We where not really sure where is good to eat in petersfield, and so just popped in here as on the square and had seats outside ( lovely sunny day) We went to the back garden, which was actually was a bit dull so moved back to the front. ( much nicer) The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The service was fantastic. Lunch was Delicious. The goats cheese salad ( without ham as veggies) was great, and the best chips ever! All in all a good little find

Felt very rushed by member of staff when being served. Tried to find a clean table ,the chairs are all heavily stained, the tables really worn .The flooring very stained and dirty, The toilet so discusting, refused to use. The whole shop needs a good refit. The Sandwich cheese and ham toastie for over £5 was ok and the Latte was cold. This is the worst Costa I have ever been in .Very disappointed.

Me and my nephew had a wonderful experience at Oties the other day. We ordered waffles and pancakes as well as coffee and smoothies. The portion sizes were very generous and are worth the price. The smoothie was delicious and the coffee wasn't bitter. There was quite a bit of choice for food options such as baguettes and cakes. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, they and were more than happy to bring anything we needed to the table. It's definitely worth visiting for a treat.

Extremely disappointing to say the least. We like supporting local small businesses but after trying the counter several times it lacks anything of convenience and we will never be going back for the following reasons: 1. They seem to make up about 4 sandwiches daily and rely on selling solely those concoctions without any variation or ability to make up fresh sandwiches with the ingredients i’d actually like. 2. Don’t bother going in past midday as they’ll have little left out - a little confusing for a spot that would surely be ideal for lunch. 3. Not fresh ingredients. Likely due to the above, sitting in “the counter” all day for that one person who likes that exact obscure creation. 4. Relatively uninterested staff who don’t seem to know a thing about welcoming anyone into their business or care if they spend money. All in all a sad experience, I cannot see how you can keep the lights on with a business model so vague and unenthusiastic. I hope management really take note of the above as this sentiment is echoed by many in Grayshott. Until then - avoid and go to any of the other small coffee shops or even, dare I say it, the BP garage - you’ll have a better experience.

Visited with friends for lunch. Nice weather. Country pub. Ample parking. Good ambience. Friendly staff. Food reasonable. And then dessert arrived. When it said ‘White Chocolate and Raspberry Arctic Roll with a summer berry salad’ on the menu we envisaged a nostalgic return to puddings of our youth with a modern culinary twist. Perhaps a thick wedge of sponge or meringue encased ice cream with entwined spirals of jam. With a summer berry salad consisting of a veritable cocktail of blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and a dusting of syrup and icing sugar. What arrived was essentially the result of a trip to Iceland (the shop, not Reykjavik) with tinned strawberries. Perhaps the £8.50 cost incorporates some kind of import tariff from the actual Arctic Circle where it is handcrafted by Inuit people before shipping to Hampshire only on the day we visited the chef decided to take a day off. Yes I appreciate this is a first world problem. Having used this pub for years this is a decent pub with friendly staff but the food isn’t living up to its price tag or previous standards I’m afraid.

Absolutely disgusting rock hard fried bread black pudding and to make it worse cold after waiting ages. Coffee machine not working. Avoid and fire the chef.

It was apparent that this place has had a welcome facelift at some point in the recent past. Unlike previous occasions when it looked tired and scruffy. This time every thing was shiny, spick and span. The display fridges were well stocked. I had turmeric and ginger shots that were available to boost immunity. Service at the desk was efficient and I got my order of Americano coffee with oat milk served promptly. The toilets too were clean. Pure pleasure to have stopped here.
