Subway in Hastings

This subway is really good. Very quick service from Adam. He was fantastic, very friendly and polite, and will be coming back again.

I was very impressed with the quality of my meal, fresh veg and tasty meat. Service very friendly and professional, always pleasure to chat with cashier A. My teenager son often visits the place, and I trust Subway that he gets proper meal. Highly recommended.

During lunch hours, there are a lot of customers, but thanks to the efficient and professional service, the waiting time is short. A big plus is the clean place. If I'm in Hastings again, I'll definitely be back.

Waited for over an hour to have a driver assigned. No Calls, no nothing. My order was cancelled with no explanation. Deport the lot of them, scum!

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit this place several times. The food is always fresh and tasty. During lunch hours, there are a lot of customers, but thanks to the efficient and professional service, the waiting time is short. A big plus is the clean place. If I'm in Hastings again, I'll definitely be back.

Great value for money, polenty to choose from. Fast and friendly staff. Cleanest toilet in the town. All together I highly recommending to eat in Subway Hastings!

Done a Uber eats order I put it through at 11:45am it's 1:17pm and still being told its on its way. I literally ordered one sub 🙄 how long does It take my home is a 5 min drive from the place 20 walk. Awful service been told there's one stop before me for 40 + mins.

Ordered for delivery 2 foot long subs..1 chicken and bacon and 1 meatball, both toasted. You would of thought at least the meatball one would of been hot. Well I kid you not the both were straight out the fridge cold. If I drove they would of been wearing the meatball one. The chicken and bacon one only had bacon in half of it. Absolutely no excuse for it, after all who eats cold meatballs. I will be going in there over the weekend to let them know as well.

Complete and utter rip off. Ordered a share portion of Dorito nachos and a large portion of their crinkle wedges on Deliveroo. The Dorito Nachos weren’t even Doritos, just some cheap and tasteless substitute. There was basically no cheese and about one tablespoon of salsa and chillis. The portion size was essentially a single packet of crisps which had been opened, scattered and spread out thinly to try and cover the bottom of the box. It wasn’t even heated (clearly no point as they didn’t use any cheese to melt.). The crinkle wedges was nowhere near a large portion, it was pathetic and freezing cold. The delivery time was about 3 minutes, so it was not an issue of deliveroo, the food was clearly stone cold when it left. Will make a complaint also to the main Subway website as this franchise is clearly deliberately fleecing people and providing next to nothing in order to boost their own profits at customers expense.

This places food is amazing. I suggest the Italian 6 inch bread with bacon and chicken I would give it 10 if I could. Brilliant service, very fast and very filling.

Ordered via just eat a footlong meal for my lunch. Obviously hungry. Order arrived not only was the driver rude I was missing items off of my meal. I rung Subway and the abrupt and rude member of staff told me there was nothing they could do to bring me my drink, cookie and crisps!! I paid over £13 for this meal and it's stone cold and half of it missing. I will not be ordering from here again. Get some staff that actually check your meals before sending them out out with the drivers. It doesn't take long to double check.

Seems like they don't care. If you are serving a customer then put a smile on your face and there is nothing to lose. Serving us like we are from space. I have been a regular at this place until new changes, and this visit could be our last. Vegetarians, make sure they switch the gloves, they don't care if you are vegetarian or not, using the same gloves for meat and veggies.I am not visiting this place anymore. Visit this restaurant from time to time, it is one of 3 Subways in the Hastings and St Leonards Area. One of the others is in the Town Centre and the other in the One Stop, Silverhill, St Leonards. This one is in the same building as Hastings College and it is in the forecourt of Hastings Station. It is the largest of the 3.It does become very busy at lunchtimes in term time due to the college students and staff, but it is open on Saturdays and during college holidays as well. The menu is the same as in other Subways and Salads are availableas an alternative to subs.

In such a hurry i couldn't even place my whole order. Even that was imcomplete. Rubbish and more rubbish. Will never use again.

I always treat people as I'd like to be treated. The lady who served me had obviously run over her own puppy or something, as it was apparent the favour she did me by serving took her away from something better. Good sandwich though.

Asked Italian herb, opened it when I left hearty Italian. Asked for a little marinara got loads. Asked for extra grated cheese scoop as half full not worth 30p. Asked for 2 sauces at the end a little of each but got loads at one end and none at the other.

Visited with my wife on a few occasions. Place is always busy due to location. Never had a problem,orders have been correct and place seems tidy. Staff are friendly..would recommend unless it is lunch time and you need a seat...

Open early and with friendly staff this was exactly what I wanted for breakfast. I enjoy that they have egg and salads.

It's a credit to the brand. Small venue, hard to find a seat, but the sandwich was as good as I made it. All big Subway fans in this house and loved these ones.

La comida es como cualquier otro metro. El comedor estaba muy sucia. Sí, era la hora del almuerzo. La señorita no caminar para empezar a limpiar las mesas. Ella frota una y fuimos. Al lado de colegio grande con ibeing aumentó el número de el tiempo.

Food is Ok, staff are never very friendly which I don't understand, would make it a nicer experience if staff were better. Very cramped if you want to sit inside.

Literally a huge joke. Staff are rude, food is poor quality, "veggie patty" is just a mush of god knows what. Sandwiches over filled and drowned in sauce, squeezed together then chucked in paper. I know its not nice working in fast food, ive had my fair share, however, this is on some next underground level its that low.

Tastes like every subway I have had and every time I regret having it very bland and all tastes the same. If only the subs actually looked like the advertised subs :-( to be honest you better of not bothering they not particularly that cheap and definitely not that good

Came here for a quick bite to eat as we had vouchers for a good offer.

The place was clean and the food looked to be of good quality with a range of breads to choose from. Could take away or sit down, but the place is cramped. Good value for money. Overall, happy with my choice.
