Extremely disappointing to say the least. We like supporting local small businesses but after trying the counter several times it lacks anything of convenience and we will never be going back for the following reasons: 1. They seem to make up about 4 sandwiches daily and rely on selling solely those concoctions without any variation or ability to make up fresh sandwiches with the ingredients i’d actually like. 2. Don’t bother going in past midday as they’ll have little left out - a little confusing for a spot that would surely be ideal for lunch. 3. Not fresh ingredients. Likely due to the above, sitting in “the counter” all day for that one person who likes that exact obscure creation. 4. Relatively uninterested staff who don’t seem to know a thing about welcoming anyone into their business or care if they spend money. All in all a sad experience, I cannot see how you can keep the lights on with a business model so vague and unenthusiastic. I hope management really take note of the above as this sentiment is echoed by many in Grayshott. Until then - avoid and go to any of the other small coffee shops or even, dare I say it, the BP garage - you’ll have a better experience.

The best bacon, brie and cranberry ciabatta I've ever tasted. The iced latte was amazing too. Can't wait to go back again.

Dirty, rude staff, dogs on seats and tables. Generally an experience worth missing. Not the place to go for a peaceful, clean cup of coffee

Lunchtime Sunday. Didn't have any of the smoothies, orange juice, elderflower juice or Coke we wanted to order from the menu. Had to chase up a missing drink. Food took around 40 minutes to arrive. Initially told us they'd run out of ketchup, but then they found some. Dirty Fries served without the advertised jalapeños, stealthily replaced with ordinary peppers. Food was otherwise adequate. Waiter was pleasant and apologetic. Wish we hadn't bothered. We won't again.

This café is at Petersfield Lake and is an ideal place to stop after a walk. There is a variety of food and drinks, which are reasonably priced. There are limited tables inside and out.

Although it needs a lick of paint in places the Swan is very comfortable and very quiet at night. Lovely bathrooms apart from not being able to see in the mirror as they are placed so high up, probably ok if you are tall. 🤷♀️ the food is excellent and the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Good vfm when we stayed end of March but the prices go up in the Summer especially for Regency week but none the less we are coming back for that week and cannot wait. Its ideally located for Regency week and JAs house and Chawton house are a ten minute drive away. 🙂

Did not acknowledge or greet me. Continued serving customers that came in after me. Ignorant, rude and unprofessional…
