Connection Kebab House in Hastings

Very disappointed. .was my favourite kebab takeaway but unfortunately went worse..I jus ordered a lamb shish and honestly I didn't know what kind of meat was and so small..4 small pieces and a soggy piece of pitta😕.. 😔 never again.

Dreadful, placed order at 1858, food arrived at 2057 and was cold. Rang shop twice only to be told it has left. The state it was in, it was clear it had been in a car for a long time and definitely not in a bag to keep it warm

The food arrived stone cold. I called at 5.55pm as it was expected at 5.40pm, and was told the driver left 10 minutes ago. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to me. The food didn't arrive until 6:15pm, 35 minutes late. If the driver left when he did, then it's no wonder it was stone cold. I called again, although I got an apology, I had no explanation as to what happened. I went on the App as advised, which gave me a mere £3 credit. I found the whole experience hugely frustrating.

Chicken Shish Wrap - Never a dissapointment

Asked for a dinner wrap no salad came with salad on and the chips was really greasy. Won’t be ordering again

food is so good , salad is really fresh , missed the mozzarella sticks but then delivered 10 mins later overall very happy

We have used connection for years. Never had a bad dinner but tonight it wasnt hot and the shish had very minimal salad in it, not like normal.

Cold. Late. Remaining stars are for a chili sauce that was actually spicy

the garlic sauce was tasteless and like water , the lamb was dry , chips were soggy . worst kebab I've had in a while , won't ever order again from here .

Food came did not have chips we ordered, the mixed kebab was cold had no salad that was ordered either not very good at all and waited almost 1h45minutes over the the estimated time of delivery

What can I say, what a shocking service I have had tonight. Over an hour and a half for a kebab, called a few times saying they are 2mins away but waited 20mins still nothing so I called again and the guy was rude and hung up on me. The pitta was covered in oil and soggy. Used to always use these but I won’t be doing this again.

Best chicken donor kebab I've had for a long time...will now be using connection kebab more often. 👍

food del late, was cold, onion rings were in a very soggy brown paper bag had to pick the paper of the rings not impressed, will put me of ordering again.

Sorry but disappointed. Order was late. And when food arrived, portion was much smaller. compared to other places we’ve ordered from. Dry and only a small tub of salad. Don’t think it worth the £22.00 Inc delivery that I paid. My first Just Order eat that I have been disappointed with. 😞

Food was great but delivery was 30 minutes late. It's not a problem and delivery from here is usually on time.

No where as good as last time a few months ago. The donner meat was thick and seemed to have quite a few small bits of bone and gristle

What a joke, ordered for delivery 45-55min wait, 1hr 30 later I drove to the shop to pick it it up and it was just being finished, get home and the food was rank, like a dead donkey and been slapped in some pittas

Order took over 1.5 hours.. couldn’t get a hold of restaurant and what turned up was burnt AND just warm... Absolutely furious I love this place and they’ve always been great what on earth is going on there?! Basic communication at the least should be easy I would have understood and offered to collect if it was busy! It’s a good job the delivery driver was someone I happened to know because I’m furious i was just going to bed when he knocked! Never known service like it!

First time trying this place and will not be the last. Such lovely lads, pleasant conversations as they prepared the food. The chicken shish was cooked to perfection and decent portion sizes for the price you pay.

This after many orders was by far the worst. Doner was tiny bits full of grease and not the usual big cut pieces. Resembled scraps unfit to eat. Sorry guys, honesty is best policy. I’ll give you a miss for a while

Really disappointed with this shop! We always used to get our kebabs from here as we thought they were the best in town but we certainly won’t be going back. A few weeks ago we ordered a couple of kebabs. We paid cash on delivery and when we unpacked our food my husbands kebab was squashed. It was a mess, looked like someone had sat on it. I rung up the shop and they offered a new one which we had to wait for, or a free kebab on our next order. So this evening we fancied a kebab and we knew we had a free one to come. When the order came, I paid cash. When we unpacked our food it was an absolute joke. On the free kebab that my husband got there was no salad on there, hardly any Meat and two pots of sauce. And there was hardly no cheese on the chips. I rung them up and they said they could send a box of salad but it would be 30-45 minutes. My husband then rung them and said to them that by the time his salad gets here (which is one of most enjoyable parts for him) his kebab would be cold. So he asked them that when they send the salad could they send a fresh kebab and they take the cold one away. Their response was that he had already had a free kebab and they didn’t have any doner meat left, bearing in mind they didn’t shut until midnight and it was only 9.30. So he said he would have a refund instead for the order and they hung up. We are now trying to get hold of them and they won’t pick up the phone. They have answered a few times but when they realise it’s him they hang up.

My go to Kebab & burger take out! (And ive tried all the long standing ones in hastings i.e. erols, kebab centre) Consistently brilliant and food always amazing.

Good was hot, cooked well, tasted nice. Delivery stated between 615-630, but arrived at 6. Delivery guy was friendly and made the effort to have a quick chat with my son. Can’t fault anything.

we thought the garlic mushrooms would be deep fried in bread crumbs but not only fried with garlic souse on top .

Love the new interior design and as for the food, they have no competition! Best of service with the most friendly of staff. Just make sure you bring cash for payment.

at first the delivery driver came to the door with the neighbours order we opened it up and called the resturant which is when we found out that it was the neighbours order, the driver turnt back and we gave him the bag back and he just gave the bag straight back to the neighbour ( extremely wrong!) he should’ve at least checked it after it’s been in someone else’s house. When we eventually got our actual order it was cold
