The chicken doner wrap was huge and stuffed full. The small wrap did me two days. Really good customer service. Food arrived hot. Delivery driver was lovely too. I have used this place for years and will keep going back.

We have been going here for years. The guys in there are really friendly and always have a chat. The food is really good and hot. All the normal kebab shop options served with plenty of salad and option of pitta or wrap. All served at a good price too. We will certainly continue to go there for many more years

Ordered a delivery from here through deliveroo and was informed that it would be delivered by 11pm, waited till 11.15pm then phoned but they never answered. Eventually had to contact deliveroo and they could not contact then either , and the kept showing the order was on its way. The order was cancelled by deliveroo, just absolute terrible service from this business , one to avoid.

Good kebabs in central Silverhill. Parking available in small lay-by outside. Friendly service from staff. Cash only venue so either pay cash when collecting or use just eat and collect.

Food so bad, couldn't eat! Awful chips, rubbish, poorly cut and cooked meat. Never again!!

Ordered 2 large kebabs at 18.19pm said delivery was 19.05pm still waiting at 19.30pm. Called to ask where it was and they said we are just preparing it now be ready to leave in 10mins so nearly 2hours for 2 kebabs? Will NOT order from these people again as every time I do it's late and stone cold.

Gone downhill, 1 guy behind the counter has bad attitude, you’re better off walking 5 minutes down the road to Batman grill, better quality food, quicker service, and really polite, plus there shop is grotty and dirty, and who in today’s day and age doesn’t take contactless payment. Seem to make up their prices as they go along, £10 for some doner meat and chips. Really, get a life guys I shan’t be using you again. Learn what customers service is.

As usual the food was amazing, plus hubby left his wallet in there shop so one of the guy's tracked our daughter down through Facebook to get it back to him, now that's 100% plus service

Absolutely awful! Waited 1:30mins for food! Was stone cold when arrived, rang company for refund as they refused and started getting rude as we refused free burgers! Also having conversations with other staff while we was talking to them. They started raising their voice at us! Will never use again!!!!!! They have no customer service

Not a good experience. They did not listen to my order, to busy talking, got my order wrong and offered to change it but I had already waited 20 minutes, I will not be using them again.

Food was tasty, but the slice of cheese I ordered arrived without its cellophane packaging and in a paper bag in between hot food. Made my day watching my colleague try and scrape the melted cheese off the paper.

We ordered lamb doner wraps. Honestly I never saw anything like this before. Poorly cut meat, hardly any salad, watery sauce wrapped in TWO BREADS! Never again.

Never ever ever ever ever eat in this place they think raw chicken is okay don’t poison your family just for a I have ordered from here twice now. Both times i have ordered the family meal 1. The first time it was burnt and cold. Thought that I would give them the benefit of the doubt and order again. Ordered the same meal, started eating and the chicken shish is pink!!!!. Called and they have said that this is FINE. pushed the chicken to one side carried on eating the rest and then their was HAIRS. called to let them know of the problem to be told that I was a headache and they don't have this colour hair BEFORE telling them what colour it was. they then started to shout and swear down the phone, refusing to do anything about the problem I have said sorry what more do you want to my reply be in I now have to go and cook dinner for my family who cannot eat the £25 meal that I have just bought from you to which again he said I’ve said sorry what more do you want you are a headache don’t order from us again I will not be ordering from them again and I would advise anyone reading this not to order because anyone that can serve chicken a pink and think that’s okay it should not be in the food industry I will be taking this further to food hygiene as I do not feel they should be open as a restaurant in this crisis at the moment all I wanted to do was give my family a nice little treat and forget about the coronavirus for five minutes But what they have managed to do is make my evening so upsetting that my blood sugar levels have dropped to 4 which anyone who is diabetic will know that he is becoming dangerous I have now got to try and sort that out whilst cooking my kids dinner at 7:30 at night thanks to this place with them thinking that this is okay to treat their customers please go somewhere else there is plenty of good kebab shops around including Mr pizza and Batman grill there is no need to visit connections to risk your family’s life with pink chicken

Exactly what was needed after a house move. Popped in here for a small doner - served within 2 minutes. Walked out with a doner with loads of meat, lots of salad and all for £5.

Had a doner last night. Not as good as our usual visit here. The large kebab was the same size as the small. The amount of salad was excessive and the meat given on the large was less than the small.

The other reviews look very fishy. The place does standard kebab food. Could do with a new sign out front.

Was in need for a meal, looked everywhere and could not find anything for my liking. Found this place, chaps was lovely, had a mix of individual shish meal in one and got a good deal. Nothing like gokyuzu bit it did us all good. Therfore I would recommend this place highly

When i lived in hastings i went here once a week.. for 10 years.. its a tradition for me.. so tasty! Always nicw to talk to too; if you go in and get your food!

Got 2 burgers a kids meal and a kebab.the salad was missing from the kebab ordered, also the meat was pretty pink looking (undercooked)chilli sauce was weak, it tasted like watery mushed up plumb tomato. The large Chips were limp and soggy. Pretty tasteless. Will not be using again thats for sure. Shame as it took custom from our usual. Batman grill. Would like to do minus stars. Just an update! The very next day I had serious gut problems and had the jogs. Steer clear unless you want to be ill over the new year.

Really..Really good grub and great staff.. warm and affectionate people who would do absolutely anything to satisfy a need. I admire the patience of staff with some idiots It can't be easy.

We always order for delivery takeaway. Always on time. Food is always piping hot and plenty of it. Salad comes in a separate box so your meet stays nice and warm. A nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Filled a rather large gap in ma belly. Tasty, hot, plentiful. They seem to have a good mix of spices on the lamb spit. Best kebab in town IMHO.

Always order the special which is enough two people always hot and prompt and good price. theres kebab shops nearer to me but quality is better here.

Customer service was good, but found to be rather expensive for your typical kebab compared to others around the town and forgot part of my order but found out by the time we got home by then there would of been no point

Disgusting food. I had a hair in my kebab the manager was awful and rude. Said I would've a refund then told me he wouldn't also the driver lied and said there was no food in my box there was a full box of rubbish food with hair.

Love their doners! Well cooked, fresh ingredients, tasty flavoured sauces, not at all greasy. Price is great and staff are really friendly and chatty. Our regular for a kebab.

Poor customer journey from Connections from the start as they took 10 minutes to process my order via telephone, 1 hour and a half to deliver the takeaway after having to be reminded twice by telephone that we were waiting and to be abused after cancelling your order leading to an angry confrontational man at your door. Never order from this company, terrible service!

We regularly get food from here on a Friday night and it's always fresh, quick and delicious. The staff are always polite and friendly. You won’t find better in or around Hastings/St Leonards.

Ordered two large chicken kebabs , asked salad and got a box of lettuce each asked no onion but guess what we got it no cabbage tomaoe or cucumber but wait for it .... It gets better the chicken was raw . Rang up and just blagged his way out of it AVOID unless you won't food poisoning

I always order from Connection, the food is delicious and the chefs and delivery drivers are always polite and courteous. The food arrives on time, if not before, and is always hot. I've tried other kebab houses but these really are the best. I can't recommend Connection highly enough.

I'd avoid ordering from here, me and my friend both got sick and were vomiting about an hour after eating a doner kebab. Not impressed, and this was before I even started drinking!

Great tasty food and delivery was alot faster than expected as they delivered to us at Combe Haven holiday park which was great. Delivery guy was a nice chap and made it an easy transaction. We had the family no 1 deal and was not disappointed. Nice tender keybab meat selection with all the trimmings. Going to recommend this place 😊
