McDonald's in East Hampshire

Waiting for 25 minutes in my car to get the order( one double cheeseburger and one Big Mac)!!!! The excuse is sorry we don’t have salad!

Stopped for a takeaway tea before a long day at work.

Soo slow. Thought it was fast food!? Late night would consider giving it a pass.

Overall was quite happy, not to bad service. It is what it is.

With a keen eye for health and safety, McDonalds is the perfect place to dine out with your mates when you can't remember their names, and standing upright is challenging at 2am

Wrong food order delivered, had to go in and sort it out.

It's Maccy D's... the burgers & fries & stuff were your good ol' McDonald's fare quickly prepared and presented, as usual. All good. The only quibble is that, when the line of self ordering screens are all in use, this creates a barrier between the door and the loos.

Staff seem to be struggling a bit, felt like a bit more control was needed from whoever was in charge.

We went through the drive through and my son accidentally dropped the food but the staff were kind to replace it.

Fairy small roadside McDonald's, but it wasn't too busy and service was quick and good. I wish the WiFi didn't require a text message to get online, as I didn't have any mobile signal

No mobile signal so no WiFi so no app/points.. food ok.. staff nice

I don’t know how much money McDonalds can save by not filling up the glass or serving salad, for which I’ve paid about 3.5£ , just few leaves. The salad box is small but that poor amount of salad in that small box is an embarrassment for that place. There are ni other options there so they can save money in food not served to the clients. I reckon… half salad for me, the other half for someone else and there you go … double the profit. That place is an embarrassment. IF TOU CAN AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

As McDonalds goes, this is quite a good motorway stop off. Inside is kept clean and tidy. Plenty of parking.

Chicken burgers without chicken was exactly what I wanted on my dinner break

Ordered a plain burger and it came frozen with onions, sent it back and they gave me full toppings still cold. Awful cooks clearly can't read a receipt. Lastly when I went there was a full bus of loud and rude people and the staff did nothing to stop them from taking up the while restaurant and jumping queues.

Quick Service. Neat and Tidy. Enough space for hang out.

It's a fast food place so I get that things get done quickly but if I get a big Mac, I at least want most of the burger! How do you explain a single patty no filling big Mac?? Pt2 I'm an idiot and went back, no bacon in the big mac as per receipt, multiple selects missing and cold chips. Why is the MacDonalds so bad, it shouldn't be that hard to count.

Order was wrong and of very poor quality. This must be the slowest McDonald's in the UK. Remember when you could go in and get a meal in 1 minute. We be prepared to wait and if you drive through you will be parked

It’s McDonald’s but better, Brazil takes the standard and ups it, you have to have to cheese dip bowl

The waiting times at this McDonald’s is terrible, they say on the board that your food is ready to collect but you still wait an average of 10 min

Dropped in on way to Kent, had coffee and breakfast roll. Nice clean and quick service!

Tried the double quarter pounder deluxe was very nice but you can't beat the original

We ordered breakfast at 11:57 on their buggy App and put it through as Click & Serve to parking bay 7. The App kept saying no Internet connectivity despite my phone having good 4G signal. We drove into the drive-thru instead, but due to small queue we didn't get to the speaker until 11am. We read over our order code and the server said they couldn't put it through as it was after 11am! They claimed that they throw away the breakfast food at 11am (seriously? what a shocking waste) and that's why they can't accept the order. We then had to wait in the drive-thru with no order to get out. We will never go to this place again. Shocking customer service!

Feeling robbed..... Ordered a large double quarter pounder meal, only to get down the road to find i was given a single. Strawberry milkshake tasted more like banana. Service is very slow. It's supposed to be fast food.... get a grip. Also don't forget to contact me to reimburse the difference between the meals where you robbed me??

Something bad happened with cleaning here..just miserable toilets, not cleaned garbage bins outside the new restaurant

Really dissappointing. This is a very new store. Service was fast. However the food is not served hot. The burgers and hot apple pies were barely warm. They were not time stamped. In the food industry this is not acceptable as bacteria breed on warm food. There is a warning on the apple pies "caution hot" . They were nothing like hot and unpleasant to eat. Clearly not cooked fresh. What a waste of money

Very Clean. Cold Chips. Service was OK, but have to use the Touch Screens to order the food You can't just order at the counter and speak to a Human.

