Coffee great and staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean too and covid rules followed with hand sanitiser available at lots of points throughout.

Went for breakfast which you order and pay which they bring to the table but you still have to get your drinks which I didn't think you were supposed to do. Dirty tables,lots of tables full of empty plates etc. Staff not cleaning properly and not cleaning chairs and only a half wipe over the tables and with Covid picking up definitely not acceptable. Service is not great, breakfast practically got thrown at us. Will not be going back.

You can always get a good standard meal for a good standard price . Clean tables and clean areas with polite staff ...

We visited twice while on holiday and were really impressed by how they are dealing with the covid situation. The tables are now all seperated by elegant screens making it like you have your own booth which I hope they keep permanently. Staff were all wearing visors or masks and explaining the new regulations. As always the breakfast was good and so reasonably priced.Well worth the visit.

I dropped in for a bite to eat for Breakfast, not feeling too hungry I decided to go for Scrambled Egg on Toast.. £2.50 "Great" I thought!WRONG!!I then found out you can buy Toast separately for £1 which is 2 slices (same as what you get anyway..Then Scrambled Egg for 75p...I would add up the items on the make you're own Breakfast, before buying the meals... Sometimes my maths isn't too good, but I know when I've been had over!!When I spoke to the member of staff, when she came over and said "How is your meal" I explained about the price difference and she just said "Sorry, that's on the Computer Menu, nothing to do with us.." Just a training tip for staff and Customer Service "Do not ask about the meal, if you accept geninue Feedback!" and ignore what was said.. It ends up with Really bad Feedback on Trip Advisor...

Cheap ingredients, food often cold, especially the baked beans!! It is cheap so dont expect to get more than you've paid for and you wont be disappointed. Give it an extra star for nice friendly staff, otherwise would have been 2.

For a cafe attached to a supermarket they regularly run out of food! Apparently the food they use is not the same as they sell in the store

This large cafeteria offers reasonably priced food which is usually freshly cooked. It offers a breakfast menu and a large selection of meals for lunch and dinner. Their fish and chips is very popular and good value.There is often a long wait for hot meals at busy times.It is looking a bit shabby but it’s a convenient spot for a drink, snack or meal when shopping.Parking is easy in the large car park adjoining the store.

A busy popular cafe which provides very reasonable priced meals and drinks whether shopping at Morrison’s or just stopping for fuel as a stop on the motorway.

As much as I like dropping in to the cafe it is hit and miss with what meals they have available. Service is good but the quality of food isn't the best....but it is a handy cafe!

Okish. Tired looking. Some of the trays had corners missing. A lot of the tables were badly scratched. The food was ok.

Trying the breakfast out at Morrison’s today and we ordered through the machine just outside the cafe. We ordered couple lattes , teas and 2 big daddy breakfasts. We added black pudding as well. Lovely lattes and the breakfasts were massive and cooked very well. Better than I expected for sure . Good selection of cakes and snacks and will definitely eat here again. Now I need a nap ...

Had quick breakfast here. Rushing to pick granddaughter up.Good for if you are in a hurry.Easy to access and plenty of parkingWas able to get a few items in shop while waiting to be served which meant I was able to get away quicker.

Our first problem here, was that when you approach the counter, no one or nothing tells you what to do. I thought I'd have to give one of the people behind the counter my order, but after having waited to do so for quite a few minutes, with all three people having turned their back on the clients and just talking among themselves, I was finally told by someone who took pity on me that I actually had to go all the way to the end of the counter and order at the till, a system that wasn't indicated anywhere.By the way, get your drink yourself, even a hot drink, before you go to order your food. Not all the options on the menu were available, but we settled on a 'lighter breakfast' and a 'jacket potato with beans', with an apple juice and a hot chocolate.First we had to take the hot chocolate back, having found that the machine had only given us hot milk with two tiny drops of chocolate.Then when the food arrived, we found that not all the elements of our meals were actually hot (and I don't mean the side salad with the potato). The jacket potato was so cold I would even hesitate to call it lukewarm. So were the bacon and the tomato on my own plate. In fact, the tomato was quite hard, it didn't look like a properly ripened tomato - let alone properly cooked. The beans were hot, probably the last element to be added to the plate, and so was the egg. The poached egg was the star of the show, not only having the right temperature, but having been perfectly cooked. At least they got that part right. And since the poached egg is my favourite part anyway, I decided to eat the dish instead of sending it back. (We'd waited long enough anyway, and it was meant to be just a quick bite while waiting for a prescription.)All in all, our conclusion was that the meal wasn't worth the money or the wait. Go a little further into the high street and get something better elsewhere!

