside our house because she obviously thinks we've said it hasn't arrived for a refund. Sorry. But the restaurant did this, when we called they said 10 mins away. All a bit weird. Now we have an uber stalker. I don't blame the driver, they work hard in awful weather etc, but it was only fair we were refunded. Terrible experience. Microwaved food.

Great old style cafe/bakery foods good and at a decent price also got some tasty treats to bring home with us very yummy .Definitely recommend we always come here when in Hastings.

We went to this restaurant, now Taste of Vitality, as the chef had a great reputation for Indian food. The menu was fabulous however one hour later we were still waiting for our food. Not a poppadoms in sight! We managed to drink our bottle of wine. People before us were just about to leave as they had to wait an hour for their food and we’re over charged. We were eventually served with food that was not ours and they took it back to take to the other party. There were only 3 tables occupied in the restaurant! We paid for our wine and left.

Always a delightful spot and great service, one of me and my wife’s favourite places to visit. Great in the summer months

This subway is really good. Very quick service from Adam. He was fantastic, very friendly and polite, and will be coming back again.

After spending far too long in the near by museum, (the palmists had us hooked) we came out to all the food vendors finished and shut. BUT we were so lucky that all the wonderful staff at 3 Souls in a Bowl re opened to feed us all. We all had a fabulous meal freshly cooked and drinks brought to us from their VW !! We all had different dishes and not a scrap was left!!

Utterly dreadful. Ordered the food (for delivery) at 7pm - was told it would arrive at 8:15... it arrived at 9pm (45 mins late) when it did finally arrived it was stone cold. That’s not the worst though. The standard of food was dreadful. Dry, chewy Aromatic Duck. Fatty, anaemic ribs. Greasy prawn toast. The ‘salt and pepper’ shrimp were totally inedible. Overcooked so when you tried to peel them they just fell to dust. The smell (of these prawns) also meant that you were not compelled to even eat the dust!! The rice was OK. The noodles were Ok.... that said - it was all stone cold.... sorry - I rarely leave negative feedback but I am rather upset by this. I tried calling the restaurant 6 times during the wait... no call was answered.... seriously everyone - avoid those one like the plague!!!
