Bordon Kebab House in East Hampshire

Not the best. Kebabs very, very greasy. We had a doner kebab and a chicken kebab. Chicken was more like minced chicken not sliced or chunks. Kebab van is better. We only went elsewhere tonight due to how busy it was

Don’t use this kebab house had to wait over two hours for a meal to be delivered. The person on the end of the phone is really rude.

Popped in for a takeaway as we’d been working just down the road. We ordered a Mixed Shish kebab and a veggie kebab (son is a veggie). The skewered raw meat, chicken, lamb and kofte is kept in a refrigerated display cabinet. However the skewers (complete with dripping blood) were carried over the tubs of salad. We say chicken blood dripped onto the cabbage salad. We mentioned this to the guy serving but just got a denial and a dirty look. The meat for the shish was cooked on a flat hot plate. It was cut into small pieces and pressed down with what looked like a plasterers trowel. This left the meat so dry it was tasteless and unpalatable. My son later felt ill and vomited after eating his salad kebab. Having spoken to environmental health, they said they were aware of the cross contamination issue but the business had assured then they had a “safe route “ to move the raw meat between the salad stuff…..sadly that is not what we witnessed. No idea why this place is called “Best BBQ kebab” as there is absolutely nothing remotely BBQ about the way they “cook” their meat. Add in the basic poor hygiene and obvious cross contamination of raw meat its amazing they are still trading. Environmental health maybe need to revisit and do something to protect the residents of the area.

Food came an hour late and my belly was rumbling and my bedtime was fifteen minutes later ☹️ Just writing a random sentence to exceed the 100 character limit

My partner and I got a kebab from here at the weekend. My partner ended up with really bad food poisoning. He is still suffering We will never eat here again

We have been using this shop for years and had no problem but tonight both chicken kebabs were freezing cold we will note ussher again

Order cancelled without apology or explanation, not the first time either, recently the cheese hasn't been melted on the chips, £1 extra for a slice of processed cheese is too extreme

Ordered online. Received immediate acknowledgement and a phone call to ask when I would like to collect. As I arrived one minute early the meal was just being packed for collection. Excellent service I would say. Chicken Shish Kebab and Special Mixed Kebab both good quality and plenty to eat.

Chips must have been left to get cold prior to the cheese being put as it hadn't melted, but the burgers were brilliant but the chips were also mostly hard bits so not up to the usual standard

Wanted something quick to eat for take away. Wish I never did now. No customer service, has to be one of the worst kebabs I've had. I highly recommend not going here. There is a kebab van on the junction a 1 min walk away. There was a big queue there and only me in here. I should of read the signs better. Either go there or down the road and get a test meal deal.

Kebabs are filling and staff are nice. Great after a drunk night. Cash payments only though and this needs to be amended.

Good for your after saturday night pub visit but service is not great filled me up not that cheap but okay when pissed.

Actually bought a kebab from the bordon van. very good service and the kebab was very tasty. not greasy at all and a good size

ordered a £17 family deal with a pot of garlic Mayo on the side. With all Salad no chilli. Food was quick to arrive but somehow still warm at best. Salad covered in the most vile sauce known to man which tasted like mint. Tried to call and ask for a pot of salad with no sauce. I got passed to another man on the phone who was very rude and wouldn't help. I got so wound up I said I would take food back for a refund. On my arrival an older man immediately tried to get offensive and tell me I was wrong and I was stupid. I asked what the vile sauce was that tasted like mint and he said it was his garlic Mayo. Even though the pot on the side was garlic Mayo and they looked completely different. He then started getting more aggressive and tried to intimidate me by opening the counter door and shouting more and more names at me. He told me he would not refund me and I had to leave. I was told to never come back. Not that I would want to as when I did go home the food tasted terrible anyway. I only voted a 1 star as I couldn't give it any lower. Steer clear. Ps old man is the owner

If I could give zero stars I would however that’s not an option. Ordered a couple of kebabs for my wife and I actually wanted to change and didn’t want to cook. The guy taking the order could barely speak English and it took a good five minutes to place the order. Food took a long time to come and imagine our surprise when opening the food to find that there was no chilli and no sources. Phones back to this so-called restaurant only to be rudely spoken to by either staff or owner. Of course he blamed us for not asking for salad but that normally comes automatically from my experience. Food quality of meat was totally horrible and I would even suggest unfit for human consumption. Yes you guessed it we will not return.

Visited the van across the road that is linked to the shop. Food is cooked to order in front of you. Great portion sizes, reasonably priced, really friendly staff. Ample parking

Kebab arrived without any salad, food quality very poor, food called.When we called to query why we didn’t get any salad we were told we did not ask for it, where do they serve kebab’s without salad.When we called to speak with the place the owner or manager swore and put the phone down.Never will we ever buy from here again.There are much better options nearby.

We both bought different kebabs and although my partner did enjoy her kebab more than I did they were both greasy and lacked flavour. Good portion but very average when compared to other kebab houses and van

A regular here for many years. I have never been disappointed. Even eating them when sober. Great service, great product. Well Done!

The food is prepared in front of you in a clean kitchen. The portions are generous and the prices are very competitive! I had the mixed shish and my daughter the mixed donner. Both were delicious. We have visited before and we will again.

The guys who run the shop are absolutely lovely. They are always very kind and smiling. Their kebabs are brilliant! Inexpensive too.

Have used this place often and have never been disappointed; good size portions. The foood is always fresh and the shop is always clean and tidy.

Quite tasty food. Big bonus it's open late and staff are very friendly and nothing is too much of a problem. Kebabs are good but burgers a a little bland.

No, este sin duda fue la peor kebabs que he tenido jamás. Mientras que no se veía muy mal, cada componente probado por debajo de la media, es una pasada pitta. Carne que simplemente cálido, grasa y sabor extrañamente metálicos. La primera vez que estaba más caliente de ensalada de la carne. Yo he conocido que cometió un error cuando el lugar estaba vacío pero una furgoneta es en el otro lado de la carretera había una cola razonable fuera de él. Oh cielos oh cielos oh cielos.