Took my mother and Nan here after shopping and we had a sit down and looked through a grubby menu. I went and got my nan a black tea and we sat down on the comfy seats. Well you should of seen the state of the floor . My nAn sat down whilst me and the mum shopped and when I came back after 30 mins the floors were still the same . Tables messy with plates and a que starting to form at the till . Such a shame but I do not like uncleanliness eating areas . We went and found somewhere else for lunch

Went to do our shopping and had our favourite meal which is excellent value and very tasty ! Sausage s ,egg,chips and beans! Plenty to choose from on the menu and plenty of offers to choice from !

We stopped in yesterday (Sunday 18th) for a very quick bite to eat, mainly because the children were starving. The cafe was far from full but the staff were totally overwhelmed. There were no trays, boxes for the kids lunches, kids sandwiches or tea bags and no milk at the drinks station. I doubt we’ll go back.

Understaffed, there must be around hundred seat capacity and one poor lady (who's uniform was filthy) to bring the food from the Kitchen to table, we estimate we waited 40 mins for food, one lady customer was shouting out loudly in quite an abusive manner for her food.

We called in to Morrison's on our way to Portsmouth to board a cruise ship. The service was excellent and we went on our way refreshed.

I had the chicken and avocado salad which was very fresh and tasty. Service was very fast and the tables were clean and we didnt have to wait for a seat as there was plenty there. Staff were freindly, efficient and polite. I definitely will go again.

This used to be a great place for a quick alternative to cooking tea but these days its more of "whats left" as they are forever running out of food...yes its attached to a big supermarket but they have the cafe food brought in special! Come on Morrisons sought this out...remeber customer service???

used to visit but not any more. soft drinks are always flat. Staff not very knowledgeable. Came 1 sat morning and waited 30mins for breakfast and still not ready. Gave up and wont return

Yep, I tried the "Meat Free" all day Breakfast......change as good as a rest, delicious and heart warming - chance to "taste" the diffring tastes, rather than meat.... Quick to the table and other, normal Cafe food and drinks available. A bonus when getting tired of "the Shop"....cahnce to sit and breather for a while.

Usual stuff i.e. cooked breakfast, pastries, scones. All pretty unhealthy. The staff are quite friendly although I really object to being addressed as 'my love'. Service very slow if you ask for something cooked.

Nice breakfast lot bigger and better than sainsburys and also cheaper. Busy but didnt wait more than 5 minutes

i have eaten here a few times and the food is lovely for a supermarket cafe. ok sometimes i have waited a while for order. the price is good especially kids eat free after 3pm weekdays bargin.

We are regular customers at Morrisons and frequently eat there.Overall the food is well cooked,hot and good value.We have always found the staff to be friendly and efficient.

What an awful place, so scruffy. The staff were all abit ill-presented and.....'ditsy'. It took the woman at the till a fair while to figure out our request (swapping a sausage for an extra egg on a little breakfast). Once we'd placed our order (1x big breakfast, 1x little breakfast, 1x cappuccino, 1x orange juice) we went to fetch our cutlery, only to find that there were no teaspoons available. We then sat at our table; which was so disgusting that I had to get a sachet of vinegar and a serviette to wipe it myself.....our breakfasts arrived and much to our surprise they actually arrived correctly. My fried eggs were a bit tasteless though and my cappuccino was possibly the worst coffee I have ever had (it tasted like I was drinking a cigarette). The place all needs a bit of a revamp too as it's pretty dated. Very poor experience - will absolutely be avoiding this place in the future.

