McDonald's in East Hampshire

As per normal, big mac looked like it had been run over or stood on, more letteic than burger . And coffee was luke warm.... waist of money . Won't be ever using McDonald's again

Burgers and wraps used to be well constructed but recently they seem to be thrown together.

Went through the drive through when they went to pass the coffee some ended up all over the car

I used the drive-through only. Good service, Drive through lanes are a bit tricky to manoeuvre around as you enter the site from the road

They missed a McPlant burger from our order but charged us for it. Check your order!!

Absolutely disgusting 🤮 I had nuggets and chips and the chips were cold and dry, my friend had a burger and it was slimey. Do not go to this maccies I REPEAT!!!!

We had a delivery to Bordon yesterday Don’t bother food was so so cold milk shake was warm and to see the driver on app going to another house first no wonder ours was cold I was ill all last night stomach pain was awful Paying my delivery I aspected them to only deliver to us Never am I ordering again

Horrible customer service. It says open 24 hours 7 days a week, yet this McDonald can’t be asked to open its doors. All I ordered was a flatbread

Although ordered through deliveroo McDonald's Liphook prepared our £56 order and and 1 hour 1/2 later was collected by the driver. McDonald's have a responsibility to not alow freezing cold stale food being sat around for that amount of time and happy to pass over to the driver for delivery. All food was inedible. Very disappointed.

How can I rate the service of an over-sized, under-responsive iPad? Is it to fool me into thinking that taking the fast out of fast food is my fault because I have not studied the menu in advance? Or is it to trick me into selecting yes to 'rounding up' my payment by making a donation to an organisation that sounds a lot like a charity but is most probably pilfered for additional profits. No, dear Googler, it is help realise that nothing can prepare you for the disappointment of the whole Mickie D's experience. From start to finish there is as little human interaction as possible because they simply don't cafe about you, the staff, the cleaner or anyone....ezcept the shareholder. So don't complain that the food is bland or the seats hard or the lighting stark. The whole experience is supposed to be over as quickly as possible and have you on your way just outside the reaches of botulism. Bravo

Went for breakfast after stopping my daughter off to an event. Food was OK and service was quick as there where a lot of people in there.

What a complete waste of 26.00 3min drive home food put in thermos bag opened it all up everything was stone cold the smoothie was the warmest thing

I like a Maccies and understand how mistakes can happen as I worked in Burger King when I was a lad. But I find this place consistently below par with incorrect orders and it’s never as clean as Petersfield.

On balance, I think of all the mcdonalds in the local area, this is the best one. I have visited this branch many times, and most of the time, everything is pretty good. The site itself is new and purpose-built. I just find it frustrating when wait times are longer or menu items are unavailable. It can get very busy here.

You have to wait a very long time for food that is not always warm or for morning coffee that burns your mouth or is slightly warm

I love Macs. It's a roadside service station, I sneak out to get a dirty burger here cause the wife doesn't like me eating junk food. Eating there makes me a rebel and a badass, which makes the food taste better.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with extra cheese and bacon. And they forgot to put the chicken in. Last time I ordered a plain burger and they forgot to put it in a bun. Either they are fuvking about in the kitchen or they are all hi on weed . Not a massive fan of McDonald's as it is. And they just keep getting worse. Sort yourself's out. Or shut it down.

With a keen eye for health and safety, McDonalds is the perfect place to dine out with your mates when you can't remember their names, and standing upright is challenging at 2am

Wrong food order delivered, had to go in and sort it out.

It's Maccy D's... the burgers & fries & stuff were your good ol' McDonald's fare quickly prepared and presented, as usual. All good. The only quibble is that, when the line of self ordering screens are all in use, this creates a barrier between the door and the loos.

Staff seem to be struggling a bit, felt like a bit more control was needed from whoever was in charge.

We went through the drive through and my son accidentally dropped the food but the staff were kind to replace it.

Fairy small roadside McDonald's, but it wasn't too busy and service was quick and good. I wish the WiFi didn't require a text message to get online, as I didn't have any mobile signal

I don’t know how much money McDonalds can save by not filling up the glass or serving salad, for which I’ve paid about 3.5£ , just few leaves. The salad box is small but that poor amount of salad in that small box is an embarrassment for that place. There are ni other options there so they can save money in food not served to the clients. I reckon… half salad for me, the other half for someone else and there you go … double the profit. That place is an embarrassment. IF TOU CAN AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Overall speaking, okay. Just that mobile connection is bad and the WiFi isn’t working. Can’t load McDonald app to order

As McDonalds goes, this is quite a good motorway stop off. Inside is kept clean and tidy. Plenty of parking.