My drive through experience today at 1.55pm was mixed, the girl on the till was very polite but the girl who gave me my order was very rude, practically threw it at me and slammed the window as quickly as possible

Lovely polite staff, spotless dining area, toilets immaculate, food delicious

Food was warm and tasty. It was quick to the customer and the order was correct. There was only one working toilet though. Overall I would recommend if you are passing. The hash brown was 👌

Drive through experience This unfortunately is a questionable mcdonalds. How long has it been open? Maybe they're still learning. We got the whole wrong food order, then received ours without dips (the free AND paid for dips) and napkins They got the Fanta with no ice correct though We also saw 5 rats in the service station car park, not directly at mcdonalds, I'll admit, but running around!! Yikes

'm not a big fan of fast food, but I sometimes use their services. What can I recommend or not recommend!? everyone has free will and the right to choose

McDonald's at its best. Bloody awful

Something isn’t right at this restaurant. I have had to call McDonald’s head office twice to point out several problems since it opened. I pass through the drive in with my work team several times a week and invariably they get our order wrong. The person taking the order at the drive through sounds like he doesn’t want to be there. The tills have been down, and for the last month the menu screens for the drive in have been broken so you can’t see what you would like to order which makes the whole process pointless. Whoever runs this franchise is making a joke of the food chain. We have been using McDonald’s for years, it’s convenient, fast food and decent coffee but we are using our local bakery instead from now on.

Went here the other day and was served by a brilliant young man, who was really friendly. He had brown hair and his name was Jacob. Super lovely guy and really made the experience for me and my family. Would 100% recommend the staff here are brilliant.

Used a couple of times on our way home from visiting family, all was good on our visits

Was the friendliest McDonald's we've ever been to. Staff were very polite and shared jokes with us. Wasn't one staff member who wasn't friendly or happy. Well done 👏 would definitely recommend 👍

Ideal place to stop on my way back to my parents in Hounslow as it's at the Liphook Services on the A3 northbound. I've stopped here a few times now. Always nice food. 🙂

It's fast food alongside a fast road, can be convenient but not expected to be a destination....

I was the witness of disgusting thing. Back of their kitchen, a person dropped burger to the floor by accident and instead of to put it ine a bin, that person put it in a box for a delivery. I did complaint but they didn't mind. Disgusting!!!

As a McDonalds should be but always check your order. Normally missing an item or two. Staff are really nice and always friendly.

A lovely restaurant, so friendly and helpful. The staff are a credit to McDonalds. The food was piping hot, the wait was very small and it was served with a smile.

It's quite new this place. Never seen a McD like it! It's very good. There's no staff rushing around in sight, just a serving reception. You order using the excellent screen thing and the meal was ready in minutes. There are seats inside and out and a drive thru. Nice friendly staff member.

The chips are never salted! Strange. I paid for a happy meal and 2 quarter pounder meals + 1 extra regular fries. I got home to find only 1 set of fries for the meals instead of 3. So disappointing.

Much nicer than Peter's field and they always have milk shake

Food poisoning for the third time in as many MC ds

First time burger was not hot, not even warm, but service was pretty quick and friendly. Usually food it's hotter, otherwise all good. Like this place

Really friendly staff, hot food and lovely clean restaurant. Not going to lie but there was a problem with my order. The manager was fantastic, very apologetic and sorted it out straight away.

Good place to stop for a quick breakfast if travelling....rarely any queues, and it's a proficient quick turn-round outlet unlike some. Also a Starbucks drive-thru next door. Recommended.

I enjoy Mcdonalds all the time but this brunch my food and fries were cold and there was no Fanta or sprite! Hence the 3⭐️

Its a service station maccies - a bit new so isn't quite up to the same operational standard as the heavy hitters, like Farnborough Gate. Food is what you would expect, but service is a little lacking. Staff don't have much customer floor prescense and they are super stingy with the sauce pots. How is ONE sweet curry sauce pot meant to last with a Large pack of fries, let alone the 6 piece nuggy meal on the side. Overall a reasonable place to stop, and definitely within McDonald's standards.... I mean it's better than Petersfield for sure! But just needs a little polishing off

This could have been five stars, but....While sitting outside finishing my meal, I was surprised to see the cleaning staff member on duty at the time using the same broom they had used to sweep the pavement also sweeping food off unoccupied tables and seats and then walk off to empty the bins. This needed a quiet word with the duty manager who was just as surprised (or shocked) as I was, and they assured me that all the tables and seats outside will be sprayed & cleaned as expected.

It does what it says....quick service for a burger.

When I asked for an extra dip, they rudely declined, the staff all seemed like they’d rather be somewhere else and were eyeballing me from the kitchen.

Just what was needed. Efficient and clean MacD