The new refit looks nice but is kind of cluttered. It's worse if you are in a wheelchair or have a pram. The range and prices of the food is good but the food is simply not hot or fresh. Stale bread rolls, tepid pies, luke warm sausages, unforgivable for a supermarket. On top of that the restaurant is uncomfortable cold, everyone had their coats, I felt sorry for the staff.

This is the first time we have been here since its refit. First impressions, looks nice.

Have been here a few times for lunch. Good choice of food on the menu and always hot. Staff friendly and welcoming. Great to pop into while doing a spot of shopping! Good value for money.

We've came a couple of times and the Cafe has been closed without any reason. It was recently refurbed, but it is finished. The staff I asked never knew either. Put some information out for the customers. It might help!!

Bright and airy cafe, serving cooked breakfasts/lunches, tea/coffee/softdrinks with a good selection of sandwiches and cakes.

I've been using Morrisons Cafe for years and I've never been disappointed. Freshly cooked, good size portions and lovely deserts. Try the Sunday lunch - chicken dinner is superb. Go after 3pm and a drink is free. Children eat for free with one adult meal!

This cafe is based with our local Morrisons store. It is always clean and tidy.

Altho attached to a large supermarket, it has a reasonably quiet atmosphere. food and drinks are all well priced with good deals for children and the retired. Have often used the cafe to have very quick meetings with colleagues as they have well priced choice of coffees and quiet areas to sit and chat. Def recommend.

If shopping in Morrisons the Cafe is not bad at all. Comfortable chairs and friendly people serving. (which is more than i can say for some of the Shop Staff). Coffee is very good so worth a visit

Kids can eat free here and you can also get the offer of 2 can dine for £9 which also includes drinks

Feeding and watering people for under £15 isn't easy, but we did just that today. Burger for me, sausage chips and Yorkshire pud for our son, and sausage, egg, chips and beans for my wife. Tasty food at a good price.

We have visited the cafe a number of times in the last month. The food has always been enjoyable, the service to order is a bit hit and miss and there can sometimes be delays in delivery.

We often use this cafe when we are out shopping one of the nicest ones that I know always good hot food and the service is always good

I always go here for a Flying start or take my 6 year old daughter for quick meal. Always very quick, great value and now my 2 year old son joins, in as he loves the sausages.

This is quite a big supermarket restaurant. The staff are helpful and the prices very reasonable. The decor is plain and doesn't really encourage you to stay too long, which I 'm sure is intentional. Always busy, but you won't wait too long to be served.

If you take this place on face value, it serves perfectly cooked tasty food at a pretty cheap price. I had a burger and chips, my son had fish fingers and chips, and my wife had a fry up. We all had drinks, all for £16. Can't say fairer than that! The place is always clean and tidy, and service is friendly and efficient. Great value for money.

popped in for a quick breakfast with friends before a road trip. we all wanted to pay separately for our orders as explained to the girl on the till taking the orders who said that was fine. huge queue but that's to be expected in a place like this... got down to pay at the next till and the young boy "Hayden" tried to charge me £35 for a omelette, I explained that we had asked to pay separately to which he hit a few buttons on the till and then told me the total price for my meal was £39.50... we tried to explain several times we wanted to pay separately but he didn't have a clue what he was doing, was clueless how to operate the till and allow us to pay individually. eventually my friend copped and paid for everyone's food on her card. Food arrived in dribs and drabs, despite the order having to go through all together. awful service - huge queue could have been avoided if staff new what they were doing!!!

Here earlier this week and the hunters chicken was delivered top the table in about 5 mins and was 'tepid'. Its a supermarket cafe after but they could at least make sure the heat lamps are working!

Full English 'big breakfast' which included everything I could possibly think of.(sausage,egg,bacon,mushrooms,2 x hash brown,fried bread,beans all for £4.50.The extra two slices of well buttered toast (£0.80p) were not really necessary had I realised the size of the plateful ! Large milky coffee was only £1.75.Eat your heart out Wetherspoons,there is now strong competition !
