McDonald's in Hastings

My son went at lunch time to day to eat in as it was raining outside he order his food and then looked for a seat there was no food so he found a table with no chairs and stood up To eat his lunch before heading back to college he was eating his lunch and one off your staff came up saying you can not eat there but there was no were else to eat and and there was others standing and eating he had no choice to walk from that McDonald's to the town with his food no bag was offered to carry it out and he had to go to the indoor centre to finish his lunch. He dose not under stand why he has adhd and learning difficulties so he is confused. This is disgusting behaviour 😤

I waited 2 hours, I phoned the restaurant after an hour of waiting they told me my order was ready but no drivers. Another hour passed and food was cold and like eating cardboard

All food was stone cold...... Missing drink from meal, missing condiments...... Not impressed

Lovely polite driver.Food was hot and the drinks were intact.very impressive.

We order 4 pineapple sticks and only got one and 3 carrots sticks.

the driver was very carefully delivering the food he didn't spill any of the drinks at all when most usually do

Our food arrived on time I give the code over to the delivery guy and he gave me the bags I opened up the bag to discover the wrong order.

I asked for asap and 45mins later it arrived lukewarm. I forgot how cool the food is delivered and chips were horrid.

Some of my food was missing and both drinks were tipped out and left on my door step not happy at all

Again, missing items and wrong food. Chips always come cold and hard. Although generally most of the time it’s ok. Better if you can get to the restaurant yourself. This time had to drive out and get missing items as just eat customer service responds within 24 hours, and kids didn’t get what they wanted.

Every time I have an order with dip as a requirement I never ever get the dips so even if I don't want them I can't have order without them surely if you see chicken you should know to add them must just be to lazy to add or read the order properly sort it out. I will be making a complaint as this has happened for years and my chips were cold

It was the worst muffin I’ve ever tasted. It was also cold. Literally nothing mighty about it.

The order ws late. I requested 3 bbq sauce and 2 sweet and sour. I received 4 bbq sauce and one sweet and sour. The drinks were spilled and the large fries boxes were only half full. We paid for large.

I have only received chips, but no burgers !!!!!!!

It was delivered to wrong address and never truned up when we phoned McDonald's we twice had someone rude on the phone told us it was not their problem then hung up we did get a refund in the end from just eat how could this of happened when you order you get a order code that driver ment to ask for I do not recommend this McDonald's in Hastings very rude

It's filthy could do with a good clean. It's the dirtiest Mcdonald I have ever been in. I refuse to eat in it again. One near sainsbury is much nicer.

Absolutely shocking! Food took 1 hour 10 mins, more than half the food wasn’t even there and the food that was there was cold. Absolutely appalling

Big mac meal and a double cheese burger, despite it being busy somehow i managed to recieve cold food, didn't feel great after eating cold burgers as you can imagine but there you go I'll try pick another fast food outlet next time im in a rush

Bought for a family in need over 100 miles away and it was so easy to do with you well done MC Donald's and Uber eats

Every delivery I get there is something wrong absolute joke this time was a whole big tasty meal, absolutely usless.

Apart from not getting any sausage with order obviously dont want it now as my daughter eating what did get but would appreciate some form of refund or something

Utterly disgusting racism displayed by a man who was on duty around 5 PM yesterday. The way he treats people of color and the way he frowns when you try to speak to him is just appalling. Afterward, he smiles and quickly assists people of his own color. I’m not sure if he’s a manager, but he was wearing a white shirt and was on shift yesterday January 2, 2025, around 5 PM. Some of the food was cold and one of the fries was not cooked, so I had to put in the bin.

My food was all cold! I ordered food for lunch time for my daughter to eat but took so long to be delivered so she’s now had to have it for dinner!! It took almost 3 hours to get here!! Food is freezing cold and bags where all wet and ripped!! So now my daughter has a cold dinner! Fuming to be honest..!!!
