Excellent bar - restaurant right on the square! Really attentive and polite staff, we didn’t eat but the food looked lovely. Recommend 100%

2 Hours 15 minutes to deliver. When quoted 1 hour. No contact from restaurant. Very poor service.

Very unkind personel. We were told to be seated next to the door, because we brought our dog. It was very cold over there. The table was full of dirty dishes which they didn’t bother to clean up, whilst there were 3 people of staff and they had nothing to do, because there were no clients at all. Quality of coffee very mediocre as well as the sweet and savoury snacks.

Worker eating chips from the cooker last night and appears he does it all the time whilst serving customers. Absolutely disgusting

The waitress was sat on a bar stool when we arrived, looking at her phone. She momentarily stopped to look us up and down then resumed Facebook. We sat on some broken down chairs that had old cushions stuffed in the broken rattan, then moved to slightly less uncomfortable chairs but with a dirtier table. Once we'd been served our small, cold wrong eggs breakfast I used the bathroom. It was 0930 in the morning. You look at the pictures attached. Never go. It's dreadful

I had a very lovely experience with the lady in the store. Very very lovely food very hot very tasty perfectly seasoned.

Here for breakfast, friendly staff, attentive service. The pub serves a good value well cooked breakfast for a good value price.

Pretty dismal display from the chippy today, average sausage and the chips were lowkey wet and cold. I will not be returning sainos meal deal would have sorted me better. I’m fuming now I think about it, I could have had some sodding skips.

Absolutely disgusting rock hard fried bread black pudding and to make it worse cold after waiting ages. Coffee machine not working. Avoid and fire the chef.

Terrible service and rude staff. Molly was very rude, if we are not allowed to bring in food even though we ordered coffee, she could at least say it in a polite way, we have kids with us, and the was she spoke to us, telling us off is our of order. Starbucks liphook, you have the the most terrible and poor customer service I have encountered in my 20+ years of working in hospitality.

Not the best. Kebabs very, very greasy. We had a doner kebab and a chicken kebab. Chicken was more like minced chicken not sliced or chunks. Kebab van is better. We only went elsewhere tonight due to how busy it was

I work a few doors down and have to share a car park with them. Everyday now I have to remove their rubbish from my car which they just dump in the car park. Their attitude towards the businesses and people around this is absolutely discussing. Food and service isn't as good as it used to be if I'm honest but they could be worse. I welcome you, Warrens, to come and talk to me about this!