Chicken burgers without chicken was exactly what I wanted on my dinner break

Ordered a plain burger and it came frozen with onions, sent it back and they gave me full toppings still cold. Awful cooks clearly can't read a receipt. Lastly when I went there was a full bus of loud and rude people and the staff did nothing to stop them from taking up the while restaurant and jumping queues.

It's a fast food place so I get that things get done quickly but if I get a big Mac, I at least want most of the burger! How do you explain a single patty no filling big Mac?? Pt2 I'm an idiot and went back, no bacon in the big mac as per receipt, multiple selects missing and cold chips. Why is the MacDonalds so bad, it shouldn't be that hard to count.

Order was wrong and of very poor quality. This must be the slowest McDonald's in the UK. Remember when you could go in and get a meal in 1 minute. We be prepared to wait and if you drive through you will be parked

The waiting times at this McDonald’s is terrible, they say on the board that your food is ready to collect but you still wait an average of 10 min

We ordered breakfast at 11:57 on their buggy App and put it through as Click & Serve to parking bay 7. The App kept saying no Internet connectivity despite my phone having good 4G signal. We drove into the drive-thru instead, but due to small queue we didn't get to the speaker until 11am. We read over our order code and the server said they couldn't put it through as it was after 11am! They claimed that they throw away the breakfast food at 11am (seriously? what a shocking waste) and that's why they can't accept the order. We then had to wait in the drive-thru with no order to get out. We will never go to this place again. Shocking customer service!

Feeling robbed..... Ordered a large double quarter pounder meal, only to get down the road to find i was given a single. Strawberry milkshake tasted more like banana. Service is very slow. It's supposed to be fast food.... get a grip. Also don't forget to contact me to reimburse the difference between the meals where you robbed me??

Really dissappointing. This is a very new store. Service was fast. However the food is not served hot. The burgers and hot apple pies were barely warm. They were not time stamped. In the food industry this is not acceptable as bacteria breed on warm food. There is a warning on the apple pies "caution hot" . They were nothing like hot and unpleasant to eat. Clearly not cooked fresh. What a waste of money

My drive through experience today at 1.55pm was mixed, the girl on the till was very polite but the girl who gave me my order was very rude, practically threw it at me and slammed the window as quickly as possible

Food was warm and tasty. It was quick to the customer and the order was correct. There was only one working toilet though. Overall I would recommend if you are passing. The hash brown was 👌

Drive through experience This unfortunately is a questionable mcdonalds. How long has it been open? Maybe they're still learning. We got the whole wrong food order, then received ours without dips (the free AND paid for dips) and napkins They got the Fanta with no ice correct though We also saw 5 rats in the service station car park, not directly at mcdonalds, I'll admit, but running around!! Yikes

'm not a big fan of fast food, but I sometimes use their services. What can I recommend or not recommend!? everyone has free will and the right to choose

Something isn’t right at this restaurant. I have had to call McDonald’s head office twice to point out several problems since it opened. I pass through the drive in with my work team several times a week and invariably they get our order wrong. The person taking the order at the drive through sounds like he doesn’t want to be there. The tills have been down, and for the last month the menu screens for the drive in have been broken so you can’t see what you would like to order which makes the whole process pointless. Whoever runs this franchise is making a joke of the food chain. We have been using McDonald’s for years, it’s convenient, fast food and decent coffee but we are using our local bakery instead from now on.

Went here the other day and was served by a brilliant young man, who was really friendly. He had brown hair and his name was Jacob. Super lovely guy and really made the experience for me and my family. Would 100% recommend the staff here are brilliant.

Ideal place to stop on my way back to my parents in Hounslow as it's at the Liphook Services on the A3 northbound. I've stopped here a few times now. Always nice food. 🙂

I was the witness of disgusting thing. Back of their kitchen, a person dropped burger to the floor by accident and instead of to put it ine a bin, that person put it in a box for a delivery. I did complaint but they didn't mind. Disgusting!!!
